Zero trust architecture(ZTA)is a paradigm shift in how we protect data,stay connected and access *** is non-perimeter-based defence,which has been emerging as a promising revolution in the cyber security *** can be used to continuously maintain security by safeguarding against attacks both from inside and outside of the network ***,ZTA automation and orchestration,towards seamless deployment on real-world networks,has been limited to be reviewed in the existing *** this paper,we first identify the bottlenecks,discuss the background of ZTA and compare it with traditional perimeter-based security *** importantly,we provide an in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art AI techniques that have the potential in the automation and orchestration of ***,in this review paper,we develop a foundational view on the challenges and potential enablers for the automation and orchestration of ZTA.

Selenium(Se)in paddy rice is one of the significant sources of human Se ***,the effect of arsenic(As)pollution in soil on the translocation of Se species in rice plants is *** this research,a pot experiment was designed to examine the effect of the addition of 50 mg As/kg soil as arsenite or arsenate on the migration of Se species from soil to indica Minghui 63 and *** results showed that the antagonism between inorganic As and Se was closely related to the rice cultivar and Se oxidation state in *** to the standalone selenate treatment,arsenite significantly(pbrans and kernels of both cultivars by 21.4%-100.0%,40.0%-100.0%,41.0%-100%,5.4%-96.3%,11.3%-100.0% and 26.2%-39.7% respectively,except for selenocystine in the kernels of indica Minghui 63 and selenomethionine in the leaves of indica Minghui 63 and the stems of indica *** also decreased(pbrans and kernels of both cultivars by 34.9%-100.0%,30.2%-100.0%,11.3%-100.0% and 5.6%-39.6%respectively,except for selenate in the stems of indica Minghui ***,relative to the standalone selenite treatment,arsenite and arsenate decreased(pby 45.5%-100.0%.Our results suggested that arsenite and arsenate had better antagonism toward Se species in selenate-added soil than that in selenite-added soil;moreover,arsenite had a higher inhibiting effect on the accumulation of Se species than arsenate.

In the current study,tea saponin,identified as the primary bioactive constituent in seed pomace of Camellia oleifera Abel.,was meticulously extracted and hydrolyzed to yield five known sapogenins:16-O-tiglogycamelliagnin b(a),camelliagnin A(b),16-O-angeloybarringtogenol C(c),theasapogenol E(d),theasapogenol F(e).Subsequent biotransformation of compound a facilitated the isolation of six novel metab.lites(a1−a6).The anti-inflammatory potential of these compounds was assessed using pathogenassociated molecular patterns(PAMPs)and damage-associated molecular patterns molecules(DAMPs)-mediated cellular inflammation ***,compounds b and a2 demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on both lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and high-mob.lity group box 1(HMGb1)-induced inflammation,surpassing the efficacy of the standard anti-inflammatory agent,***,compounds d,a3,and a6 selectivity targeted endogenous HMGb1-induced inflammation,showcasing a pronounced *** results underscore the therapeutic promise of *** seed pomace-derived compounds as potent agents for the management of inflammatory diseases triggered by infections and tissue damage.

Pollution of rivers is mainly caused by anthropogenic activities such as discharge of effluent from industrial facilities,maintenance of sewage/effluent treatment plants,and dumping of solid waste on river *** study dealt with the pollution issues of the Cooum River in the well-known city of Chennai in South *** samples from 27 locations were collected and analyzed for 12 elements,including ba,b,and Al,as well as heavy metals such as Pb,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,and *** samples showed levels of these elements that exceeded World Health Organization *** correlation analysis revealed the inter-dependency among elements,and the contribution of each element based on factor loadings showed its percentage contribution compared to *** samples from six significant locations were chosen for remediation with three algae:Chlorella vulgaris,Scenedesmus dimorphus,and Phormedium *** uptake of pollutants led to the continuous growth of algae during the incubation period of 15 d,effectively removing heavy metals from the river *** increasing levels of algal counts and the chlorophyll a content confirmed the algal growth during the incubation period,followed by a declining stage after the incubation *** scanning electron microscopic images of algae before and after the remediation showed no remarkable modification of morphological *** study showed that the uptake of heavy metals using algae is an effective water pollution remediation measure,making the process practicable in the field on a large scale in the near future.

Stacking is the process of overlaying inferred species potential distributions for multiple species based on outputs of bioclimatic envelope models(bEMs).The approach can be used to investigate patterns and processes of species *** data limitations on individual species distributions are inevitable,but how do they affect inferences of patterns and processes of species richness?We investigate the influence of different data sources on estimated species richness gradients in *** fitted bEMs using species distributions data for 334 bird species obtained from(1)global range maps,(2)regional checklists,(3)museum records and surveys,and(4)citizen science data using presence-only(Mahalanobis distance),presence-background(MAXENT),and presence–absence(GAM and bRT)*** species predictions were stacked to generate species richness ***,we show that different data sources and bEMs can generate spatially varying gradients of species *** environmental predictors that best explained species distributions also differed between data *** using citizen-based data had the highest accuracy,whereas those using range data had the lowest *** richness patterns estimated by GAM and bRT models were robust to data *** multiple data sets exist for the same region and taxa,we advise that explicit treatments of uncertainty,such as sensitivity analyses of the input data,should be conducted during the process of modeling.
