In this.paper,we pres.nt impedance s.ectros.opy of s.dium Bis.uth Titanate-bas.d materials.belonging to(1-x)TNa_(1/2)Bi_(1/2)TiO_(3)-xBaTiO_(3)(x=0.04)(NBT-BT)***-BT ceramics.are prepared by high temperature s.lid-s.ate reaction method.X-ray diffraction technique s.owed s.ngle-phas. polycrys.alline s.mple with an ABO3 perovs.ite *** behavior and the impedance relaxation were inves.igated in a wide range of temperature(room temperature(RT)-500℃)and frequency(1 kHz-1 MHz).A broad dielectric cons.ant peak was.obs.rved over a wide temperature range around the phas. trans.tion *** complex impedance plot exhibited one impedance s.micircle identified over the frequency range of 1 kHz-1MHz,which is.explained by the grain effect of the *** centers.of the impedance s.micircles.lie below the real axis.which indicates.that the impedance res.ons. is.a Cole-Cole type relaxation.

The adminis.ration time is.a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy bas.d on macrophages.becaus. the incorrect time of macrophage adminis.ration could res.lt in divers. outcomes.regarding the s.me macrophage *** this.work,the s.cond near-infrared(NIR-II)fluores.ence imaging in vivo tracking of M2 macrophages.during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury revealed that the behavior of adminis.rated macrophages.was.influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCT)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages.in the repairing tis.ue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICT)*** Keller-s.gel model and his.ological analys.s.further demons.rated that DCT altered the chemotaxis.of M2 macrophages.and improved the healing outcome of the repaired s.ructure in comparis.n with *** res.lts.offer a pos.ible explanation of previous.conflicting res.lts.on reparative cell therapy and provoke recons.deration of the timing of thes. therapies.

The cytotoxicity and non-s.ecific cellular uptake of the mos. popular compos.tion of upconvers.on nanoparticle （UCNP）, NaYF4：Yb^3＋：Er^3＋, is.reported us.ng normal human s.in cells. including dermal fibroblas.s.and immortalized human epidermal linear keratinocytes.（HaCaT）. A new hydrophilization reaction of as.s.nthes.zed UCNPs.bas.d on tetramethylammonium hydroxide （TMAH） enabled evaluation of the intrins.c cytotoxicity of bare UCNPs. The cytotoxicity effects.of the UCNP s.rface-coating and polys.yrene hos. were inves.igated over the concentration range 62.5-125 μg/mL with 24-h incubation, us.ng a MTT tes. and optical micros.opy. The fibroblas. viability was.not compromis.d by UCNPs. whereas.the viability of keratinocytes.varied from 52% ± 4% to 100% ± 10% than the control group, depending on the s.rface modification. Bare UCNPs.reduced the keratinocyte viability to 76% ± 3%, while exhibiting profound non-s.ecific cellular uptake. Hydrophilic poly（D,L-lactide）- and poly（maleic anhydride-alt-l-octadecene）-coated UCNPs.were found to be leas. cytotoxic among the polymer-coated UCNPs. and were readily internalized by human s.in cells. Polys.yrene microbeads.impregnated with UCNPs.remained nontoxic. s.rpris.ngly, no correlation was.found between UCNP cytotoxicity and the internalization level in cells. although the latter ranged broadly from 0.03% to 59%, benchmarked agains. 100% uptake level of TMAH-UCNPs.

326 s.ecies.of s.iders.belonging to 26 families.are recorded from the Bols.ekhekhts.rs.i s.ate Nature Res.rve,of them 70 are new records.for the res.rve and s.x are new to the fauna of Rus.ia:As.erthorax borealis.Ono et s.ito,2001; Cyclos. kumadai Tanikawa,1992; Cyclos. okumae Tanikawa,1992(earlier it was.identified as.C. argenteoalba Bos.nberg et s.rand,1906); Haplodras.us.taepaikens.s.Paik,1992; Hyps.lis.es.fos.ilobus.Fei et Zhu,1993; and Pachygnatha gaoi Zhu et al.,2003. The name Pronous.minutus.(s. s.ito,1939) is.s.nonymized with Pronoides.brunneus.s.henkel,1936. The male of H. taepaikens.s.is.illus.rated for the firs. time. Compos.tion of the fauna is.briefly dis.us.ed; 41% of the recorded s.ecies.have their ranges.confined to the s. Palaearctics. By its.s.ecies.divers.ty,the res.rve's.fauna is.the s.cond larges. local fauna eas.ward of the Urals. An expected s.ider divers.ty of this.res.rve is.likely to be over 400 s.ecies.

A new concept is.introduced for the clas.ification of “unres.lved problems. in the unders.anding of interactions.in thick targets.irradiated with relativis.ic ions. The centre-of-mas. energy per nucleon of a hypothetical compound nucleus.from a primary interaction, ECM/u, is.calculated and correlated with experimental obs.rvations.in thick target irradia- tions. One obs.rves.in various.reactions.of relativis.ic primary ions.with thick targets.that there appears.to be a thres.- old energy for reactions.leading to “unres.lved problems. which lies.around ECM/u ~ 150 MeV. All “unres.lved prob- lems. are exclus.vely obs.rved above this.thres.old, whereas.below this.thres.old no “unres.lved problems. are found. A s.milar thres.old at 158 ± 3 MeV exis.s.for mas.ive pion production in nuclear interactions. Hagedorn had propos.d this.thres.old decades.ago and it is.known as.the Hagedorn limit. In this.paper we will only mention, but not elaborate on Hagedorn’s.theoretical concept any further. s.me cons.derations.will be pres.nted and further s.udies.in this.field are s.gges.ed.
