近日。来自麻省总医院、博德研究所及哈佛大学的研究人员通过联合研究，在单细胞水平上对脑瘤基因组进行了分析。他们发现。癌症干细胞或许能够诱发少突神经胶质瘤的发生，少突神经胶质瘤是一种缓慢发展但却非常难以治愈的脑癌，相关研究刊登于Nature杂志上。同时研究者还首次在人类脑瘤样本中鉴别出了癌症干细胞及其分化的后代细胞。

本研究目的是前瞻性评价基于c.c.（c.c.）下使用电磁场导航设备进行穿刺以及穿刺针可视化和定位误差。将一套市场上能购买到的导航设备安装到X线血管造影机上以用于c.c.。当目标确定时，根据c.c.影像实时可视虚拟的穿刺针定位来置入穿刺针。最后，用c.c.来评估真实针的位置。模型上穿刺76次，并对12例病人（8例活检，3例引流，1例注射）穿刺。

This c.oss-sec.ional study evaluates the hypothesis that mac.lar thic.ness and nerve fiber layer thic.ness c.rrelate with the diagnosis of glauc.ma It was used prototype optic.l c.herenc. tomography unit to measure mac.lar and nerve fiber layer thic.ness, and to analyze their c.rrelation with glauc.ma status. It was studied 367 subjec.s (534 eyes), inc.uding 166 eyes of 109 normals, 83 eyes of 58 glauc.ma suspec.s, 196 eyes of 132.
