Background: It is estimated that above one billion people (15%) of the world’s populations are living with disabilities. The poor and unfriendly infrastructure at health facilities is the core challenge for people with physical disabilities in accessing healthcare. This study aimed to explore at what extent the existing infrastructure and design of health facilities in Singida rural district, Tanzania supports people with physical disabilities to access healthcare. Methods: A cross sectional health facility-based assessment of all thirty-two functioning health facilities in the district was done between June and December 2020 using observational checklist and key informants’ interviews consist of measurement procedures of the architectural condition of health facilities. Observation checklist was designed based on standard of health facilities in Tanzania, national guideline for safe care standards for dispensaries, health centers and district hospital of 2014 and national guideline for water, sanitation and hygiene in healthcare facilities of 2017. Data were analyzed by SPSS-26 using descriptive statistics to obtain frequencies tables, percentage and figure. Qualitative data were analyzed by using NVivo-12 software. Results: The study revealed that there was no signage, entrance area, parking and toilets designated for people with physical disabilities in all health facilities. There was no special seat, examination table/bed and special weight scale for people with physical disabilities in all facilities. Also, the doors were not wide enough to support wheelchair user to maneuver in all health centers and dispensaries. In addition, door handles were not user friendly for wheelchair users. In fact, only the hospital and health centers had wheelchairs while 27 (96.4%) of all dispensaries had no wheelchairs. Furthermore, ramp and pathways were not available in all dispensaries. To systematically review literature upon aetiology of nosocomial spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (N-SBP) given the rising importance of multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria. METHODSA literature search was performed on MEDLINE and Google Scholar databases from 2000 to 15th of November 2016, using the following search strategy: “spontaneous” AND “peritonitis”. RESULTSThe initial search through electronic databases retrieved 2556 records. After removing duplicates, 1958 records remained. One thousand seven hundred and thirty-five of them were excluded on the basis of the screening of titles and abstract, and the ensuing number of remaining articles was 223. Of these records, after careful evaluation, only 9 were included in the qualitative analysis. The overall proportion of MDR bacteria turned out to be from 22% to 73% of cases across the studies. CONCLUSIONN-SBP is caused, in a remarkable proportion, by MDR pathogens. This should prompt a careful re-assessment of guidelines addressing the treatment of this clinical entity.

Lightweight,ultra-flexible,and robust crosslinked transition metal carbide(Ti3C2 MXene)coated polyimide(PI)(C-MXene@PI)porous composites are manufactured via a scalable dip-coating followed by chemical crosslinking *** addition to the hydrophobicity,anti-oxidation and extreme-temperature stability,efficient utilization of the intrinsic conductivity of MXene,the interfacial polarization between MXene and PI,and the micrometer-sized pores of the composite foams are ***,the composites show a satisfactory X-band electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness of 22.5 to 62.5 dB at a density of 28.7 to 48.7 mg cm−3,leading to an excellent surface-specific SE of 21,317 dB cm^(2)g^(−1).Moreover,the composite foams exhibit excellent electrothermal performance as flexible heaters in terms of a prominent,rapid reproducible,and stable electrothermal effect at low voltages and superior heat performance and more uniform heat distribution compared with the commercial heaters composed of alloy ***,the composite foams are well attached on a human body to check their electromechanical sensing performance,demonstrating the sensitive and reliable detection of human motions as wearable *** excellent EMI shielding performance and multifunctionalities,along with the facile and easy-to-scalable manufacturing techniques,imply promising perspectives of the porous C-MXene@PI composites in next-generation flexible electronics,aerospace,and smart devices.

The aim of this study was to identify Aspergillus species isolated from maize kernels and soils of maize fields of Nandi County using macro and micro morphological characteristics. A cross sectional research design was used in the study and purposive sampling was employed to determine districts of Nandi County and sub locations where sampling was done. This study was part of a larger project whose aim was to survey aflatoxin exposure in the maize value chain. Aspergillus species were isolated from maize and soil samples using quarter strength potato dextrose agar and modified Rose Bengal agar respectively. Pure cultures of the isolates were sub cultured and transferred onto differential media;malt extract agar, czapek yeast extract agar and czapek dox agar for species identification using macro morphological characteristics. Fungal slides were prepared from pure cultures on potato dextrose agar media after three days to identify micro morphological characteristics. Based on morphological characteristics, seven sections of Aspergillus namely: Flavi, Fumigati, Nigri, Circumdati, Clavati, Nidulantes and Candidi were identified. Aspergillus section Flavi was the most predominant with 57% followed by section Nigri with 27% from maize and 58% of section Flavi followed by 26% of section Nigri from the soil across the three locations. Aspergillus sections Nidulantes and Candidi were rare and only recovered from the soil samples of Kaptumo location. All the Aspergillius flavus that formed sclerotia both from the soils or maize kernels were of the L strains. In conclusion Aspergillus section Flavi was most frequent during the isolation process and dominated with Aspergillus flavus from both the maize and soil. Morphological characteristics remain the primary tool for detection and identification of Aspergillus species. The significance for high incidence of Aspergillus section Flavi is in regard to their aflatoxin production profiles that poses a health threat to the communit

直播是通过电子商务平台和抖音等社交媒体在中国销售产品最常用的营销策略之一。然而,在意大利,直播购物尚未得到充分发展,企业,尤其是化妆品行业的企业过去曾尝试使用直播购物,但没有成功。因此,本研究旨在识别直播视频中存在的一些直播因素,并分析其对中国和意大利Z世代女性观众在彩妆行业的纯粹冲动购买决策的影响。由于分析行业的性质,分析中仅考虑女性。为了更好地比较这两个国家,选择分析直播的平台是抖音,它是唯一一个与其在意大利使用的版本类似的社交媒体,名为Tik Tok。该研究基于刺激-有机体-反应模型,确定了9个可能影响Z世代女性消费者冲动购买决策的直播因素。通过一项包含22个问题的调查,我们对这些要素进行了研究,总共得到了171条有价值的答复。收集到的数据经SPSS分析后显示,Z世代女性消费者在抖音/Tik Tok上进行直播购物时,会受到主播吸引力、与主播的准社交互动以及游戏化、价格等因素的积极影响。晋升和时间压力。此外,需要强调的是,当主播粉丝较少时,Z世代女性消费者的信任度往往会提高,因为这会让他/她更可靠。总体而言,该研究已经能够利用中国的直播购物来识别对Z世代女性消费者的纯粹冲动购买决策产生积极影响的直播因素,并利用它们制定意大利的直播策略。因此,调查结果为意大利化妆品公司在Tik Tok上制定直播策略时应借鉴的要素提供了依据。

C油田L区块的原油以乳状液及油、水的形式产出,在外输前,需要对其进行分离,而且药剂用量大脱水温度高。原油中还含有沥青质、胶质、等极性成分。针对这些问题,对L区块5个原油乳状液样品A、B、C、D、E进行了一系列低温破乳实验。探讨了影响乳状液稳定性的因素。找到了乳状液稳定性影响的主要因素。对于最稳定的西二联自然乳状液,进行了低温破乳剂单剂的选择和复配实验。而且通过测定最适宜温度和最佳浓度进行了破乳剂的优选。为了研究含水量、温度和破乳剂浓度对破乳效果的影响,应用瓶试法进行了一系列商业低温破乳剂筛选实验。应用流变学方法测定了粘温曲线还测定了温度下限。测量原油和一定浓度的破乳剂溶液之间的界面张力,采用旋转滴界面张力仪研究了低温破乳剂机理。应用Turbiscan稳定性分析仪研究了含水量、温度和破乳剂浓度对乳状液稳定性的作用。实验发现低温破乳剂AR102、AR901、PR929和PRC06对于西二联自然乳状液破乳效率最高,PRC06在40oC、200mg/L时效果最好,单剂脱水率达到99.51%。经由破乳剂复配实验,发现最佳复配配方为破乳剂AR102与E按1:1复配和AR902与E按2:1复配,它们的最佳温度都是40oC,浓度分别为在100mg/L和200mg/L时,2h内脱水率分别高达97.09%和100%。这些双剂复配破乳剂都有着清晰的水层和油水界面层。通过对L区块产出液稳定性的研究,胶质和沥青质组分是原油乳状液稳定性和粘度的关键影响因素。该成果可用于降低油田生产成本和节约能源。

对虾养殖业是全球重要的粮食生产产业。现时,对虾养殖正受到许多挑战,包括疾病的爆发、抗生素的过度使用和养殖环境的恶化。这些挑战,包括在分子水平上对对虾免疫系统,现时尚未完全了解。帆纳滨对虾（***）是全球重要的养殖品种。尽管如此,哈维氏弧菌的感染给对对虾养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。现时,我们对对虾受哈维氏弧菌感染后的免疫反应了解甚少。因此,研究帆纳滨对虾对哈维氏弧菌感染的免疫反应,将对改善对虾健康养殖至关重要。下面总结了该研究的主要结果:1哈维氏弧菌感染后帆纳滨对虾的转录学概况研究报告揭示帆纳滨对虾在注射细菌后的腮、肝胰腺及心脏的基因转录改变的数据。RNAseq数据中总共获得了33,353个高质量的单个基因。比较基因组分析显示,在哈维氏菌感染后,有9,752个差异表达的基因（DEGs）,包括5,067个向上调节的基因和4,687个向下调控基因。选取了7个可能参与免疫的DEG,通过实时定量RT-PCR进行进一步分析,结果表明其表达模式与获得的转录组数据一致。2基因表达模式和基因表达的组织分布对虾的免疫系统,主要是通过先天免疫和细胞免疫反应识别和破坏入侵病源。目前的研究重点是先天免疫。结果发现四个可能是参与虾免疫反应有关重要基因,包括;C-域蛋白（SVWC）、C型凝集素（CTL）、几丁质蛋白（CBP）和抗茵肽,3个为向上调节基因。基因组织表达分析结果为:单一Von Willebrand因子C域蛋白都在腮、心、胃、肠、脑和肌肉表达,但在腮中表达量最高。C型凝集素基因在血细胞、腮、胃、肠、神经、脑和肌肉中表达,但在细胞和胃中表达最高。几丁质合蛋白在细胞、眼柄、鳃、肝胰腺、心脏、胃、肠、神经、大脑和肌肉中表达,但在鳃中表达最高。抗菌肽（Peneidin）在血细胞、腮、心、胃、肠和神经中表达,但在血细胞中表达量最高。3 RNAi干扰和细菌清除实验测定为进一步扩大研究,我们进行了RNAi实验。先制备这些基因的双链RNA,并注射到健康虾中,以期沉默其中三个向上调节基因的表达,并研究这些特定基因的功能。研究发现,当C-域蛋白（SVWC）及C型凝集素（CTL）基因表达被沉默时,***抵抗哈维氏弧菌感染的能力显著下降,但当CBP基因表达被沉默时后,***抗感染的能力得到提高。所得结果表明,这三种基因在抗菌免疫中起着至关重要的作用,在对抗入侵的哈维氏弧菌起着免疫作用。4结论本研究先构建受哈维氏弧菌感染后不同组织的转录组,并筛选了几个被认为是参与帆纳滨对虾对哈维氏弧菌有免疫反应的基因,进行研究。本研究结果将填補我们对帆纳滨对虾先天免疫系统不足的知识,对将来创造一种对抗哈维氏弧菌感染的养殖技术提供指导。
