In current days,the domain of Internet of Things(IoT)and Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)are combined for enhancing the sensor related data transmission in the forthcoming networking *** and routing techniques are treated as the effective methods highly used to attain reduced energy consumption and lengthen the lifetime of the WSN assisted IoT *** this view,this paper presents an Ensemble of Metaheuristic Optimization based QoS aware Clustering with Multihop Routing(EMOQoSCMR)Protocol for IoT assisted *** proposed EMO-QoSCMR protocol aims to achieve QoS parameters such as energy,throughput,delay,and *** proposed model involves two stage processes namely clustering and ***,the EMO-QoSCMR protocol involves crossentropy rain optimization algorithm based clustering(CEROAC)technique to select an optimal set of cluster heads(CHs)and construct ***,oppositional chaos game optimization based routing(OCGOR)technique is employed for the optimal set of routes in the IoT assisted *** proposed model derives a fitness function based on the parameters involved in the IoT nodes such as residual energy,distance to sink node,*** proposed EMOQoSCMR technique has resulted to an enhanced NAN of 64 nodes whereas the LEACH,PSO-ECHS,E-OEERP,and iCSHS methods have resulted in a lesser NAN of 2,10,42,and 51 *** performance of the presented protocol has been evaluated interms of energy efficiency and network lifetime.

Camellia sinensis(tea),has numerous pharmacotherapeutic *** majority of its phytocompounds exhibit antibacterial properties,which are effective in treating a range of bacterial diseases,including Urinary Tract Infections(UTI).In-silico research examined the ability of the major *** phytocompounds to inhibit bacterial *** docking was performed to explore the efficiency of tea phytoconstituents by evaluating their binding affinity and existence of different interactions between the bacterial proteins/enzymes and the tea phytoconstituents,to inhibit key enzymes associated with bacterial *** sinensis silver nanoparticles(CsAgNps)were synthesized by using the biogenesis method,which comes under the bottom-up *** characterization results confirmed the charge,size and shape of the synthesized *** data revealed the existence of functional groups which are responsible for the stability and effectivity of the *** studies were carried out to determine its safety at various dosage *** in vitro condition,CsAgNps synthesized from fresh tea leaves extract showed antibacterial properties even against antibiotic-resistant bacteria(ARb).In-vitro studies of this biosynthesized CsAgNps confirmed the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties by using agar well diffusion,MIC and MbC methods at various concentrations of the synthesized *** proved that CsAgNps can inhibit bacterial growth against these three Gram-negative extended spectrum beta lactamase(ESbL)producers and hence it can serve as an alternative to antibiotics.

Preparation and Characterization of Hydroxyapatite-Coated Selenium Nanoparticles and their Interaction with Osteosarcoma(SaOS-2) Cells

Nanotechnology has taken a firm step to revolutionize the field of orthopedic implants. Current research on bone implants focuses to develop implants with multifaceted functions viz., osteoinduction, chemoprevention, antimicrobial action etc., especially for cancerous bone resection. The objective of the present study was to synthesize a novel composite for bone implants, possessing the above properties. Selenium was selected owing to its chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic properties. Hydroxyapatite was selected owing to its bioactivity and similarity in composition to bone mineral properties. Selenium nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction method and coated with ***-coated selenium nanoparticle（HASnp） was characterized physico-chemically using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscope, and energy-dispersive X-ray *** was analysed in vitro using SaOS-2 cell line. Enhanced cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity were observed in HASnp-treated cells. The results indicate that HASnp is highly suitable for the use in orthopedic applications.

The diagnostic interpretation of dermoscopic images is a complex task as it is very difﬁcult to identify the skin lesions from the *** the accurate detection of potential abnormalities is required for patient monitoring and effec-tive *** this work,a Two-Tier Segmentation(TTS)system is designed,which combines the unsupervised and supervised techniques for skin lesion *** comprises preprocessing by the medianﬁlter,TTS by Colour K-Means Clustering(CKMC)for initial segmentation and Faster Region based Con-volutional Neural Network(FR-CNN)for reﬁned *** CKMC approach is evaluated using the different number of clusters(k=3,5,7,and 9).An inception network with batch normalization is employed to segment mel-anoma regions *** loss functions such as Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Cross Entropy Loss(CEL),and Dice Loss(DL)are utilized for perfor-mance evaluation of the TTS *** anchor box technique is employed to detect the melanoma region *** TTS system is evaluated using 200 dermoscopic images from the PH2 *** segmentation accuracies are analyzed in terms of Pixel Accuracy(PA)and Jaccard Index(JI).Results show that the TTS system has 90.19%PA with 0.8048 JI for skin lesion segmentation using DL in FR-CNN with seven clusters in CKMC than CEL and MAE.

Identified Analytical Profile for Microelements, Trace Metals, Amino Acids and Screening of Anti-Diabetic Activity from Flower and Leaf Extracts of Moringa oleifera in Streptozotocin (STZ)-Induced Diabetic Rats

background: Moringa oleifera plant is popularly known for its rich phytoconstituents and nutritional value and important medicinal values in both traditional and modern systems of medicine. We explored the present study for measurements of microelements, amino acid, phenolic content in hydro-al-coholic flower and leaf extracts of Moringa oleifera along with anti-diabetic activity in Streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic male Wistar rats. Methodology: The micronutrients were determined by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer at 285 nm and 422 nm for Calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), Iron (Fe), and Zinc (Zn), etc. The trace elements were also measured by spectrophotometer. The essential amino acid was determined by using Amino acid analyser. The total phenolic content in hydro-alcoholic extracts (flower and leaf) M. oleifera measured the absorbance at 760 nm by UV spectrophotometer. The screening of anti-diabetic activity HAFE and HALE of Moringa oleifera at two different dose of 100 and 200 mg/kg b.w. for 21 days were performed by determining the changes in biochemical parameters. Result and Discussion: The results revels that the presence of micronutrients, trace elements and amino acids in both flower and leaf of M. oleifera. The hydrolaocholic extracts of HAFE and HALE at 200 mg/kg b.w. showed significant antidiabetic activity compared with standard Glibenclamide. Whereas dose at 100 mg/kg b.w. showed moderate activity. Conclusion: In conclusion, the M. oleifera exhibits more effectiveness against STZ-induced diabetes. The HAFE and HALF extracts exhibited significant anti-diabetic property and active components may be isolated and clinical studies is required for further evaluation. because of the rich source of phytoconstients, nutritional elements will be helpful in processed food products as dietary supplements especially for malnutrition in children in the current era.

Effect of vanadium on colonic aberrant crypt loci induced in rats by 1,2 Dimethyl hydrazine

AIM: To investigate the chemo preventive effects of vanadium on rat colorectal carcinogenesis induced by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH).METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley Rats were randomly divided into four groups. Rats in Group A received saline vehicle alone for 16 weeks. Rats in Group b were given DMH injection once a week intraperitoneally for 16 weeks;rats in Group C, with the same DMH treatment as in the Group b, but received 0.5-ppm vanadium in the form ammonium monovanadate ad libitum in drinking water. Rats in the Group D received vanadium alone as in the Group C without DMH ***: Aberrant crypt foci (ACF) were formed in animals in DMH-treated groups at the end of week *** to DMH group, vanadium treated group had less ACF (P＜0.001). At the end of week 32, all rats in DMH group developed large intestinal tumors. Rats treated with vanadium contained significantly few colonic adenomas and carcinomas (P＜0.05) compared to rats administered DMH only. In addition, a significant reduction (P＜0.05) in colon tumor burden (sum of tumor sizes per animal) was also evident in animals of Group C when compared to those in rats of carcinogen control Group b. The results also showed that vanadium significantly lowered PCNA index in ACF (P＜0.005). Furthermore, vanadium supplementation also elevated liver GST and Cyt P-450 activities (P＜0.001 and P＜0.02, respectively).CONCLUSION: Vanadium in the form of ammonium monovanadate supplemented in drinking water ad libitum has been found to be highly effective in reducing tumor incidence and preneoplastic foci on DMH-induced colorectal carcinogenesis. These findings suggest that vanadium administration can suppress colon carcinogenesis in rats.
