Tr.pical for.st cover.change along with incr.asing fr.gmentation has detr.mental effects on the global *** the cur.ent study change in both for.st cover.and fr.gmentation of Kor.put distr.ct have been assessed in the past thr.e decades(1987-2017)and futur. decade(2017-2027),which has been modelled using logistic r.gr.ssion showing a gr.dual decr.ase in the for.st cover.and incr.ase in *** long ter. defor.station r.tes fr.m 1987 to 2017(cur.ent per.od)and fr.m 1987 to 2027(pr.dicted per.od)wer. found to be-0.018 and-0.012,*** of the total geogr.phical ar.a,2027 number.of gr.ds(1 km^(2))out of 8856 gr.ds wer. found to have shown extinction of for.st in the study *** conver.ion of for.sted lands into other.land uses has been one of the major.causes of defor.station in Kor.put,especially because of the incr.asing mining activities and establishment of thr.e major.industr.es namely National Aluminium Company(NALCO),Damanjodi,Hindustan Aer.nautics Limited(HAL),Sunabeda and Ballar.ur.Industr.es Limited(BILT).The for.st fr.gmentation r.veals a negative tr.nd,r.cor.ing highest conver.ion fr.m lar.e cor. fr.gments to edge(191.33 km2)and the pr.dicted per.od has also shown the same tr.nd of negative change,which poses ser.ous danger.to the str.ctur. of the *** of all the landscape matr.ces calculated,number.of patches will incr.ase to 214 in 2027 fr.m 93 in *** the test between geogr.phically weighted r.gr.ssion(GWr.and or.inar. least squar. r.gr.ssion(OLS),GWr.was the better.fit model for.dr.wing a spatial r.lationship between for.st cover.and fr.gmentation *** study confir.ed that the for.st cover.change has impacted the for.st fr.gmentation in the study *** pr.gr.mmes like r.DD+should be implemented along with the exper.ences of Community For.st Management and the joint for.st management should be intensified at community level in or.er.to develop better.management pr.ctices to conser.e habitats in biodi

Heter.junction DDr.THz IMPATT diodes based on Al_xGa_(1-x)N/Ga N mater.al system

Two differ.nt heter.junction DDr.str.ctur.s such as n-Al0.4Ga0.6N/p-GaN and n-GaN/p-Al0.4Ga0.6N ar. pr.posed in this study. The lar.e-signal output power. con- ver.ion efficiency and noise pr.per.ies of the heter.junction DDr.IMPATTs ar. compar.d with homojunction DDr.IMPATT devices based on GaN and Al0.4Ga0.6N. The r.sults show that the n-Al0.4Ga0.6N/p-GaN heter.junction DDr.device not only sur.asses the n-GaN/p-Al0.4Ga0.6N DDr.device but also homojunction DDr.IMPATTs based on GaN and Al0.4Ga0.6N as r.gar.s lar.e-signal conver.ion efficiency, power.output and avalanche noise per.or.ance at 1.0 THz.

In wir.less sensor.networ. （MSN）, r.liability is the main issue to design any r.uting technique. To design a compr.hensive r.liable wir.less sensor.networ., it is essential to consider.node failur. and ener.y constr.in as inevitable phenomena. In this paper.we pr.sent ener.y efficient node fault diagnosis and r.cover. for.wir.less sensor.networ.s r.fer.ed as ener.y efficient fault toler.nt multipath r.uting scheme for.wir.less sensor.networ.. The scheme is based on multipath data r.uting. One shor.est path is used for.main data r.uting in our.scheme and other.two backup paths ar. used as alter.ative path for.faulty networ. and to handle the over.oaded tr.ffic on main channel. Shor.est pat data r.uting ensur.s ener.y efficient data r.uting. Extensive simulation r.sults have r.vealed that the per.or.ance of the pr.posed scheme is ener.y efficient and can toler.tes mor. than 60% of fault.

Nucleosynthesis in the accr.tion disks of Type Ⅱ collapsar.

We investigate nucleosynthesis inside the gamma-r.y bur.t （Gr.） accr.- tion disks for.ed by the Type II collapsar.. In these collapsar., the cor. collapse of massive star. fir.t leads to the for.ation of a pr.to-neutr.n star. After.that, an out- war. moving shock tr.gger. a successful super.ova. However. the super.ova ejecta lacks momentum and within a few seconds the newly for.ed neutr.n star.gets tr.ns- for.ed to a stellar.mass black hole via massive fallback. The hydr.dynamics of such an accr.tion disk for.ed fr.m the fallback mater.al of the super.ova ejecta has been studied extensively in the past. We use these well-established hydr.dynamic models for.our.accr.tion disk in or.er.to under.tand nucleosynthesis, which is mainly ad- vection dominated in the outer.r.gions. Neutr.no cooling becomes impor.ant in the inner.disk wher. the temper.tur. and density ar. higher. The higher.the accr.tion r.te （M） is, the higher.the density and temper.tur. ar. in the disks. We deal with accr.- tion disks with r.latively low accr.tion r.tes： 0.001 Mo s-1 ~ 3）/~ 0.01 Mo S--1 and hence these disks ar. pr.dominantly advection dominated. We use He-r.ch and Si- r.ch abundances as the initial condition of nucleosynthesis at the outer.disk, and being equipped with the disk hydr.dynamics and the nuclear.networ. code, we study the abundance evolution as matter.inflows and falls into the centr.l object. We investigate the var.ation in the nucleosynthesis pr.ducts in the disk with the change in the initial abundance at the outer.disk and also with the change in the mass accr.tion r.te. We r.por. the synthesis of sever.l unusual nuclei like 31p, 39K, 43Sc＇ 35C1 and var.ous isotopes of titanium, vanadium, chr.mium, manganese and copper. We also confir. that isotopes of ir.n, cobalt, nickel, ar.on, calcium, sulphur.and silicon get synthe- sized in the disk, as shown by pr.vious author.. A r.sponse sur.ace method was used to optimize the pur.fication and concentr.tion of gluconic acid fr.m fer.entation br.th using an integr.ted membr.ne system. Gluconobacter.oxydans was used for.the bioconver.ion of the glucose in sugar.ane juice to gluconic acid (concentr.tion 45 g·L^-1) with a yield of 0.9 g·g^-1. The optimum oper.ting conditions, such as tr.ns-membr.ne pr.ssur. (TMP), pH, cr.ss-flow r.te (CFr. and initial gluconic acid concentr.tion, wer. deter.ined using r.sponse sur.ace methodology. Five differ.nt types of polyamide nanofiltr.tion membr.nes wer. scr.ened and the best per.or.ing one was then used for.downstr.am pur.fication of gluconic acid in a flat sheet cr.ss-flow membr.ne module. Under.the optimum conditions (TMP=12 bar.and CFr.400 L·h^-1), this membr.ne r.tained mor. than 85% of the unconver.ed glucose fr.m the fer.entation br.th and had a gluconic acid per.eation r.te of 88% with a flux of 161 L·m^-2·h^-1. Using r.sponse sur.ace methods to optimize this gr.en nanofiltr.tion pr.cess is an effective way of contr.lling the pr.duction of gluconic acid so that an efficient separ.tion with high flux is obtained.
