Effect of initial microstructure on austenite formation kinetics in high-strength experimental microalloyed steels

Austenite formation kinetics in two high-strength experimental microalloyed steels with different initial microstructures comprising bainite-martensite and ferrite-martensite/austenite microconstituents was studied during continuous heating by dilatometric analysis. Austenite formation occurred in two steps：（1） carbide dissolution and precipitation and （2） transformation of residual ferrite to austenite. Dilatometric analysis was used to determine the critical temperatures of austenite formation and continuous heating transformation diagrams for heating rates ranging from 0.03°C.s^-1 to 0.67°C.s^-1. The austenite volume fraction was fitted using the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov equation to determine the kinetic parameters k and n as functions of the heating rate. Both n and k parameters increased with increasing heat- ing rate, which suggests an increase in the nucleation and growth rates of austenite. The activation energy of austenite formation was determined by the Kissinger method. Two activation energies were associated with each of the two austenite formation steps. In the first step, the austenite growth rate was controlled by carbon diffusion from carbide dissolution and precipitation; in the second step, it was controlled by the dissolution of residual ferrite to austenite.

Noise due to surface wind and temperature is a problem in infrasound. Efficiency of IMS network concerns scientists. It is obvious to find the causes of deficiencies of detection of infrasound station by studying background noise power with respect to the surface wind and the temperature. Data measured by MB2000 microbarometer of infrasound station I33MG are used for the study. Infrasound records are separated into 4 frequency bands centered respectively at: 1 Hz, 0.25 Hz, 0.0625 Hz and 0.0156 Hz. Effects of surface wind and temperature are studied by plotting the variations of the background noise power with respect to the temperature or wind speed in the four considered frequency bands and compared with the median of background noise power. The influence of temperature is manifested by a reduction in the number of low-frequency detection. The surface wind reduces the number of detection at a high frequency. An exponential function is proposed to predict the variations of the noise power in different observation frequencies and temperature and wind conditions. Fusarium head blight(FHB)is one of the prevalent fungal diseases of wheat *** new FHB resistance quantitative trait loci(QTL)in adapted wheat cultivars is a critical step for breeding new FHB-resistant *** this study,we developed a population of 236 F5:7 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)using two popular Chinese wheat cultivars,Yangmai 158 and Zhengmai 9023,with moderate FHB resistance to identify the QTL for FHB type II *** population was evaluated for percentage of symptomatic spikelets per spike(PSS)using single floret injection in repeated greenhouse *** PSSs were 33.2%for Yangmai 158 and 30.3%for Zhengmai 9023.A genetic linkage map of 1002 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)generated by genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)was constructed for the RIL *** QTL were identified for FHB resistance,and three of them were repeatable in the both *** 9023 contributed the resistance allele at one repeatable QTL,designated as Qfhb.7D,whereas Yangmai 158 contributed the resistance alleles at the other two repeatable QTL,Qfhb.3AL and *** additional QTL,Qfhb.4AS was significant in the mean PSS,and Qfhb.2DL and Qfhb.7AS were significant in only one *** of each allele individually at the three repeatable QTL significantly changed ***.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D explained 8.35%to 9.89%,5.13%to 7.43%,and 6.15%to 9.32%of the phenotypic variations,*** three repeatable QTL contributed by the two parents were additive and stacking the resistance alleles from all the three repeatable QTL showed the highest level of resistance in the current RIL *** SNPs in the QTL regions of Qfhb.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D were converted into KBioscience competitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)*** KASP marker for Qfhb.3AL was validated in a panel of wheat cultivars from *** of these KASP markers could be useful for marker-assisted selection to stack these QTL.

BACKGROUND Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease corresponds to a clinical entity that affects liver function triggered by the accumulation of fat in the liver and is linked with metabolic *** To evaluate the effects of the intragastric balloon(IGB)in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease through the assessment of liver enzymes,imaging and several metabolic *** A comprehensive search was done of multiple electronic databases(MEDLINE,EMBASE,LILACS,Cochrane and Google Scholar)and grey literature from their inception until February *** criteria involved patients with a body mass index>25 kg/m2 with evidence or previous diagnosis of hepatic *** analyzed before and after 6 mo of IGB removal were alanine aminotransferase(IU/L),gamma-glutamyltransferase(IU/L),glycated hemoglobin(%),triglycerides(mg/dL),systolic blood pressure(mmHg),homeostatic model assessment,abdominal circumference(cm),body mass index(kg/m2)and liver volume(cm3).RESULTS Ten retrospective cohort studies evaluating a total of 508 patients were *** 6 mo of IGB placement,this significantly reduced alanine aminotransferase[mean difference(MD):10.2,95%confidence interval(CI):8.12-12.3],gammaglutamyltransferase(MD:9.41,95%CI:6.94-11.88),glycated hemoglobin(MD:0.17%,95%CI:0.03-0.31),triglycerides(MD:38.58,95%CI:26.65-50.51),systolic pressure(MD:7.27,95%CI:4.79-9.76),homeostatic model assessment(MD:2.23%,95%CI:1.41-3.04),abdominal circumference(MD:12.12,95%CI:9.82-14.41)and body mass index(MD:5.07,95%CI:4.21-5.94).CONCLUSION IGB placement showed significant efficacy in improving alanine aminotransferase and gamma-glutamyltransferase levels in patients with metabolic dysfunctionassociated fatty liver disease as well as improving metabolic markers related to disease progression.

目的:检验希望源量表(LOH)中文版在医务人员中的效度和信度。方法:选取医务人员315人,进行条目分析、效度分析和信度分析,用生活取向量表(LOT)、情绪调节量表(ERQ)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)检验效标效度。结果:条目与总分相关均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。探索性因素分析显示,修订后21个条目LOH的累积方差解释率为66.50%。验证性因素分析显示,修订后LOH的3因子模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=3.30,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.90,RMSEA=0.09)。修订后LOH总分及各维度得分与LOT总分和ERQ认知重评维度得分呈正相关(r=0.34~0.60,均P<0.01),与HAD焦虑和抑郁维度得分呈负相关(r=-0.25~-0.47,均P<0.01)。总量表Cronbach's α系数为0.95,分半信度为0.93,重测信度为0.60。结论:希望源量表中文版在医务人员群体中具有良好的效度和信度。
