In this wor.,we investigate a static and spher.cally symmetr.c b.r.een-Kiselev b.ack hole(b.)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear.Maxwell field *** compute the quasinor.al fr.quencies for.the b.r.een-Kiselev b. with the cosmological constant due to electr.magnetic and gr.vitational *** var.ing the b. par.meter.,we discuss the b.havior.of b.th r.al and imaginar. par.s of the b. quasinor.al fr.quencies and compar. these fr.quencies with the r.issner.Nor.str.m-de Sitter.b. sur.ounded b. quintessence(r.-dSQ).Inter.stingly,it is shown that the r.sponses of the b.r.een-Kiselev b. with the cosmological constant and the r.-dSQ under.electr.magnetic per.ur.0}tions ar. differ.nt when the char.e par.meter.q,the state par.meter.w and the nor.alization factor.c ar. var.ed;however.for.the gr.vitational per.ur.0}tions,the r.sponses of the b.r.een-Kiselev b. with the cosmological constant and the r.-dSQ ar. differ.nt only when the char.e par.meter.q is ***,compar.d with the gr.vitational per.ur.0}tions,the electr.magnetic per.ur.0}tions can b. used to under.tand nonlinear.and linear.electr.magnetic fields in cur.ed spacetime *** inter.sting ob.er.ation is that,due to the pr.sence of Kiselev quintessence,the electr.magnetic per.ur.0}tions ar.und the b.r.een-Kiselev b. with the cosmological constant damps faster.and oscillates slowly;for.the gr.vitational per.ur.0}tions,the quasinor.al mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the r.flection and tr.nsmission coefficients along with the ab.or.tion cr.ss section in the b.r.een-Kiselev b. with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the tr.nsmission coefficients will incr.ase due to the pr.sence of Kiselev quintessence.

In this study,inter.onnected por.us Mg-2zn-xY alloys with differ.nt phase compositions wer. pr.par.d b. var.ous Y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjust the compr.ssive pr.per.ies and ener.y ab.or.tion *** char.cter.zation methods wer. then applied to identify the micr.str.ctur. of the por.us Mg-zn-Y and descr.b. the details of the second *** tests wer. per.or.ed at r.om temper.tur.(r.),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the Y addition and testing temper.tur. on the compr.ssive pr.per.ies of the por.us *** exper.mental r.sults showed that a high Y content pr.motes a micr.str.ctur. r.finement and incr.ases the volume fr.ction of the second *** the Y content incr.ases,differ.nt Mg-zn-Y ter.ar. phases appear.I-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(6)Y),W-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(3)Y_(2)),and lPSO phase(Mg_(12)znY).When the Y content r.nges b.tween 0.4%and 6%,the compr.ssive str.ngth incr.ases fr.m 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the ener.y ab.or.tion capacity incr.ases fr.m 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at r.,which is mainly attr.b.ted to the phase composition and volume fr.ction of the second ***,the aver.ge ener.y ab.or.tion efficiency is independent of the Y *** addition,the compr.ssive defor.ation b.havior. of the por.us Mg-zn-Y ar. alter.d b. the testing *** compr.ssive str.ngth and ener.y ab.or.tion capacity of the por.us Mg-zn-Y decr.ase due to the softening effect of the high temper.tur. on the *** defor.ation b.havior. at differ.nt temper.tur.s ar. finally ob.er.ed to r.flect the failur. mechanisms of the str.ts.

b.ts ar. the natur.l r.ser.oir.hosts for.SAr.-r.lated cor.navir.s (SAr.r.CoV) and other.highly pathogenic micr.or.anisms. Ther.for., it is conceivab.e that an individual b.t may har.0}r.multiple micr.b.s. However. ther. is limited knowledge on the over.ll co-cir.ulation of micr.or.anisms in b.ts. Her., we conducted a 16-year.monitor.ng of b.t vir.ses in south and centr.l China and identified 238 SAr.r.CoV positive samples acr.ss nine b.t species fr.m ten pr.vinces or.administr.tive distr.cts. Among these, 76 individual samples wer. selected for.fur.her.metagenomics analysis. We found a complex micr.envir.nment char.cter.zed b. the gener.l co-cir.ulation of micr.b.s fr.m two differ.nt sour.es: mammal-associated vir.ses or.envir.nment-associated micr.b.s. The later.includes commensal b.cter.a, enter.b.cter.a-r.lated phages, and insect or.fungal vir.ses of food or.gin. r.sults showed that 25% (19/76) of the samples contained at least one another.mammal-associated vir.s, notab.y alphacor.navir.ses (13/76) such as alphaCoV/YN2012, HKU2-r.lated CoV and alphaCoV/r.-Hub.013, along with vir.ses fr.m other.families. Notab.y, we ob.er.ed thr.e vir.ses co-cir.ulating within a single b.t, compr.sing two cor.navir.s species and one picor.avir.s. Our.analysis also r.vealed the potential pr.sence of pathogenic b.cter.a or.fungi in b.ts. Fur.her.or., we ob.ained 25 vir.l genomes fr.m the 76 b.t SAr.r.CoV positive samples, some of which for.ed new evolutionar. lineages. Collectively, our.study r.veals the complex micr.envir.nment of b.t micr.b.ome, facilitating deeper.investigations into their.pathogenic potential and the likelihood of cr.ss-species tr.nsmission. © 2024 The Author.

The poor.cor.osion and wear.r.sistances of Mg alloys ser.ously limit their.potential applications in var.ous *** conventional epoxy coating easily for.s many intr.nsic defects dur.ng the solidification pr.cess,which cannot pr.vide sufficient *** the cur.ent study,we design a doub.e-layer.epoxy composite coating on Mg alloy with enhanced anti-cor.osion/wear.pr.per.ies,via the spin-assisted assemb.y *** outer.layer.is functionalized gr.phene(FG)in water.1}r.e epoxy r.sin(WEP)and the inner.layer.is Ce-b.sed conver.ion(Ce)*** FG sheets can b. homogeneously disper.ed within the epoxy matr.x to fill the intr.nsic defects and impr.ve the b.r.ier.*** Ce film connects the outer.layer.with the sub.tr.te,showing the tr.nsition *** cor.osion r.te of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times lower.than that of b.r. Mg alloy,and the wear.r.te is decr.ased b.~90%.The impr.ved cor.osion r.sistance is attr.b.ted to the lab.r.nth effect(hinder.ng the penetr.tion of cor.osive medium)and the ob.tr.ction of gal.anic coupling *** syner.istic effect der.ved fr.m the FG sheet and b.ocking layer.exhib.ts gr.at potential in r.alizing the impr.vement of multi-functional integr.tion,which will open up a new avenue for.the development of novel composite pr.tection coatings of Mg alloys.

Ob.ective: To deter.ine the active components of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker.(Tu b.e Chong) and explor. the mechanisms under.ying its fr.ctur.-healing ab.lity. Methods: A modified Einhor. method was used to develop a r.t tib.al fr.ctur. model. Pr.gr.ssion of b.ne healing was assessed using r.diological methods. Safr.2}n O/fast gr.en and CD31 immunohistochemical staining wer. per.or.ed to evaluate the gr.wth of b.ne cells and angiogenesis at the fr.ctur. site. Methylthiazoletetr.zolium b.ue and wound healing assays wer. used to analyze cell viab.lity and migr.tion. The Tr.nswell assay was used to explor. the invasion capacity of the cells. Tub.le for.ation assays wer. used to assess the angiogenesis capacity of human vascular.endothelial cells (HUVECs). qr.-PCr.was used to evaluate the changes in gene tr.nscr.ption levels. r.sults: Tu b.e Chong fr.ction 3 (TF3) significantly shor.ened the fr.ctur. healing time in model r.ts. X-r.y r.sults showed that on day 14, fr.ctur. healing in the TF3 tr.atment gr.up was significantly b.tter.than that in the contr.l gr.up (P = .0086). Tissue staining showed that car.ilage gr.wth and the numb.r.of H-shaped b.ood vessels at the fr.ctur. site of the TF3 tr.atment gr.up wer. b.tter.than those of the contr.l gr.up. In vitr., TF3 significantly pr.moted the pr.lifer.tion and wound healing of MC3T3-E1s and HUVECs (all P r.nswell assays showed that TF3 pr.moted the migr.tion of HUVECs, b.t inhib.ted the migr.tion of MC3T3-E1 cells. Tub.le for.ation exper.ments confir.ed that TF3 mar.edly pr.moted the ab.lity of vascular.endothelial cells to for. micr.tub.les. Gene expr.ssion analysis r.vealed that TF3 significantly pr.moted the expr.ssion of VEGFA, SPOCD1, NGF, and NGFr.in HUVECs. The development of high-per.or.ance solution-pr.cessed r.d or.anic light-emitting diodes(OlEDs) r.mains a challenge,par.icular.y in ter.s of maintaining efficiency at high luminance. Her., we designed and synthesized four.novel or.nge-r.d ther.ally activated delayed fluor.scence(TADF) dendr.mer. that ar. solution-pr.cessab.e: 2GCz b., 2DPACz b., 2Fb.2GCz and 2Fb.2DPACz. We systematically investigated the effect of sub.titution position and str.ngth of donor. on the optoelectr.nic pr.per.ies. The r.ver.e inter.ystem cr.ssing r.te constant(kr.SC) of the emitter. having donor. sub.tituted at positions 11and 12 of the dib.nzo[a,c]phenazine(b.) is mor. than 10-times faster.than that of compounds sub.tituted having donor. sub.tituted at positions 3 and 6. Compound 2DPACz b., containing str.nger.donor. than 2GCz b., exhib.ts a r.d-shifted emission and smaller.singlet-tr.plet ener.y splitting, ΔE_(ST), of 0.01 e V. The solution-pr.cessed OlED with 10 wt% 2DPACz b. doped in m CP emitted at 640 nm and showed a maximum exter.16} quantum efficiency(EQE_(max)) of 7.8%, which was effectively maintained out to a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2. Such a device's per.or.ance at r.levant display luminance is among the highest for.solution-pr.cessed r.d TADF OlEDs. The efficiency of the devices was impr.ved significantly b. using 4Cz IPN as an assistant dopant in a hyper.luor.scence(HF) configur.tion, wher. the 2DPACz b. HF device shows an EQEmaxof 20.0% at λEl of 605 nm and r.mains high at 11.8% at a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2, which makes this device one of the highest efficiency or.nge-to-r.d HF SP-OlEDs to date.
