The present paper is of historic importance as well as the second part of [1]. In this second part, we detect important details about the orbit of the Earth and about the velocity (of magnitude 217 km/s) of the solar system around the center of the Milky Way galaxy. Some of these details concern the perihelion and aphelion of the orbit of the Earth. For several years we have observed that the return pulses, on the oscilloscope screen, appear to be more energetic than the initial pulses (See Part 1, Figure 2, for which the blue return pulse crests are much higher than the yellow initial crests). The used oscilloscope is and only must be, a storage oscilloscope, in other words, a computerized oscilloscope with a digital memory. The first oscilloscopes like this, came out, only after 1995, a relatively recent time that all wire velocity experiments and measurements were already completely investigated by science. We do astronomy, without receiving images by an astronomical telescope, but instead by sending signals around a loop and making an analysis using the same oscilloscope as in Part 1. We recommend to the reader to study Part 1 as a prerequisite. The Earth surface is accelerating with a centripetal acceleration, due to its rotation, thus it is not an inertial frame. Also, the Earth is evidently anisotropic, due to the same rotation, a second reason for it being a non-inertial rotating frame.

乳腺癌是癌症中引起妇女死亡的首要因素。本文采用绿色量子点作为荧光显色材料,建立了一种用于早期乳腺癌诊断的原位成像技术。利用生物素标记的抗HER2/neu抗体与乳腺癌细胞表面表达的HER2结合的特点,然后用偶联绿色量子点的链霉亲和素作为荧光检测标记物,与HER2抗原抗体复合物中的生物素发生特异结合,检测出乳腺癌细胞的存在。结果表明,在荧光显微镜下用绿色量子点原位显色的乳腺癌细胞,相对有机染料组显色亮度增强,故检测灵敏度有所提高。

Periprosthetic joint infection(PJI)is a rare but terrible complication in hip and knee arthroplasty,and the use of topical vancomycin powder(VP)has been investigated as a tool to potentially reduce its ***,there remains no consensus on its ***,the aim of this review is to provide an overview on the application of topical vancomycin in orthopaedic surgery focusing on the recent evidence and results in total joint *** systematic reviews and meta-analyses on topical VP in hip and knee arthroplasty have been recently published reporting sometimes conflicting *** from all being limited by the quality of the included studies(mostly level III and IV),confounding variables are often included potentially leading to biased *** taken into consideration the exclusive use of VP in isolation,the available data,although very limited,suggest that it does not reduce the infection rate in routine primary hip and knee ***,we still cannot advise for a routinary application.A properly powered randomized-controlled trial would be necessary to clarify the role of VP in hip and knee *** on the analysis of the current evidence,the use of topical VP appears to be safe when used locally in terms of systemic adverse reactions,hence,if proven to be effective,it could bring great benefits due to its low cost and accessibility.

Strawberry (Fragaria spp.) is one of the most important fruits classified as exotic fruits imported into Cameroon. To have an inventory of its cultivation in Cameroon, a survey study was carried out among eight farms of Fragaria spp. from January 2021 to February 2022. The plant was introduced in Cameroon in 2018. There are 13 varieties of Fragaria spp. currently cultivated. Among these 13 varieties, eleven are hybrids of Fragaria x ananassa (“Amiga”, “Amine”, “Camarosa”, “Chandler”, “Charlotte”, “Elsanta”, “Gariguette”, “Madame Moutot”, “Ostara”, “Ruby gem” and “San Andreas”), and two of the hybrids of Fragaria vesca (“Maestro” and “Mara des bois”). The cropping system, irrigation system, and type of fertilizers applied differ from one strawberry farm to another. Biofertilizers (such as mycorrhizal), inorganic and organic fertilizers are actually used to improve production. The potential annual production of strawberries from January 2021 to February 2022, estimated based on the survey data, was 21.216 tons for all growers. Among these eight production farms, the Lolodorf BIO Farm presents 6000 kg (six tons) of strawberries and 100,000 stolons (seedlings) produced, from seven varieties of Fragaria spp. cultivated, with 6 varieties which are hybrids variety Fragaria x ananassa (“Amiga”, “Amine”, “Chandler”, “Gariguette”, “Madame Moutot”, and “Ruby gem”), and one which is a hybrid of Fragaria vesca (“Mara des bois”). Certain diseases were also observed and recorded depending on the growing areas.

Housing has long been thought to play a significant role in population exposure to environmental hazards such as high temperatures and air ***,there is sparse data describing how housing may modify heat and air pollution exposure such that housing's role in poor health and mortality from these hazards may be *** paper describes the development of individual-address level indoor overheating and air pollution risk modifiers for Great Britain,for use alongside historical weather,outdoor air pollution,population socio-economic data,and mortality data in a large-scale epidemiological investigation.A geographically-referenced housing stock database was developed using the Homes Energy Efficiency Database(HEED)and the English Housing Survey(EHS).Simulations of unique combinations of building,fabric,occupation,and environment were run using a modelling framework developed for Energy Plus8.0,estimating indoor temperature metrics,indoor/outdoor ratio of pollution from outdoor sources,and indoor air pollution from multiple indoor *** were compiled,matched back to individual properties in HEED,and mapped using Geographical Information Systems(GIS).Results indicate urban areas had higher numbers of buildings prone to overheating,reduced levels indoor air pollution from outdoor sources,and higher air pollution from indoor sources relative to rural areas,driven largely by variations in building *** results provide the first national-scale quantitative estimate of heat and indoor air pollution modification by dwellings,aggregated at levels suitable for inclusion in health analysis.

Enhancing Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Using Community Detection

The increasing popularity of social media in recent years has created new opportunities to study the interactions of different groups of people. Never before have so many data about such a large number of individuals been readily available for analysis. Two popular topics in the study of social networks are community detection and sentiment analysis. Community detection seeks to find groups of associated individuals within networks, and sentiment analysis attempts to determine how individuals are feeling. While these are generally treated as separate issues, this study takes an integrative approach and uses community detection output to enable community-level sentiment analysis. Community detection is performed using the Walktrap algorithm on a network of Twitter users associated with Microsoft Corporation’s @technet account. This Twitter account is one of several used by Microsoft Corporation primarily for communicating with information technology professionals. Once community detection is finished, sentiment in the tweets produced by each of the communities detected in this network is analyzed based on word sentiment scores from the well-known SentiWordNet lexicon. The combination of sentiment analysis with community detection permits multilevel exploration of sentiment information within the @technet network, and demonstrates the power of combining these two techniques.

目的评估基因重组和尿卵泡刺激素对不孕妇女卵巢的刺激反应和体外受精(IVF)或卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)的妊娠结局。方法对1049例实施IVF或ICSI的不孕患者作回顾性分析,在2种促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)方案下,分别给予尿卵泡刺激素(uFSH)、高纯度尿卵泡刺激素(hpFSH)和基因重组卵泡刺激素(rFSH)促排卵,比较3组雌二醇(E2)峰值水平、FSH剂量、成熟卵母细胞数、受精率和妊娠率。结果在中度和高度卵巢反应者(GnRHa长方案)、hpFSH组和rFSH组出现较高的E2峰值和绒毛膜促性腺素的注射延迟,其中rFSH组的胚胎种植率和持续妊娠率最高;在低弱卵巢反应者(GnRHa短方案)、hpFSH组和rFSH组的E2峰值显著增高,其周期取消率也明显减低,但各组之间种植率或妊娠率无明显差异。结论本研究说明,在卵巢的反应性和IVF/IC-SI妊娠结局的层面上,基因重组卵泡刺激素较尿卵泡刺激素更显优越性。
