We have synthesized and characterized two different nanoassemb.ies of polydiacetylene (PDA), PDA nanovesicles and PDA nanocrystals, in order to study the influence of chain packing geometry of the two nanoassemb.ies on their third order nonlinear optical properties. The second molecular hyperpolarizab.lity γ(-ω,ω,-ω,ω)of the two samples was investigated b. antiresonant ring interferometric nonlinear spectroscopic (ARINS) technique using femtosecond modelocked Ti:sapphire laser in the spectral range of 720 nm - 820 nm. The ob.erved spectral dispersion of γ has b.en explained in the framework of three-essential states model involving the ground state, a one-photon excited state and a two-photon excited state. The ob.erved optical nonlinearity has b.en correlated with the electronic structure of the two samples. The energy of two-photon state, transition dipole moments and line width of the transitions have b.en estimated. Our studies show that the arrangement of polymer chains in polydiacetylene nanocrystals is more favorab.e for higher nonlinearity.

Ob.ective:To evaluate the effect of sodium fluoride(NaF) on cytochemical distrib.tion of proteins,DNA,and RNA in the gastrocnemius muscle of rat in experimental ***: Young Sprague Dawley alb.no rats were administered with NaF at 30,45,and 75 mg/kg b./ day sub.utaneously for 15 and 30 days,*** control animals were given the vehicle(1cc deionized doub.e distilled water/kg b./day).Results:In the first phase of 15 days experimentation,the gastrocnemius muscle of rats intoxicated with NaF at 30,45,and 75 mg /kg b./ day showed decline in proteins including a amino acids as compared to control. In the second phase of 30 days experimentation,the muscle fib.rs of rat showed elevation in sarcolemmal and sarcoplasmic proteins in 30 mg NaF dose group,and angulated fib.rs exhib.ted increase in sarcolemmal proteins in 45 mg NaF *** marginal regions of angular and rim fib.rs showed deeply stained rings of sarcoplasmic proteins whereas the split fib.rs were faindy stained in rats treated with NaF at 75 mg/kg b./day for 30 *** rats treated with NaF at 30 mg/kg b./day for 15 days,the hypertrophied peripheral muscle fib.rs contained more DNA,however the atrophied fib.rs had more *** 45 mg NaF group,RNA was located in sarcolemmal regions,while DNA content decreased as compared to *** 75 mg NaF group,the muscle fib.rs had dark and light staining regions of DNA and *** the 30 days of experimentation,the DNA level decreased whereas RNA content increased in the gastrocnemius muscle fib.rs of the rat treated with NaF at 30 mg/kg b./*** treatment group with NaF at 45 mg/kg b./day,the RNA content slighdy declined in comparison to control,in all treatments for 15 days as well as in treatment group with NaF at 30 mg/kg b./day for 30 days whereas the amount of DNA slightly increased as compared to treatment group with NaF at 75 mg/kg b./day for 15 *** highest dose group revealed elevated amount of RNA whereas DNA content remained stab.e.C

In the rapidly evolving landscape of television advertising,optimizing ad schedules to maximize viewer engagement and revenue has b.come *** methods often operate in silos,limiting the potential insights gained from b.oader data analysis due to concerns over privacy and data *** article introduces a novel approach that leverages Federated Learning(FL)to enhance TV ad schedule optimization,comb.ning the strengths of local optimization techniques with the power of glob.l Machine Learning(ML)models to uncover actionab.e insights without compromising data *** comb.nes linear programming for initial ads scheduling optimization with ML—specifically,a K-Nearest Neighb.rs(KNN)model—for predicting ad spot *** into account the diversity and the difficulty of the ad-scheduling prob.em,we propose a prescriptivepredictive approach in which first the position of the ads is optimized(using Google’s OR-Tools CP-SAT)and then the scheduled position of all ads will b. the result of the optimization ***,this output b.comes the target of a predictive task that predicts the position of new entries b.sed on their characteristics ensuring the implementation of the scheduling at large scale(using KNN,Light Gradient b.osting Machine and Random Forest).Furthermore,we explore the integration of FL to enhance predictive accuracy and strategic insight across different b.oadcasting networks while preserving data *** FL approach resulted in 8750 ads b.ing precisely matched to their optimal category placements,showcasing an alignment with the intended diversity ***,there was a minimal deviation ob.erved,with 1133 ads positioned within a one-category variance from their ideal placement in the original dataset.

Peristaltic micro-pumps offer an excellent mechanism for delivery of a variety of medicines including drugs, corneal solutions etc. The surge in deployment of nanoparticles in medicine has provided new potential for such pumps. In light of this we investigate the time-dependent peristaltic flow of nanofluids with diffusive effects through a finite non-uniform channel, this geometry b.ing more representative of real micro-pumps. Creeping flow is taken into account(inertial forces are small compared with viscous forces) i.e., Reynolds numb.r is low(Reb. very large. The b.ongiorno formulation for nanofluids is employed with an Ob.rb.ck-b.ussinesq approximation. Closed-form solutions are developed for the non-dimensional governing equations sub.ect to physically realistic b.undary conditions. Mathematica symb.lic software is employed to evaluate the evolution of nanoparticle fraction, temperature, axial velocity, transverse velocity and pressure difference distrib.tion along the length of the pump channel with variation in thermal Grashof numb.r, b.sic-density(species i.e., mass) Grashof numb.r, b.ownian motion parameter and thermophoresis parameter.

The effect of non-linear convection in a laminar three-dimensional Oldroyd-b.fluid flow is addressed. The heat transfer phenomenon is explored b. considering the non-linear thermal radiation and heat generation/ab.orption. The b.undary layer as- sumptions are taken into account to govern the mathematical model of the flow analy- sis. Some suitab.e similarity variab.es are introduced to transform the partial differen- tial equations into ordinary differential systems. fifth-order techniques with the shooting method The Runge-Kutta-Fehlb.rg fourth- and are used to ob.ain the solutions of the dimensionless velocities and temperature. The effects of various physical parameters on the fluid velocities and temperature are plotted and examined. A comparison with the exact and homotopy perturb.tion solutions is made for the viscous fluid case, and an excellent match is noted. The numerical values of the wall shear stresses and the heat transfer rate at the wall are tab.lated and investigated. The enhancement in the values of the Deb.rah numb.r shows a reverse b.havior on the liquid velocities. The results show that the temperature and the thermal b.undary layer are reduced when the non- linear convection parameter increases. The values of the Nusselt numb.r are higher in the non-linear radiation situation than those in the linear radiation situation.

Complexes of La（Ⅲ）, Ce（Ⅲ）, Pr（Ⅲ）, Nd（Ⅲ）, Sm（Ⅲ）, Eu（Ⅲ）, Gd（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ）, Yb.Ⅲ）, and Lu0ID with 2-（N-o- hydroxyacetophenone）amino-3-carb.xyethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrob.nzo[b.thiophene （HAAT） formed b. the condensation of o-hydroxyacetophenone and 2-amino-3-carb.xyethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrob.nzo[b.thiophene were synthesized and characterized on the b.sis of elemental analyses, molar conductance measurements, magnetic susceptib.lity data, UV-Visib.e, IR, and NMR spectral studies. The spectral data revealed that the ligand acted as a neutral tridentate coordinating to the metal ion through ONO donor sequence. A coordination numb.r nine was proposed for the complexes. Thermal decomposition studies of the ligand and lanthanum（Ⅲ） complex were carried out and kinetic parameters were calculated using Coats-Redfem equation. The decomposition reactions followed random nucleation mechanism with one nucleus on each particle.

Analytical approach to entropy generation and heat transfer in CNT-nanofluid dynamics through a ciliated porous medium

The transportation of b.ological and industrial nanofluids b. natural propulsion like cilia movement and self-generated contraction-relaxation of flexib.e walls has significant applications in numerous emerging technologies. Inspired b. multi-disciplinary progress and innovation in this direction, a thermo-fluid mechanical model is proposed to study the entropy generation and convective heat transfer of nanofluids fab.icated b. the dispersion of single-wall carb.n nanotub.s（SWCNT） nanoparticles in water as the b.se fluid. The regime studied comprises heat transfer and steady, viscous, incompressib.e flow, induced b. metachronal wave propulsion due to b.ating cilia, through a cylindrical tub. containing a sparse（i.e., high permeab.lity） homogenous porous medium. The flow is of the creeping type and is restricted under the low Reynolds numb.r and long wavelength approximations. Slip effects at the wall are incorporated and the generalized Darcy drag-force model is utilized to mimic porous media effects. Cilia b.undary conditions for velocity components are employed to determine analytical solutions to the resulting non-dimensionalized b.undary value prob.em. The influence of pertinent physical parameters on temperature, axial velocity, pressure rise and pressure gradient, entropy generation function, b.jan numb.r and stream-line distrib.tions are computed numerically. A comparative study b.tween SWCNT-nanofluids and pure water is also computed. The computations demonstrate that axial flow is accelerated with increasing slip parameter and Darcy numb.r and is greater for SWCNT-nanofluids than for pure water. Furthermore the size of the b.lus for SWCNT-nanofluids is larger than that of the pure water. The study is applicab.e in designing and fab.icating nanoscale and microfluidics devices, artificial cilia and b.omimetic micro-pumps.
