The enzyme leukotriene A4 (LTA4) plays an important role as precursor of slow reactive substances as LTC4, LTD4, and LTE4. It is an attractive target for molecular modeling and QSAR study. Our effort is mainly focused on exploring the SAR for inhibitors of the LTA4 hydrolase through docking study, pharmacophore modeling and molecular descriptor study. The binding of these small molecules on LTA4 hydrolase enzyme was described by the models developed on 2D molecular descriptors, with good predictive power (39 compounds, 6 descriptors, r2 0.98, SEE 0.167, F-value 268.53, q2 0.90, r2adj 0.97, P-value < 0.0001, SD of residuals 0.15). Docking studies were employed to presume the probable binding conformation of these analogues and exploring the SAR for the compounds. The novel pharmacophore represents the ligand features that are involved in interactions with the target protein, as well as the space around the ligand occupied by the protein. The efforts are aimed to discover the SAR for the inhibitors of LTA4 hydrolase through techniques of QSAR, docking and pharmacophore.

We construct a set T of space-the transformations between inertial systems that are completely equivalent for explaining the experimental evidence, by starting from two empirically based assumptions: (1) The two-way velocity of light is c in all inertial systems and in all directions; (2) Time dilation effects take place with the usual relativistic factor. The Lorentz transformation is an element of T and any two elements of T differ only as to a convention regarding clock synchronization. The simplest choice is to transform time independently of space coordinates (absolute synchronization) and can be called 'inerital transformation.' When accelerations are considered the equivalence is broken and the inertial transformation emerges as closest to physical reality.

The efficacy of first-and second-line Helicobacter pylori(***)eradication regimens varies considerably in West Asian countries,mainly due to the variable prevalence of resistant ***,no review article has yet evaluated and compared the efficacy of different regimens among different countries of this ***,we conducted a review to select the best options and provide recommendations for *** treatment in this geographic region.A search through PubMed was carried out to obtain relevant randomized clinical trials published in English language up to *** to the results,among different therapeutic regimens used as the first-line protocols,10-d Bismuth-Furazolidone/Metronidazole quadruple therapy,14-d Clarithromycin-containing hybrid therapy and 14-d quadruple therapy including a proton pump inhibitor +Bismuth+Tetracycline(500 mg QID)+Metronidazole(500 mg TDS)seemed to be appropriate *** second-line therapeutic regimens,Bismuthbased quadruple therapies containing Tetracycline and Furazolidone/Metronidazole,triple therapy containing Amoxicillin and Gatifloxacin and Quadruple therapy including Bismuth+Azithromycin and Ofloxacin seemed to be effective ***-line therapies were not evaluated in West Asia;most guidelines,however,recommend choosing optimal eradication regimen according to the pattern of antibiotic susceptibility of *** we limited our investigation to *** eradication regimens in West Asia,the clinical significance of the results goes beyond the countries situated in this geographic *** fact,the results are transferrable to any region as long as the patterns of resistance are the same.

Gracilis muscle transposition is well established in general surgery and has been the main muscle transposition technique for anal ***,through a schedule of continuous electrical stimulation,converts the fatigue-prone muscle fibres to a tonic fatigue-resistant morphology with acceptable results in those cases where there is limited sphincter muscle *** differences between gluteoplasty and graciloplasty,as well as the techniques and complications of both procedures,are outlined in this ***,these techniques are rarely carried out in specialized units with experience,as there is a high revision and explantation rate.

Drilling mud is a major concerning element due to its high operational and economic impact on the drilling *** additives are introduced to enhance the efficiency of drilling fluid,but none of them could perfectly achieve their proposed efficacy in drilling *** conceived several nanoparticles(NPs)in drilling fluid to dissolve this *** a singular instance,commercial tin oxide(SnO_(2))nanoparticles were utilized to analyze the influence of NPs on the rheological and filtration properties of inorganic KCl salt-based drilling ***,the effect of SnO_(2) NPs on mud lubricity characteristics is not studied ***,due to the hazardous behavior of KCl,its use is very ***,we consider a KCl-free bentonite water-based mud to avoid any environmental damages from drilling *** also use SnO_(2) NPs that is synthesized in our laboratory by co-precipitation *** addition to rheological and filtration properties,we also investigate the effect of NPs on mud's lubricity that was not considered in the previous *** fluid properties are measured at five different NPs concentrations of 0.10,0.25,0.50,0.75&1.0 wt%,and at six different temperatures of 30,40,50,60,70,and 80°C,while filtration properties are measured using API low-pressure low temperature(LPLT)*** addition of 0.1 wt%SnO_(2) NPs increases plastic viscosity,yield point,10 s gel strength,and 10 min gel strength by 10%,63%,20%,and 14%,*** maximum reduction in lubricity coefficient is found to be 14%at NPs concentration of 1.0 wt%.The NPs concentration of 0.5 wt%yielded a reduction in fluid loss and mud cake thickness by 8.1%and 34%,*** study suggests that SnO_(2) NPs can be employed as an additive to improve the rheology,lubricity,and filtration properties of KCl-free bentonite water-based drilling mud.

Zincalume steel(G550)is commonly used in various construction fields because of its high corrosion resistance and good mechanical *** recent years,a number of steel companies have massively produced zincalume steel(G550)with large volumes of *** the reduction of massive industrial wastes,the zincalume steel(G550)was welded in the lap joint configuration using different welding parameters in the metal inert gas(MIG)welding and laser beam welding(LBW)process in this *** MIG welding and LBW are more welcomed welding methods due to their high efficiency and low ***,they are different as the LBW offers welding speed three to five times faster than MIG welding,while LBW’s heat transfer to workpieces is much less than MIG welding,which can avoid some *** microstructure of zincalume steel(G550)was investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and the microstructure characterizations of welded specimens were *** experiment found the columnar dendrites extended under the heat flow direction during the MIG welding and LBW ***,the columnar grains were formed in between the equiaxed zone and fusion zone(FZ)at high heat input and slow cooling ***,the grain size of FZ was comparatively smaller than heat affected zone(HAZ)and base metal(BM).

At abandoned mine sites,arsenic(As)-and antimony(Sb)-enriched soils are often disposed of through onsite burial or *** highly weathered mine sites,the mobility of As and Sb is typically controlled by iron(Fe)(III)/Fe(II)phases;thus,the suitability of such disposal methods and appropriate testing techniques are *** the present study,leaching potentials of As and Sb were examined using the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP),waste extraction test(WET),and WET-extended procedure(WET-EXT)at three abandoned mine site soils in *** leached concentration of As regularly exceeded USEPA criteria(5 mg L^(-1)).The highest leached concentrations of As and Sb were observed in the finest particle size fraction(<0.053 mm)by WET-EXT(1040 mg L^(-1)for As and 21.10 mg L^(-1)for Sb)followed by WET(800 mg L^(-1)for As and 20.90 mg L^(-1)for Sb).The TCLP method resulted in the lowest concentrations of leached As(0.0009 mg L^(-1))and Sb(0.0003 mg L^(-1)).Crystalline and amorphous As-bearing Fe oxides were the main phases in the soils ***,the best correlations of leached As determined by TCLP(0.832),WET(0.944),and WET-EXT(0.961)were found with the non-specifically sorbed(NS1)As *** mineralogical and sequential extraction data clearly indicate the dominant role of Fe geochemistry in controlling leachability of As and *** TCLP method was unlikely to be suitable for assessing leachability,as it exhibited no relationship with leachable Fe and substantially lower leached As and Sb than the other two *** the high to extremely high leachable As and Sb concentrations,most of the soil samples would not be recommended for placement in capping works,old shafts,or reduction systems(e.g.,collection in drainage basins).

Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a chronic functional disorder of the gastrointestinal tract and is one of the most commonly diagnosed gastrointestinal *** impact of IBS on the general population is large due to its high prevalence,suboptimal medical treatments and significant economic *** pathophysiology of IBS is complex and treatments are often *** common therapeutic approaches for IBS include education and reassurance,lifestyles(especially nutrition-based interventions),peripherally acting medications(which typically target motility),centrally actingmedications(which target visceral hypersensitivity and pain)and psychological interventions(which aim to reduce the effects of stress or symptom-specific anxiety).A beneficial dietary approach might include the following measures:a diet low in fermentable oligo-,di-and monosaccharides and polyols(FODMAPs),limitation or exclusion of gas-producing foods and/or lactose and gluten and fiber supplementation in selected *** therapeutic agents,namely nutraceutics,are also an interesting option in the management of IBS *** paper will focus on available dietary interventions for IBS and will review the evidence for nutrition-based therapies.
