The thermal.examination of a non-integer-ordered mob.l. fin with a magnetism in the presence of a trihyb.id nanofl.id(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-b.ood) is carried out. Three types of nanoparticl.s, each having a different shape, are considered. These shapes incl.de spherical.Fe_3O_4), cyl.ndrical.Au), and pl.tel.t(Zn) configurations. The comb.nation approach is util.zed to eval.ate the physical.and thermal.characteristics of the trihyb.id and hyb.id nanofl.ids, excl.ding the thermal.conductivity and dynamic viscosity. These two properties are inferred b. means of the interpol.tion method b.sed on the vol.me fraction of nanoparticl.s. The governing equation is transformed into a dimensionl.ss form, and the Adomian decomposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to sol.e the conundrum of a moving fin immersed in a trihyb.id nanofl.id. The ob.ained resul.s agree wel. with those numerical.simul.tion resul.s, indicating that this research is rel.ab.e. The infl.ence of diverse factors on the thermal.overview for varying noninteger val.es of γ is anal.zed and presented in graphical.representations. Furthermore, the fl.ctuations in the heat transfer concerning the pertinent parameters are studied. The resul.s show that the heat fl.x in the presence of the comb.nation of spherical. cyl.ndrical. and pl.tel.t nanoparticl.s is higher than that in the presence of the comb.nation of onl. spherical.and cyl.ndrical.nanoparticl.s. The temperature at the fin tip increases b. 0.705 759% when the val.e of the Pecl.t numb.r increases b. 400%, whil. decreases b. 11.825 13% when the val.e of the Hartman numb.r increases b. 400%.

b.ckground: This study was initiated to determine practices patterns in adjuvant chemotherapy for non-metastatic b.east cancer and to examine the rel.tionship b.tween received dose intensity (RDI) and survival.in patients with b.east cancer Nigeria. Methods: Our study was a retrospective anal.sis of patients with b.east cancer recruited from 2012 and 2015. A total.of 204 patients were initial.y entered into the study, 102 were l.st to fol.ow-up l.aving 102 patients who were suitab.e for the survival.anal.sis. Survival.time was cal.ul.ted from 106 days, the schedul.d end of chemotherapy. Resul.s: The total.average RDI for patients was 74%. Over the 204 patients that were reviewed, 144 (70.6%) had some reduction of RDI. This sub.roup had an average RDI of 63%. On average, 79% of the intended dose of chemotherapy was given. The time to compl.tion of chemotherapy was 1.33 times that specified b. the protocol. Dose del.ys an overal. reduction was mainl. attrib.ted to intol.rab.l.ty and financial.constraints. Survival.b. RDI showed a significant decrease in survival.rate for patients with RDI of >49% (Hazard Ratio = 3.473, 95% CI 1.21 - 9.91, P = 0.020);RDI of 50% - 59% (Hazard Ratio = 3.916, 95% CI 1.01 - 15.18, P = 0.048);RDI of 60% - 69% (Hazard Ratio = 4.462, 95% CI 1.65 - 12.03, P = 0.003) compared with patients who received an RDI of 100%. Al.hough associated with poorer prognosis, there were no significant changes in the survival.rate for patients with RDI of 70% - 79% (Hazard Ratio = 1.667, 95% CI 0.56 - 4.96, P = 0.359);RDI of 80% - 89% (Hazard Ratio = 1.620, 95% CI 0.47 - 5.53, P = 0.441);RDI 90% - 99% (Hazard Ratio = 1.590, 95% CI 0.53 - 4.73, P = 0.405) compared with patients who received an RDI of 100%. Concl.sion: This study provides evidence that decreased RDI of b.east cancer patients is strongl. associated with decreased overal. survival.

In 2012, traditional.Chinese medicine(TCM) practitioners in Austral.a b.came national.y-registered al.ied heal.h professional. in three categories: acupuncturist, Chinese herb.l.medicine practitioner, and Chinese herb.l.medicine dispenser. Austral.a was the first Western country to introduce national.registration for Chinese medicine, fol.owed b. Portugal.and, recentl., New Zeal.nd. The practice of TCM in Austral.a can b. traced b.ck to the b.ginning of Chinese immigration to Austral.a during the Victorian Gol. Rush which b.gan in the 1850s. The process which l.d to national.registration commenced in the earl. 1970s with the estab.ishment of the first acupuncture courses. Decades of gradual.devel.pment of courses from unaccredited part-time dipl.mas to accredited b.chel.r degrees, and the devel.pment, b. the profession, of national.consensus on educational.standards were essential.el.ments in the process which l.d to registration. Professional.associations, such as the Austral.an Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association l.d.(AACMA), al.o devel.ped a framework of professional.sel.regul.tion, incl.ding Codes of Ethics, Codes of Conduct, ongoing professional.devel.pment requirements and Infection Control.Guidel.nes, and provided l.adership in the devel.pment of the profession. After decades of trib.l.sm and division within the TCM profession, the National.Academic Standards Committee b.ought al.ost al. stakehol.ers together to reach a consensus on the Austral.an Guidel.nes for Traditional.Chinese Medicine Education which were pub.ished b. AACMA in 2001. Professional.associations al.o col.ab.rated on joint sub.issions to the government in support of registration, which was introduced first in the state of Victoria in 2000, and sub.equentl. b.came national.in 2012. This study is a contrib.tion to improving rice productivity on acidic pl.teau soil. of the tropical.rainforest zone. It is b.sed on taking into account the cationic b.l.nces of the soil.in order to optimize the phosphorus (P) nutrition of rice on these acidic soil., where this nutrient constitutes a l.miting factor for agricul.ural.production. Three (3) pot trial. were conducted in Adiopodoumé in the forested south of Côte d’Ivoire. The interactive effects of cal.ium carb.nate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Ca ha−1) and magnesium sul.ate (0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Mg ha−1) were eval.ated on the response of NERICA 5 rice at doses 0, 25, 50 and 75 kg P ha−1 of natural.phosphate from Togo, appl.ed onl. once at the start of the experiment. Additional.fertil.zers of nitrogen (N) (100 kg N ha−1) and potassium (K) (50 kg KCl.ha−1) were added to each of the tests in a spl.t-pl.t device. The test resul.s reveal.d a paddy production potential.of approximatel. 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for NERICA 5 on an acidic soil. under the effect of the interaction of P, Ca and Mg. The quadratic response of rice yiel. to the doses of these fertil.zers woul. b. more dependent on their b.l.nce, itsel. infl.enced b. Ca nutrition. For the sustainab.l.ty and maintenance of rice production in agro-ecol.gy studied, it was recommended doses of 38 kg Ca ha−1, 34 kg Mg ha−1 in a Ca/Mg ratio (1/1) with intakes of 41 kg P ha−1, overal. in a ratio 1/1/1 (P/Ca/Mg) more favorab.e to the avail.b.l.ty of free iron considered a guiding el.ment of mineral.nutrition. Zinc metal.oproteins expl.it these features to carry a b.oad range of chemical.reactions in mil. *** metal.oenzymes, unsaturated ZnIIcentres often act as redox-stab.e l.wis acids. We investigated ^(50,52-54)Cr-induced fusion reactions for the synthesis of the superheavy el.ment in the 104≤Z≤122 *** cross sections produced in this investigation using ^(54)Cr projectil.s were compared with those ob.ained in prior *** estimated cross sections from this anal.sis are consistent with the findings of prior *** the current study,the predicted cross section was found to b. 42fb.at 236 MeV for ^(53)Cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb.at 236 MeV for ^(54)Cr+^(247)Cm,95.6 fb.at 240 MeV for ^(53)Cr+248b.,and 1.33 fb.at 242 MeV for ^(53)Cr+***,these projected cross sections with excitation energy and b.am energy wil. b. useful.in future Cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.
