with the new era of the Internet of Things(IoT)technology,many devices with limited resources are *** devices are susceptible to a signicant number of new malware and other risks emerging *** of the most appropriate methods for securing those IoT applications is cryptographic algorithms,as cryptography masks information by eliminating the risk of collecting any meaningful information *** ensures that all data communications are private,accurate,authenticated,authorized,or *** conventional cryptographic algorithms have been developed specically for devices with limited resources;however,it turns out that such algorithms are not ideal for IoT restricted devices with their current ***,lightweight block ciphers are gaining popularity to meet the requirements of low-power and constrained devices.A new ultra-lightweight secret-key block-enciphering algorithm named“LBC-IoT”is proposed in this *** proposed block length is 32-bit supporting key lengths of 80-bit,and it is mainly based on the Feistel ***-efcient cryptographic features in“LBC-IoT”include the use of simple functions(shift,XOR)and small rigid substitution boxes(4-bit-S-boxes).Besides,it is immune to different types of attacks such as linear,differential,and side-channel as well as exible in terms of ***,LBC-IoT achieves reasonable performance in both hardware and software compared to other recent ***-IoT’s hardware implementation results are very promising(smallest ever area“548”GE)and competitive with today’s leading lightweight ***-IoT is also ideally suited for ultra-restricted devices such as RFID tags.

BACKGROUND The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),a pandemic contributing to more than 105 million cases and more than 2.3 million deaths worldwide,was described to be frequently accompanied by extrapulmonary manifestations,including liver *** dysfunction and elevated liver enzymes were observed in about 53%of COVID-19 *** To gain insight into transcriptional abnormalities in liver tissue of severe COVID-19 patients that may result in liver *** The transcriptome of liver autopsy samples from severe COVID-19 patients against those of non-COVID donors was *** expressed genes were identified from normalized RNA-seq data and analyzed for the enrichment of functional clusters and *** differentially expressed genes were then compared against the genetic signatures of liver diseases including cirrhosis,fibrosis,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and hepatitis A/B/*** expression of some differentially expressed genes was assessed in the blood samples of severe COVID-19 patients with liver dysfunction using *** Analysis of the differential transcriptome of the liver tissue of severe COVID-19 patients revealed a significant upregulation of transcripts implicated in tissue remodeling including G-coupled protein receptors family genes,DNAJB1,IGF2,EGFR,and ***,the differential transcriptome of severe COVID-19 liver tissues substantially overlapped with the disease signature of liver diseases characterized with pathological tissue remodeling(liver cirrhosis,Fibrosis,NAFLD,and hepatitis A/B/C).Moreover,we observed a significant suppression of transcripts implicated in metabolic pathways as well as mitochondrial function,including cytochrome P450 family members,ACAD11,CIDEB,GNMT,and ***,drug and xenobiotics metabolism pathways are significantly suppressed suggesting a decrease in liver detoxification *** correspondence with the RNA-seq data analysis,we observ

wittig reactions of benzaldehydes, alkanals, and cycloalkanals as well as of acetophenones are carried out with alkoxycarbonyl methylidenetriphenylphosphoranes in 10 w% aqueous NaOH, where the cinnamates and alkenoates produced are hydrolysed in situ and the corresponding acids are obtained after mostly simple extractive work-up, often without employing organic solvents. Under the same conditions, benzaldehydes are reacted with alkoxycarbonyl bromomethy-lidenephosphorane to produce 3-arylprop-2-ynoic acids (arylpropiolic acids).
