The aim of this.s.udy was.to examin. the as.ociation.of prehos.ital medication.us. with mortality in.patien.s.with acute res.iratory ***: A pros.ective, multicen.er, emergen.y medical s.rvice(EMs. delivery cohort s.udy was.carried out in.adults.with un.elected res.iratory dis.as.s.man.ged by EMs.who were tran.ferred to the emergen.y departmen.. From Jan.ary 1, 2019, to October 31, 2023, s.x advan.ed life s.pport un.ts. thirty-eight bas.c life s.pport un.ts. an. four hos.itals.in.s.ain.participated in.the s.udy. Demographic data, vital s.gn., us. of mechan.cal ven.ilation. prehos.ital res.iratory diagn.s.s. an. prehos.ital medication.were collected. The primary outcome was.30-day in.hos.ital ***: A total of 961 patien.s.were in.luded, with a mortality rate of 17.5%(168 patien.s.. Age, an.in.reas.n. n.mber of comorbidities. the us. of in.as.ve mechan.cal ven.ilation.IMV), the us. of major an.lges.cs. hypn.tics. an. bicarbon.te were ris. factors. In.con.ras., elevated s.s.olic blood pres.ure an. Glas.ow Coma s.ale s.ores.were foun. to be protective factors.again.t mortality. The predictive capacity of the model reached an.area un.er the curve(AUC) of 0.857(95% con.iden.e in.erval [95% CI] 0.827–0.888).COn.LUs.On. Our data revealed that IMV, major an.lges.cs. hypn.tics.an. bicarbon.te admin.s.ration.were as.ociated with elevated mortality. In.ium tin.oxide （ITO） films.were prepared by rf magn.tron.s.utterin. un.er two con.ition.：（i） at s.bs.rate temperature Ts.from room temperature （RT） to 350℃ （ii） with addition.l pos.-an.ealin. in.vacuum at 400℃ for 30 min.in.comparis.n.of their crys.allin. s.ructures. an. electrical-optical properties.of the films.depos.ted. From the experimen.al res.lts. it is.foun. that, un.er the firs. con.ition. the crys.allin. s.ructures.an. the electrical-optical properties.of the films.are improved with the in.reas.n. Ts. Un.er the other con.ition. i.e. with the addition.l pos.-an.ealin., the films.exhibit higher degree of crys.allin.ties.an. better electrical-optical properties. Un.er the two depos.tion.con.ition., in.er-relation.between.electrical-optical properties.an. the crys.allin. s.ructure is.obs.rved clearly. However, even.un.er the s.me an.ealin. con.ition. it is.obs.rved that improved properties.of the films.are differen., depen.in. on.their depos.tion.temperatures. which implies.that an.in.tial s.age of the ITO film before an.ealin. is.an.importan. factor for the film＇s.properties.improved after an.ealin.. The res.s.ivity of 2.33 × 10-4 Ω·cm can.be achieved at Ts.of 350℃after an.ealin..
