Regulating the Electron-Deficient Component in A-DA1D-A Typed Small-Molecule Acceptors for High-Performance Organic Solar Cells

Fine-tuning of the electron-deficient unit in A-DA1D-A typed small-molecule acceptors (Smas) plays a crucial role in developing efficient Smas for organic solar cells (OSCs).Here,we developed a Sma based on benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline,designated as qW1,as well as three Smas based on 1-methylindoline-2,3-dione,identified as qW2,qW3,and *** with qW2,qW1 displays slightly blue-shifted absorption spectra and a lower LUMO energy level due to the stronger electron-withdrawing capability of bTqx in contrast to *** the other hand,the introduction of a bromine atom in qW3 and qW4 causes a blue shift in absorption and a reduction in the LUMO energy level compared to *** functional theory analysis reveals that qW1 exhibits the best molecular planarity,which endows qW1 with larger electron mobility and tighter molecular ***,PM6:qW1 device affords a better efficiency of 15.63% than those of the devices based on qW2 (14.25%),qW3 (13.21%) and qW4 (15.03%).Moreover,the qW4-based device yields the highest open-circuit voltage of 0.933 V,and the PM6:L8-bO:qW4 ternary device realizes a PCE of 19.03%.Overall,our work demonstrates that regulation of electron-deficient central units is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of the resulting A-DA1D-A Smas.

An optical space time pulse position modulation(OSTPPM) scheme is proposed to satisfy the communication requirement of high transmission rate and better reliability. For the OSTPPM scheme, an improved threshold judgment-based orthogonal matching pursuit(IT-OMP) algorithm with low-complexity and near optimal performance is proposed. The average bit error rate of OSTPPM-IT-OMP scheme is investigated over the exponential Weibull channel, and its analytical expression is verified via Monte Carlo simulation. With the same simulation parameters, the signal to noise ratio of(4,4,2)-OSTPPM-IT-OMP is respectively 3.75 d b and 8.5 d b better than that of spatial pulse position modulation(SPPM) scheme and generalized spatial pulse position modulation(GSPPM)scheme at a bit error rate of 1 × 10-3. With the same transmission bits per symbol, the computational complexity of(3,4,2)-OSTPPM-IT-OMP scheme is reduced by 90.47% and 75.4% compared with(16,4,2)-SPPM and(5,4,2)-GSPPM schemes, respectively.

A ternary system comprising Ca_(20)Al_(26)Mg_(3)Si_(3)O_(68)(q-phase),limestone,and metakaolin is proposed,and its hydration behavior,hydration product phases,microstructure,and mechanical properties are investigated and compared with pure q-phase *** results indicate that the ternary system exhibits exceptional and sustained compressive strength even under a 40℃environment,significantly outperforming pure *** mechanism lies in that metakaolin effectively inhibits the transformation of metastable ***,the interactions among q-phase,limestone,and metakaolin further enhance the cementitious *** ternary system effectively addresses potential issues of strength loss in q-phase cement application,and as a low-carbon cementitious material system,it holds promising potential applications.

Natural polysaccharides named PEP-0.1-1,PEP-0-1 and PEP-0-2 from edible mushroom species Pleurotus eryngii were obtained in the present *** showed that molecular weights of these polysaccharides were 3235,2041 and 23933 Da,***,structural characterization revealed that PEP-0.1-1 had a→4-α-D-Glcp-1→backbone and contained→4)-α-D-Glcp and→4)-β-D-Glcp reducing end ***-0-1 backbone contained→4-α-D-Glcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-1→,and the side chains containedα-D-Glcp,β-D-manp-1→andα-D-Glcp-3→.However,PEP-0-2 backbone consisted of→4-α-DGlcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-(1→6)-α-D-Galp-1→while the side chains containedα-D-Glcp andβ-D-manp-1→.biological activity analysis was then carried out and found that all these polysaccharides could significantly suppress the relative mRNA expression of toll-like receptor 4,nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammation of RAW264.7 cells,as well as the over secretion of the above cell ***,Western blotting analysis revealed that all these purified fractions displayed significant inhibition effects on the expression of c-Jun N-terminal kinases protein induced by LPS in mitogen activated protein kinase pathway,along with the relieving on the inhibition effect of LPS on Iκb-αprotein *** summary,the information generated by the present study could provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of novel healthy food materials from edible mushroom with antiinflammation activities.

Acetylacetone(AcAc)is a typical class ofβ-diketones with broad industrial applications due to the property of the keto-enol isomers,but its isomerization and chemical reactions at the air-droplet interface are still ***,using combined molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry methods,the heterogeneous chemistry of AcAc at the air-droplet interface was investigated,including the attraction of AcAc isomers by the droplets,the distribution of isomers at the air-droplet interface,and the hydration reactions of isomers at the air-droplet *** results reveal that the preferential orientation of two AcAc isomers(keto-and enol-AcAc)to accumulate and accommodate at the acidic air-droplet *** isomerization of two AcAc isomers at the acidic air-droplet interface is more favorable than that at the neutral air-droplet interface because the“water bridge”structure is destroyed by H_(3)O^(+),especially for the isomerization from keto-Ac Ac to *** the acidic air-droplet interface,the carbonyl or hydroxyl O-atoms of two AcAc isomers display an energetical preference to ***-diol is the dominant products to accumulate at the air-droplet interface,and excessive keto-diol can enter the droplet interior to engage in the *** photooxidation reaction of AcAc will increase the acidity of the air-droplet interface,which indirectly facilitate the uptake and formation of more *** results provide an insight into the heterogeneous chemistry ofβ-diketones and their influence on the environment.

A novel Eu^(2+)-Eu^(3+)co-activated ratiometric thermo-sensitive phosphor was developed and synthesized by solid-state *** valence state of Eu,photoluminescence and thermo-sensitive performance of the phosphor prepared either in ambient air or carbothermally were investigated and *** phosphor shows high sensitivity(Sa=0.0173 K^(-1),S_(r)=0.461%/K)and superior signal discriminability(Δν∼10380 cm^(−1)).The thermo-sensitive performance is subject to the dual effects of different thermo-responses by Eu^(2+)versus Eu^(3+)combined with energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Eu^(3+),so that the sensitivity of the phosphor in the temperature range presents a non-monotonic *** development of the baAl_(2)b_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Eu^(3+)phosphor is not only expected to be relevant for application in the field of temperature sensing,but also of reference significance for improving the sensitivity by means of energy transfer between co-activator ions over a wider temperature range of Eu^(2+)-Eu^(3+)co-activated ratiometric thermo-sensitive phosphors.

The suspension state of crystals in the crystallizer is one of the important indicators for evaluating the adaptability of the crystallizer. This study adopted the Euler-Eulerian two-fluid model to simulate and analyze the fluid motion of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the industrial-grade DTb crystallization kettle, as well as the phase suspension distribution of crystal particles. The main influencing factors investigated are: the heat transfer effect, the height of the bottom of the crystallizer, the number and position of the stirring paddle, crystal size and crystal volume fraction. based on the research of Euler-Eulerian method to simulate fluids, the Euler-Lagrangian method was further used to simulate the motion state of particle phases with different particle sizes in the crystallizer. It was found that the designed DTb crystallizer has good recycle mixing effect. The particles can be mixed evenly during the operation, which can fully realize the solid-liquid mixing and suspension effect of the drug under study. background:Regulatory proteins involved in human cellular division and proliferation,cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6(CDK4/6)are overexpressed in numerous cancers,including triple-negative breast cancer(TNbC).TNbC is a common pathological subtype of breast cancer that is prone to recurrence and metastasis,and has a single treatment *** one of the CDK4/6 inhibitors,abemaciclib can effectively inhibit the growth of breast *** this study,we synthesized LA-D-b1,a derivative of Abemaciclib,and investigated its anti-tumor effects in breast ***:Cellular viability was assessed using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)*** cloning and migration abilities were determined by colony formation assay and wound healing *** invasion abilities and adhesion were determined by cell invasion assay and cell adhesion *** impact of compound LA-D-b1 on cell proliferation and the cell cycle was analyzed through Western blotting,which quantified the levels of proteins associated with the cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)4/6-cyclin D-Rb-E2F *** in vivo anti-tumor activity of compound LA-D-b1 was investigated using a chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)***:The study demonstrated that LA-D-b1 effectively suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation,induced apoptosis,and caused cell cycle ***,LA-D-b1 reduced the expression of key proteins in the CDK4/6-cyclin D-Rb-E2F pathway,including CDK4,CDK6 and *** results also indicated significant antitumor activity of LA-D-b1 in a transplanted tumor ***:In this study,LA-D-b1 demonstrated a potent anti-tumor effect by effectively suppressing cell proliferation and inhibiting cell cycle progression in breast *** findings highlight the potential of LA-D-b1 as a valuable compound for enhancing therapeutic outcomes and controlling the progression of breast cancer.
