In plants,lipid transfer proteins(LTPs)transport pollen wall constituents from the tapetum to the exine,a process essential for pollen wall ***,the functional cooperation of different LTPs in pollen wall development is not well *** this study,we have identified and characterized a grassspecific LTP gene,Os LTP47,an important regulator of pollen wall formation in rice(Oryza sativa).Os LTP47 encodes a membrane-localized LTP and in vitro lipid-binding assays confirms that Os LTP47 has lipidbinding *** of Os LTP47 causes disordered lipid metabolism and defective pollen walls,leading to male *** two-hybrid and pull-down assays reveal that Os LTP47 physically interacts with another LTP,Os *** findings suggest that the plasma membrane-localized Os LTP47 may function as a mediator in a lipid transfer relay through association with cytosolic and/or locular Os C6 for pollen wall development and that various LTPs may function in a coordinated manner to transport lipid molecules during pollen wall development.

对ϕ140 mm的TC19钛合金试棒分别进行了在910℃、930℃、950℃和970℃加热2 h水冷的固溶处理。随后检测了试棒的显微组织、冲击性能和冲击断口的微观形貌。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,TC19合金中初生α相减少且大多呈等轴状;在单相区温度固溶处理的合金初生α相完全消失,出现粗大β相;随着固溶温度的升高,合金在裂纹萌生阶段吸收的能量减小,而在裂纹扩展阶段吸收的能量逐渐增多,即合金的冲击性能降低;在两相区温度固溶处理的TC19合金冲击断口主要由等轴状韧窝构成,且随着固溶温度的升高,韧窝数量减少;在单相区温度固溶处理的合金冲击断口主要呈岩石状,且有明显的空洞。

目的:探讨自噬在α粒子辐射诱发永生化人支气管上皮细胞bEP2D恶性转化中的作用。方法:采用Western blot检测bEP2D细胞、α粒子作用bEP2D后的第24代细胞RH24以及α粒子作用bEP2D后的恶性转化细胞bERP35T-1(经鉴定为肺鳞癌细胞)内自噬相关蛋白LC3b-II、LC3b-I和P62的表达,透射电镜观察细胞内单位面积自噬小体的数量。分别用40和60μmol/L自噬抑制剂氯喹(CQ)及25 pmol/L自噬激活剂雷帕霉素(Rapa)作用bERP35T-1细胞,采用Western blot法检测细胞内LC3b和P62蛋白的表达情况,CCK-8法检测细胞的存活率,Transwell侵袭实验检测细胞的侵袭数,划痕愈合实验检测细胞划痕闭合率。结果:与bEP2D细胞相比,RH24和bERP35T-1细胞内LC3b-II/I蛋白比值增高(PbERP35T-1细胞48 h后,细胞内LC3b-II/I蛋白比值和P62蛋白表达水平均升高,细胞的存活率、侵袭数和划痕闭合率均降低(均为PbERP35T-1细胞48 h后,细胞内LC3b-II/I蛋白比值升高,P62蛋白表达减弱,细胞的存活率、侵袭数和划痕闭合率均升高(PbEP2D细胞恶性转化过程中,细胞自噬增强,可能由此提高细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移能力,从而促进细胞恶性转化。

Tree species diversity is assumed to be an important component in managing forest ecosystems because of effects on multiple functions or ecosystem ***,the importance of tree diversity in determining multifunctionality in structurally complex subtropical forests relative to other regulators(e.g.,soil microbial diversity,stand structure,and environmental conditions)remains *** this study,effects of aboveground(species richness and functional and structural diversity)and belowground(bacterial and fungal diversity)biodiversity,functional composition(community-weighted means of species traits),stand structure(diameter at breast height and stand density),and soil factors(pH and bulk density)on multifunctionality(including biomass production,carbon stock,and nutrient cycling)were examined along a tree diversity gradient in subtropical *** community-weighted mean of tree maximum height was the best predictor of ecosystem *** diversity explained a higher proportion of the variation in multifunctionality than that of species richness and fungal *** structure-played an important role in modulating the effects of tree diversity on *** work highlights that species composition and maximizing forest structural complexity are effective strategies to increase forest multifunctionality while also conserving biodiversity in the management of multifunctional forests under global environmental changes.

中草药收获是一个繁琐且劳动密集的过程,尤其对于根茎类中草药,传统的手工收获方式效率较低且劳动强度大,在中草药种植规模不断扩大的驱动下,机械自动化收获的作业模式逐渐被经营者接受,且通过机械化收获不仅能降低生产成本,而且有利于提高中草药收获的及时性,改善后期药材加工的效率,提高市场竞争力。基于此,分析了根茎类中草药栽培现状及收获机械发展情况,给出了根茎类中草药收获机械自动化技术的优化形式及国产典型设备的应用情况。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IbD)is a formidable disease due to its complex ***,as a major immune cell population in IbD,are crucial for gut ***,it is still unveiled how macrophages modulate ***,we found that LIM domain only 7(LMO7)was downregulated in pro-inflammatory macrophages,and that LMO7 directly degraded 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase 3(PFKFb3)through K48-mediated ubiquitination in *** an enzyme that regulates glycolysis,PFKFb3 degradation led to the glycolytic process inhibition in macrophages,which in turn inhibited macrophage activation and ultimately attenuated murine ***,we demonstrated that PFKFb3 was required for histone demethylase Jumonji domaincontaining protein 3(JMJD3)expression,thereby inhibiting the protein level of trimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 27(H3K27me3).Overall,our results indicated the LMO7/PFKFb3/JMJD3 axis is essential for modulating macrophage function and IbD *** LMO7 or macrophage metabolism could potentially be an effective strategy for treating inflammatory diseases.

The influence of Nb on the microstructure and wear resistance of the surfacing layer was investigated by using the Fe-based flux-cored wire in the Fe-Cr-C-b system. The microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, microhardness testing and abrasive wear testing, respectively. The results indicate that microstructures of the alloy are composed of martensite, retained austenite, M23（C,b）6 and NbC. boride M23（C,b）6 is distributed along the grain boundaries, while NbC in shape-regular quadrilateral is distributed in martensite. The microhardness is distributed from the substrate to the surfacing layer gradiently. NbC significantly improved the wear resistance of surfacing layer.
