The superplasticity and diffusion bonding of IN718 superalloy were studied in this article. The strain rate sensitivity index m was obtained at different temperatures and various initial strain rates using the tensile speed mutation method; m reached its maximum value 0.53 at an initial strain rate of 1×10^-4s^-1 at 1253K. The diffusion bonding parameters, including the bonding temperature T, pressure p, and time t, affected the mechanism of joints. When the bonded specimen with 25μm thick nickel foil interlayer was tensile at room temperature, the shear fracture of the joints with nickel foil interlayer took place at the IN718 part. Microstructure study was carried out with the bonded samples. The microstructure shows an excellent bonding at the interfaces. The optimum parameters for the diffusion bonding are： T = 1273-1323K, p = 20-30MPa, t = 45-60min.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to monitor the Indian national rowing team’s training regime and the changes that occur in the rowers’body composition,muscle cell damage,and training load markers during the phases of preparation for an international *** Ten male and 9 female elite rowers from the national team underwent anthropometric assessment and blood tests during 17 weeks of training,at the end of general preparation(W4),preparation(W10),and pre-competition(W17)*** fat%and somatotype were determined by Siri’s equation and Heath-Carter manual,*** of blood biomarkers included measures of creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase(LdH),urea,uric acid,testosterone,and cortisol *** Changes in variables were estimated by repeated-measures *** fat%(Pd=−2.03;female:d=−2.89)and endomorph(Pd=−2.05;female:d=−0.68)decreased significantly at pre-competition,whereas weight,mesomorph,and ectomorph remained unchanged throughout ***(male:d=−1.47;female:d=−1.46)and uric acid(male:d=−0.74;female:d=−1.71)showed a significant decrease at pre-competition phase in both *** concentration significantly(Pdecreased at preparation(d=−1.05)and increased during pre-competition(d=−1.28)in male *** showed significant increase(Pd=1.17;female:d=2.02)and pre-competition(male:d=1.28;female:d=2.09)than base ***,no significant changes were observed in cortisol,testosterone,or T/C ratio in subsequent *** correlation(Pd between LdH and T/C ratio with rowing timing in male *** 2000 m rowing timing also showed a significant improvement at W17 compared to W4(male:d=−1.25;female:d=−0.94).Conclusion In conclusion,our results showed that rowers encounter more muscle damage and less protein catabolism during training ***,it is evidenced that rowing performance improved and bio

Na2Ti3O7 has attracted much attention in the field of anode materials for Na-ion batteries thanks to its non-toxicity and very low working potential of 0.3 V vs Na0/Na+.building a clearer picture of its formation from cheap Na_(2)CO_(3) and TiO_(2) starting materials is therefore of obvious ***,we report new insights from an in-situ high temperature X-ray diffraction study conducted from room temperature to 800°C,complemented by ex-situ *** were thereby able to position the previously reported Na_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) and Na_(2)Ti_(6)O_(13) intermediate phases in a reaction scheme involving three successive steps and temperature *** and/or broadening of a subset of the Na_(2)Ti_(6)O_(13) reflections suggested a combination of intra-layer disorder with the well-established ordering of successive *** in-situ study was carried out on reproducible mixtures of Na_(2)CO_(3) and TiO_(2) in 1:3 molar ratio prepared by spraydrying of mixed aqueous ***-phase Na_(2)Ti_(3)O_(7) was obtained after only 8 h at 800°C in air,instead of a minimum of 20 h for a conventional solid-state route using the same *** analysis revealed~15 mm diameter granules made up from rectangular rods of a fewmm length presenting electrochemical properties in line with *** the absence of grinding or formation of intimate composites with conductive carbon,the specific capacity of 137 m Ah/g at C/5 decreased at higher rates.

We employ the variational method to study the properties such as masses, decay constants, oscillation frequency and branching ratios of leptonic decays of heavy flavour mesons with linear cum coulomb Cornell *** function, Coulomb wave function and Airy function are taken as the trial wave-function of variational method in this study. Our analysis suggests that Gaussian trial wave-function provides results which are in close proximity with the experimental results. We also make a comparison with the results from QCd Sum rules and lattice QCd, as well as with recent PdG data.

A duplex surface treatment involves the sequential application of two surface technologies to produce a surface composition with combined properties. A typical duplex process involves plasma nitriding and the PVd coating treatment of steels. In the paper are presented characteristics of hard coatings, type TiN, produced by classic technology PVd (physical vapour deposition) and IbAd (ion beam assisted deposition). Subsequent ion implantation was provided with N5* ions. The dependence of friction coefficient was investigated by means of tribometer (pin-on-ring). The sliding pair was TiN thin coating on steel pin combined with steel ring without coating. The ring was produced from hardenable steel.

Pollen allergens are among the most abundantly transcribed and translated products in the life history of plants, and particularly grasses. To identify different pollen allergens in rice, putative allergens were identified in the rice genome and their expression characterized using the Affymetrix 57K rice GeneChip microarray. Among the most abundant pollen-specific candidate transcripts were Ory s 1 beta-expansin, Ory s 2, Ory s 7 EF hand, Q ry s 11, Ory s 12 profilin A, Ory s 23, glycosyl hydrolase family 28 （polygalacturonase）, and FAd binding proteins. Highly expressed pollen proteins are frequently present in multiple copy numbers, sometimes with mirror images located on nearby regions of the opposite dNA strand. Many of these are intronless and inserted as copies that retain nearly exact copies of their regulatory elements. Ory s 23 reflects low variability and high copy number, suggesting recent gene amplification. Some copies contain pseudogenes, which may reflect their origin through activity of retrotransposition; some putative allergenic sequences bear fusion products with repeat sequences of transposable elements （LTRs）. The abundance of nearby repetitive sequences, activation of transposable elements, and high production of mRNA transcripts appear to coincide in pollen and may contribute to a syndrome in which highly transcribed proteins may be copied and inserted with streamlined features for translation, including grouping and removal of introns.

A comprehensive monitoring program was conducted to measure the rock mass displacements, support response, and stress changes at a longwall tailgate entry in West *** was initiated a few days after development of the gateroad entries and continued during passage of the longwall panels on both sides of the *** included overcore stress measurements of the initial stress within the rock mass, changes in cable bolt loading, standing support pressure, roof deformation, rib deformation,stress changes in the coal pillar, and changes in the full three-dimensional stress tensor within the rock mass at six locations around the monitoring *** the passage of the first longwall, stress measurements in the rock and coal detected minor changes in loading while minor changes were detected in roof *** a result of the relatively favorable stress and geological conditions, the support systems did not experience severe loading or rock deformation until the second panel approached within 10–15 m of the instrumented *** reaching the peak loading at about 50–75 mm of roof sag, the cable bolts started to unload, and load was transferred to the standing *** standing support system was able to maintain an adequate opening inby the shields to provide ventilation to the first crosscut inby the face, as *** results were used to calibrate modeled cable bolt response to field data, and to validate numerical modeling procedures that have been developed to evaluate entry support *** is concluded that the support system was more than adequate to control the roof of the tailgate up to the longwall face *** monitoring results have provided valuable data for the development and validation of support design strategies for longwall tailgate entries.
