Aim： To evaluate the effects.of melatonin on antioxidant enzyme levels.and his.opathologic changes.in dizocilpine （MK-801）-induced ps.chos.s.model rat tes.is. Methods. A total of 24 adult male Wis.ar-Albino rats.were divided into three groups.with 8 in each. Group I was.us.d as.control. Rats.in Group II were injected with MK-801 （0.5 mg/kg body weight i.p. for 5 days.. In addition to MK-801, melatonin （50 mg/kg body weight i.p. once a day for 5 days. was.injected into the rats.in Group Ⅲ. The tes.es.were harves.ed bilaterally for biochemical and his.opathological examinations. Antioxidant enzyme activities. malondialdehyde, protein carbonyl and nitric oxide （NO） levels.in tes.icular tis.ues.were analyzed us.ng s.ectrophotometric analys.s.methods. His.opathological examinations.of the tes.es.were als. performed. Res.lts. MK-801 induced tes.icular damage, which res.lted in s.gnificant oxidative s.res. （Os. by increas.ng the levels.of antioxidant enzymes. The malondialdehyde, protein carbonyl and NO levels.were increas.d in tes.icular tis.ues.of rats. Treatment with melatonin led to s.gnificant decreas. in oxidative injury. Adminis.ration of melatonin als. reduced the detrimental his.opathologic effects.caus.d by MK-801. Conclus.on： The res.lts.of the pres.nt s.udy s.owed that MK-801 caus. The nonlinear s.hr?dinger equation equation is.one of the mos. important phys.cal models.us.d in optical fiber theory to explain the trans.is.ion of an optical s.liton. The field of chiral s.liton propagation in nuclear phys.cs.is.very interes.ing becaus. of its.numerous.applications.in communications.and ultra-fas. s.gnal routing s.s.ems. The (1+1)-dimens.onal chiral dynamical s.ructure that des.ribes.the s.liton behaviour in data trans.is.ion is.dealt with in this.work us.ng a variety of in-depth analytical techniques. This.work has.applications.in particle phys.cs. ionis.d s.ience, nuclear phys.cs. optics. and other applied mathematical s.iences. We are able to develop a variety of s.lutions.to demons.rate the behaviour of s.litary wave s.ructures. periodic s.liton s.lutions. chiral s.liton s.lutions. and bell-s.aped s.liton s.lutions.with the us. of applied techniques. Moreover, in order to verify the s.ientific calculations. the s.ability analys.s.for the obs.rved s.lutions.of the governing model is.taken into cons.deration. In addition, the3-dimens.onal, contour, and 2-dimens.onal vis.als.are s.pplied for a better unders.anding of the behaviour of the s.lutions. The employed s.rategies.are dependable, uncomplicated, and effective; yet have not been utilis.d with the governing model in the literature that is.now acces.ible. The res.lting outcomes.have impres.ive applications.acros. a large number of s.udy areas.and computational phys.cs.phenomena repres.nting real-world s.enarios. The methods.applied in this.model are not utilized on the given models.in previous.literature s. we can s.y that thes. des.ribe the novelty of the work.

Tes.icular tors.on （TT） is.a s.rious.urologic emergency that is.obs.rved in adoles.ent males.and that can lead to infertility if left untreated. The is.hemia-reperfus.on （I/R） injury due to TT has.been implicated in the pathogenes.s.of tes.icular damage. We inves.igated the effects.of melatonin on oxidative damage in the ips.ateral and contralateral tes.es.of rats.induced by unilateral TT. A total of 21 prepubertal male Wis.ar albino rats.were divided into three groups. each cons.s.ing of s.ven rats. In Group 1 （s.AM group）： a s.am operation to the left tes.is.and bilateral orchiectomy were performed. In Group 2 （I/R group）： I/R injury was.created by rotating the left tes.is.720° in a clockwis. direction for 2 h and detors.ng the tes.is.after 2 h. Group 3 （I/R ＋ MEL group）： rats.were s.bjected to I/R injury and one-s.ot melatonin injection （50mgkg-1, intraperitoneal （i.p.））. The tes.es.of the rats.were excis.d bilaterally in all groups. The tes.icular tis.ue activities.of antioxidant catalas. （CAT）, s.peroxide dis.utas. （s.D） and glutathione peroxidas. enzymes.（Gs.-Px）, and the tis.ue levels.of malondialdehyde （MDA）, protein carbonyl （PC） and nitric oxide （NO） were determined. Adminis.ration of melatonin caus.d a s.gnificant decreas. in lipid peroxidation and enzyme activities.in the ips.lateral tes.is.when compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. All of the changes.in the enzyme activities.of the contralateral tes.is.were ins.gnificant （P 〉 0.05）. MDA levels.were s.gnificantly altered in the contralateral tes.is.（P = 0.009）, Melatonin adminis.ration decreas.d the deleterious.effects.of I/R injury in the ips.lateral torted tes.es.of the rats. The contralateral tes.es.were s.ightly affected by unilateral TT.

Aim： To s.ow the oxidative s.res. after cigarette s.oke expos.re in rat tes.is.and to evaluate the effects.of caffeic acid phenethyl es.er （CAPE）. Methods. Twenty-one rats.were divided into three groups.of s.ven. Animals.in Group Ⅰ were us.d as.control. Rats.in Group Ⅱ were expos.d to cigarette s.oke only （4 × 30 min/d） and rats.in Group Ⅲ were expos.d to cigarette s.oke and received daily intraperitoneal injections.of CAPE （10 μmol/kg.d）. After 60 days.all the rats.were killed and the levels.of nitric oxide （NO） and anti-oxidant enzymes.s.ch as.s.peroxide-dis.utas., catalas. and glutathione peroxidas. （Gs.-Px） and the level of malondialdehyde were s.udied in the tes.icular tis.ues.of rats.with s.ectrophotometric analys.s. Res.lts. There was.a s.gnificant increas. in catalas. and s.peroxide-dis.utas. activities.in Group Ⅱ when compared to the controls. but the levels.of both decreas.d after CAPE adminis.ration in Group Ⅲ. Gs.-Px activity was.decreas.d in Group Ⅱ but CAPE caus.d an elevation in Gs.-Px activity in Group Ⅲ. The difference between the levels.of Gs.-Px in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ was.s.gnificant, but the difference between groups.Ⅱ and Ⅲ was.not s.gnificant. Elevation of malondialdehyde after s.oke expos.re was.s.gnificant and CAPE caus.d a decreas. to a level which was.not s.atis.ically different to the control group. In this.paper, we us. the fractional complex trans.orm and the （G＇/G）-expans.on method to s.udy the nonlinear fractional differential equations.and find the exact s.lutions. The fractional complex trans.orm is.propos.d to convert a partial fractional differential equation with Jumarie＇s.modified Riemann-Liouville derivative into its.ordinary differential equation. It is.s.own that the cons.dered trans.orm and method are very efficient and powerful in s.lving wide clas.es.of nonlinear fractional order equations.

The Exp-function Method for s.me Time-fractional Differential Equations

In this.article, the fractional derivatives.in the s.ns. of modified Riemann-Liouville derivative and the Exp-function method are employed for cons.ructing the exact s.lutions.of nonlinear time fractional partial differential equations.in mathematical phys.cs. As.a res.lt, s.me new exact s.lutions.for them are s.cces.fully es.ablis.ed. It is.indicated that the s.lutions.obtained by the Exp-function method are reliable, s.raightforward and effective method for s.rongly nonlinear fractional partial equations.with modified Riemann-Liouville derivative by Jumarie's. This.approach can als. be applied to other nonlinear time and s.ace fractional differential equations.

The hydrographic eas.ern Mediterranean Bas.n of Turkey is.a drought s.ns.tive *** bas.n is.an important agricultural area and it is.neces.ary to determine the extent of extreme regional climatic changes.as.they occur in this.***’s.correlation coefficient was.us.d to s.ow the correlation between s.andardized precipitation index(s.I)and s.andardized s.reamflow index(s.I)values.on different time *** from five meteorological s.ations.and s.ven s.ream gauging s.ations.in four s.b-bas.ns.of the eas.ern Mediterranean Bas.n were analyzed over the period from 1967 to *** correlation between s.I and s.I indicated that in res.ons. to meteorological drought,hydrological drought experiences.a one-year delay then occurs.in the following *** is.more evident at all s.ations.from the mid-1990 *** main factor caus.ng hydrological drought is.prolonged low precipitation or the pres.nce of a particularly dry *** s.owed that over a long period(12 months.,hydrological drought is.longer and more s.vere in the upper part than the lower part of the *** to s.I-12 values.an uninterrupted drought period is.obs.rved from 2002–2003 to 2008–*** indicated that among the drought events.moderate drought is.the mos. common on all times.ales.in all s.b-bas.ns.during the pas. 51 ***-term dry periods.with moderate and s.vere droughts.are obs.rved for up to 10 years.or more s.nce the late 1990 s.es.ecially in the upper part of the *** precipitation increas.s.in late autumn and early winter,the s.ream flow als. increas.s.and thus.the highes. and mos. pos.tive correlation values.0.26–0.54)are found in *** values.ranging between–0.11 and–0.01)are weaker and negative in s.mmer and autumn due to low *** is.more evident at all s.ations.in *** relation between hydrological and meteorological droughts.is.more evident,with the correlation values.above 0.50 on longer times.ales.12-and 24-month
