This study presents an approach for generating a global land mapping dataset of the satellite measurements of CO_(2)total column(XCO_(2))using spatio-temporal geostatistics,which makes full use of the joint spatial and temporal dependencies between *** mapping approach considers the latitude-zonal seasonal cycles and spatio-temporal correlation structure of XCO_(2),and obtains global land maps of XCO_(2),with a spatial grid resolution of 1°latitude by 1°longitude and temporal resolution of 3 *** evaluate the accuracy and uncertainty of the mapping dataset in the following three ways:(1)in cross-validation,the mapping approach results in a high correlation coefficient of 0.94 between the predictions and observations,(2)in comparison with ground truth provided by the Total Carbon Column Observing Network(TCCON),the predicted XCO_(2)time series and those from TCCON sites are in good agreement,with an overall bias of 0.01 ppm and a standard deviation of the difference of 1.22 ppm and(3)in comparison with model simulations,the spatio-temporal variability of XCO_(2)between the mapping dataset and simulations from the CT2013 and GEOS-Chem are generally *** generated mapping XCO_(2)data in this study provides a new global geospatial dataset in global understanding of greenhouse gases dynamics and global warming.

This study reports on the impact of the curing conditions on the mechanical properties and leaching of inorganic polymer （IP） mortars made from a water quenched fayalitic slag. Three similar IP mortars were produced by mixing together slag, aggregate and activating solution, and cured in three different environments for 28 d： a） at 20℃ and relative humidity （RH） - 50% （T20RH50）, b） at 20℃and RH≥90% （T20RH90） and c） at 60℃ and RH - 20% （T60RH20）. Compressive strength （EN 196-1） varied between 19 MPa （T20RH50） and 31 MPa （T20RH90）. This was found to be attributed to the cracks formed upon curing. Geochemical modelling and two leaching tests were performed, the EA NEN 7375 tank test, and the bS EN 12457-1 single batch test. Results show that Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn andAs leaching occurred even at high pH, which varied between 10 and 11 in the tank test＇s leachates and between 12 and 12.5 in the single batch＇s leachates. Leaching values obtained were below the requirements for non-shaped materials of Flemish legislation for As, Cu and Ni in the single batch test.

We present a simple method of obtaining various equations of state for hard sphere fluid in a simple unifying way. We will guess equations of state by using suitable axiomatic functional forms （n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5） for surface tension Sn （r）, r≥ d/2 with intermolecular separation r as a variable, where m is an arbitrary real number （pole）. Among the equations of state obtained in this way are Percus-Yevick, scaled particle theory and Carnahan-Starling equations of state. In addition, we have found a simple equation of state for the hard sphere fluid in the region that represents the simulation data accurately. It is found that for both hard sphere fluids as well as Lennard-jones fluids, with m = 3/4 the derived equation of state （EOS） gives results which are in good agreement with computer simulation results. Furthermore, this equation of state gives the Percus-Yevick （pressure） EOS for the m = 0, the Carnahan-Starling EOS for rn = 4/5, while for the value of m = 1 it corresponds to a scaled particle theory EOS.

We introduce a simple condition for one mole fluid by considering the thermodynamics of molecules pointing towards the effective potential for the cluster. Efforts are made to estimate new physical parameter f in liquid state using the equation of state containing only two physical parameters such as the hard sphere diameter and binding energy. The temperature dependence of the structural properties and the thermodynamic behavior of the clusters are studied. Computations based on f predict the variation of numbers of particles at the contact point of the molecular cavity（radial distribution function）.From the thermodynamic profile of the fluid, the model results are discussed in terms of the cavity due to the closed surface along with suitable energy. The present calculation is based upon the sample thermodynamic data for n-hexanol, such as the ultrasonic wave, density, volume expansion coefficient, and ratio of specific heat in the liquid state, and it is consistent with the thermodynamic relations containing physical parameters such as size and energy. Since the data is restricted to n-hexanol, we avoid giving the physical meaning of f, which is the key parameter studied in the present work.

We have used the China Homogenized Historic Temperature dataset and some long-term station series of the neighbor countries from CRUTEM3,a 5°×5° gridded dataset of monthly mean temperature since 1900,to provide a 107-year record of surface temperature trends and *** derived a comprehensive set of uncertainty estimates to accompany the data:measurement and sampling errors,uncertainties in temperature bias estimates,and uncertainties arising from limited observational coverage on large-scale averages have all been *** reanalysed the temperature changes during the period of *** best estimates of trends for 1900-2006 with uncertainties at 95% confidence range are about 0.09±0.017°C/decade for the year as a whole,and 0.14±0.021°C/decade,0.11±0.021°C/decade,0.04±0.017°C/decade,and 0.07±0.017°C/decade for winter,spring,summer and autumn *** 1954-2006,the trends for annual,winter,spring,summer and autumn are:0.26±0.032°C/decade,0.35±0.046°C/decade,0.25±0.051°C/decade,0.16±0.037°C/decade and 0.22±0.055°C/*** saw the most significant warming trend in both 1900-2006 and 1954-2006,while during the most recent period(the satellite era,1979-2006),all the seasons show similar warming trends:0.45±0.13°C/decade,0.51±0.11°C/decade,0.52±0.16°C/decade,0.37±0.10°C/decade and 0.50±0.16°C/decade for annual,winter,spring,summer and *** arising from urbanization have been evaluated as less than 5% of the total warming trend for 1951-2001,so this bias was not removed.
