Fast-neutron （FN） irradiation has been used to create mutagen- ized collections of many plant species （Bolon et al., 2014）, FN- induced mutagenesis has clear advantages： it is an efficient means of saturating the genome, and it does not involve time- consuming plant transformation or tissue culture. In rice, most mutant collections, although highly valuable, were generated us- ing either T-DNA insertion or transposon tagging approaches that often induce mutations unlinked to the insertion and complicating analysis （Wang et al., 2013）. Another disadvantage of some of these collections is that they were created in rice varieties that are photoperiod-sensitive and often have long generation times.

低温热年代学数据是一个与热历史过程紧密相关的资料类型,与高温年代学不同,低温热年代学表观年龄本身在很多情况下没有直接的地质意义.当且仅当样品线性持续冷却的情况下,表观年龄才可以被直接解释为样品经过其封闭温度的大致时间.因此,只有结合地质约束通过对低温热年代学数据进行热历史模拟才能更好地揭示其所蕴含的地质信息.对川东北地区现有裂变径迹数据的统计显示,露头样品的表观年龄主要集中在60～80 ma,其为冷却年龄并无直接的地质意义.前人利用这些数据对川东北地区热历史进行了模拟,然而不同研究者的研究结果却不甚一致,争议主要集中在四川盆地最后一期剥蚀开始的时间上.这体现了单一低温热年代学指标应用范围局限的缺陷.为解决这一问题,本文介绍了一种多类低温热年代学数据剖面联合解释的方法:首先根据低温热年代学动力学模型对诸多种可能的热历史进行正演模拟,然后将正演模拟的结果与观测结果相比较,因此,通过对比正演模拟结果与实测结果的拟合程度便可从诸多种可能的热历史中选择出最可能的一种.本文利用此方法对四川盆地东北部已发表的诸多可能的冷却/剥蚀历史进行了正演模拟,并将这些正演模拟与实测磷灰石裂变径迹和(U-Th)/He综合深度剖面数据进行比较,更好地制约了四川盆地的热历史:～100 ma和～30 ma之间冷却速度为0.57℃/ma,～30 ma以来冷却速度加快(～1.67℃/ma).在假设川东北地区100ma内地温梯度大致与现今20℃/km的地温梯度相近的前提下,其剥蚀历史可计算为:在～100 ma和～30 ma之间剥蚀速度为29 m/ma,～30 ma以来剥蚀速度加快(～83 m/ma),川东北地区自晚白垩世以来总剥蚀量约为5 km.

Introduction: Arterial hypertension (AH) during pregnancy is defined as systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg on two (2) successive visits separated by at least 4 hours in a woman who has been at rest for 10 to 15 minutes in the seated position and then in the left lateral decubitus position. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and types of arterial hypertension among pregnant women in the maternity ward of the CmC les Flamboyants. methods: This was a prospective descriptive study lasting six (6) months, from 1 October 2021 to 31 march 2022, of all pregnant women and/or parturients admitted to the maternity ward of the CmC les Flamboyants with a resting blood pressure (BP) greater than or equal to 140/90 mm Hg during the study period. Results: During the study period, we recorded 707 cases of pregnant and/or parturient women, 50 (7.07%) of whom were hypertensive. The average age of the patients was 29 years, with extremes of 18 and 41 years. The 20 - 29 age group was the most affected, with 26 cases (52%). Headache, dizziness and oedema of the lower limbs were constant in all cases. The risk factors for arterial hypertension were dominated by familial hypertension in 19 cases (38%), multiple gestures in 17 cases (34%) and a history of gestational hypertension in 16 cases (32%). Gestational age between 28 and 36 weeks’ amenorrhoea was the most common, with 20 cases (40%). Type I hypertension was most common on admission, with 34 cases (68%), followed by type II hypertension, with 8 cases (16%). Pre-eclampsia was the most frequent maternal complication with 27 cases (54%) followed by eclampsia with 15 cases (30%). Fetal distress was the most frequent fetal complication, 19 cases (38%), followed by death in utero 9 cases (18%). Conclusion: Compliance with consultation programmes and correct patient follow-up could help reduce maternal-foetal complications.

Introduction: A congenital malformation is defined as a morphological abnormality of an organ or body region resulting from an abnormal developmental process during the formation of the embryo or fetus. Depending on their type, location and size, malformations can cause functional, psychological and aesthetic defects. The aim of this study is to document the frequency of congenital malformations, describe the characteristics of malformed newborns and their biological mothers, and identify the different types of malformations presented by newborns at the INSE. methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study of clinically visible malformed newborns. It was carried out from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022 at the INSE neonatology unit. Epi info version 3.1 software was used for data entry and analysis. Results: Of a total of 2332 neonates hospitalized during the study period, 81 (3.5%) cases had at least one clinically visible congenital malformation. Nearly 84% had an age ≤ 7 days at the time of admission. The male sex was most concerned (60.5%). Newborns referred by a health facility accounted for 84%. malformations of the digestive system accounted for 30.9% of cases, followed by those of the limbs (19.8%) and poly malformative syndrome (19.8%). Conclusion: This study shows that congenital malformations exist and are frequent in Guinea. Our results could therefore be the starting point for the future establishment of a national register of congenital malformations.

Introduction: Retinoblastoma is one of the pediatric malignancies and its treatment is still challenging. The objective of this study was to highlight the sociodemographic, clinical, and therapeutic aspects of retinoblastoma at the Donka Paediatric Haematology/Oncology unit in Donka university hospital, Guinea, and thereby highlight the conditions of this malignancy in this country. Methods: This was a retrospective study over 3 years (January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019). The study population was all retinoblastoma patients who were treated in this unit. Socio-demographic, clinical, and therapeutic data were analyzed. Results: Out of 210 pediatric patients followed up for cancer in this unit during the period, retinoblastoma accounted for 46 (22%). The patient age at diagnosis was 35.17 months (range: 3 - 132 months). At admission, metastases were observed in 16 patients (35%): 14 with brain metastases and 2 with lymph node metastases. Preoperative chemotherapy was employed in 38 (83%), tumor resection was performed in 20 patients (43%), and postoperative chemotherapy was performed in 19 patients. As for the prognosis, remission in 9, death in 14, and treatment discontinuation in 15. Only one patient had health insurance (2%). Conclusion: In this region of Guinea, retinoblastoma is the most common ocular tumor in children. Its diagnosis is easy: strabismus and leukocoria are the early signs of retinoblastoma. The prognosis depends on how early the diagnosis is made. Physicians, care-givers, and family members should be aware of the nature of this malignancy and social education/message as such is necessary.

AIm To investigate the hepatic microcirculatory changes due to Haemoxygenase(HO),effect of HO inhibition on remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC) and modulation of *** Eight groups of animals were studied- Sham,ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI) the animals were subjected to 45 min of hepatic ischemia followed by three hours of reperfusion,RIPC(remote ischemic preconditioning) + IRI group,remote ischemic preconditioning in sham(RIPC + Sham),PDTC + IR(Pyridodithiocarbamate,HO donor),Zn PP + RIPC + IRI(Zinc protoporphyrin prior to preconditioning),IR-24(45 min of ischemia followed by 24 h of reperfusion),RIPC+IR-24(preconditioning prior to. After 3 and 24 h of reperfusion the animals were killed by exsanguination and samples were taken. RESULTS Velocity of flow(160.83 ± 12.24 μm/s),sinusoidal flow(8.42 ± 1.19) and sinusoidal perfusion index(42.12 ± 7.28) in hepatic IR were lower(P mparison to RIPC and PDTC(HO inducer). RIPC increased velocity of flow(328.04 ± 19.13 μm/s),sinusoidal flow(17.75 ± 2.59) and the sinusoidal perfusion index(67.28 ± 1.82)(P m/s),sinusoidal flow(17.66 ± 3.71) and sinusoidal perfusion(82.33 ± 3.5) to near sham levels. Zn PP(HO inhibition) reduced velocity of flow of RBC in the RIPC group(170.74 ± 13.43 μm/s and sinusoidal flow in the RIPC group(9.46 ± 1.34). Zn PP in RIPC(60.29 ± 1.82) showed a fall in perfusion only at 180 min of reperfusion. Neutrophil adhesion in IR injury is seen in both postsinusoidal venules(769.05 ± 87.48) and sinusoids(97.4 ± 7.49). Neutrophil adhesion in RIPC + IR injury is reduced in both postsinusoidal venules(219.66 ± 93.79) and sinusoids(25.69 ± 9.08)(P < 0.05). PDTC reduced neutrophil adhesion in both postsinusoidal venules(89.58 ± 58.32) and sinusoids(17.98 ± 11.01)(P < 0.05) reproducing the effects of RIPC.
