Zn-ion hybrid supercapacitors(SCs)are considered as promising energy storage owing to their high energy density compared to traditional *** to realize the miniaturization,patterning,and flexibility of the Zn-ion SCs without affecting the electrochemical performances has special meanings for expanding their applications in wearable integrated ***_(3)C_(2)T_(x) cathode with outstanding conductivity,unique lamellar structure and good mechanical flexibility has been demonstrated tremen-dous potential in the design of Zn-ion SCs,but achieving long cycling stability and high rate stability is still big ***,we proposed a facile laser writing approach to fabricate patterned Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based Zn-ion micro-supercapacitors(MSCs),followed by the in-situ anneal treatment of the assembled MSCs to improve the long-term stability,which exhibits 80%of the capacitance retention even after 50,000 charge/discharge cycles and superior rate *** influence of the cathode thickness on the electrochemical performance of the MSCs is also *** the thickness reaches 0.851μm the maximum areal capacitance of 72.02 mF cm^(−2)at scan rate of 10 mV s^(−1),which is 1.77 times higher than that with a thickness of 0.329μm(35.6 mF cm^(−2)).Moreover,the fab-ricated Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) based Zn-ion MSCs have excellent flexibility,a digital timer can be driven by the single device even under bending state,a flexible LED displayer of“TiC”logo also can be easily lighted by the MSC arrays under twisting,crimping,and winding conditions,demonstrating the scalable fabrication and application of the fabricated MSCs in portable electronics.

Power systems around the world have been registering a degenerating inertial response in view of the growth of inverter-based resources along with the withdrawal of conventional coal ***,there is a need for swift frequency support and its control,preferably by means of power electronic-interfaced storage devices,owing to their beneficial *** being particularly efficient,pragmatically,the traditional model-based non-linear control techniques are not highly popular in power system control design,primarily due to the complications faced in obtaining accurately suitable models for certain power system ***,the modelfree Koopman operator-based model predictive control(KMPC)has proven to be highly conducive for data-driven non-linear control *** principle behind KMPC is to change the coordinates in a manner to get an approximately linear model,which can then be controlled using a linear model predictive *** this study,we employed time-delayed embedding of measurements to reconstruct a new set of preferable coordinates,thereby suggesting an approach for finding the optimal number of time lags and the embedding dimensions which are the key parameters of this *** efficacy of this KMPC framework is established by adopting a decentralized frequency control problem through a decoupled synchronous machine system,which we proposed for both the Kundur two-area system as well as the IEEE 39-bus test system.

background Computational tools have been widely used in drug discovery process since they reduce the time and cost. Prediction of whether a protein is druggable is fundamental and crucial for drug research pipeline. Sequence based protein function prediction plays vital roles in many research areas. Training data, protein features selection and machine learning algorithms are three indispensable elements that drive the successfulness of the *** In this study, we tested the performance of different combinations of protein features and machine learning algorithms, based on FDA-approved small molecules’ targets, in druggable proteins *** also enlarged the dataset to include the targets of small molecules that were in experiment or clinical *** We found that although the 146-d vector used by Li et al. with neuron network achieved the best training accuracy of 91.10%, overlapped 3-gram word2vec with logistic regression achieved best prediction accuracy on independent test set (89.55%) and on newly approved-targets. Enlarged dataset with targets of small molecules in experiment and clinical investigation were trained. Unfortunately, the best training accuracy was only 75.48%. In addition, we applied our models to predict potential targets for references in future *** Our study indicates the potential ability of word2vec in the prediction of druggable protein. And the training dataset of druggable protein should not be extended to targets that are lack of verification. With the change of geopolitical pattern of the world, pacific rim area increases economic cooperation, instead of military antagonism. After reform and open to outside world, the southern China takes in an amount of investment from Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan, taking advantage of superior geo environment and thus forms a topical model of core periphery in the southern China. The core periphery model in the southern China is territorially made of three parts: core area — Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; peripherial area — Zhujiang delta; second core area — parts of Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province, Fujian Province and Hainan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Its evolutional stage of this model can be divided into four stages: (1) the stage of polarization of core area; (2) the stage of the second core area strongly controlled by core area; (3) the transitional stage of the second area; (4) the stage of the southern China space integrity. Taking the core periphrial model in the southern China as an integrity of interrelational and rational division, its whole functional organized system is “input product assemble output”, core area is mainly then as the managed and transported center, the second area plays a product and productive control function and becomes center of manufacturing, study and development, periphrial area constructs as the center of material and raw material and the base of agricultural and side line products. based on the analysis of the formative structure, evolutional law and the design of territorial function, we suggust the way of territerial optimazation as follows: (1) establishing the large hinterland which takes Xijiang basin as its core; (2) construct the high and renewed technological corridor; (3) constructing stable and varied material and raw material base; (4) reinforcing the organization and adjustment and managment between core area, periphrial area and second periphrial area. AIM To investigate which foods are the most nutrient dense sources of nutrients demonstrated by the scientific literature to play a role in the prevention and promotion of recovery from depressive disorders. METHODS A systematic literature review was conducted to derive a list of Antidepressant Nutrients from the 34 nutrients known to be essential for humans using level of evidence criteria. Nutritional data was extracted for a subset of foods with a high content of at least 1 Antidepressant Nutrient using a USDA database. These foods were analyzed for Antidepressant Nutrient density resulting in an Antidepressant Food Score(AFS). Plant and animal foods were analyzed separately. RESULTS Twelve Antidepressant Nutrients relate to the prevention and treatment of depressive disorders: Folate, iron, longchain omega-3 fatty acids(EPA and DHA), magnesium, potassium, selenium, thiamine, vitamin A, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, vitamin C, and zinc. The highest scoring foods were bivalves such as oysters and mussels, various seafoods, and organ meats for animal foods. The highest scoring plant foods were leafy greens, lettuces, peppers, and cruciferous vegetables. CONCLUSION The AFS is based on a nutrient profiling system devised to identify foods with the highest nutrient density of nutrients with clinical evidence to support theirrole in depressive disorders. This list of foods and food categories with the highest density of the 12 Antidepressant Nutrients, the Antidepressant Foods, should be considered by researchers in the design of future intervention studies and clinicians as dietary options to support prevention and recovery from depression disorders.

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) recognize specific motifs which are frequently present in bacteria, fungi, prokaryotes and viruses. Amongst TLRs, TLR9 can be activated by such bacterial or viral DNA fragments, immunoglobulin-DNA complexes or synthetic oligonucleotides, which all contain unmethylated cytosineguanine nucleotide sequences (CpGs). Emerging data indicate that TLR9 signaling has a role in, and may influence, colorectal carcinogenesis and colonic inflammation. CpGs are classified into three groups according to their influence on both the antigen-specific humoraland cellular immunity, and the production of type 1 interferons and proinflammatory cytokines. TLR9 activation via CpGs may serve as a new therapeutic target for several cancerous and various inflammatory conditions. Due to its probable anti-cancer effects, the application possibilities of TLR9-signaling modulation may be extremely diverse even in colorectal tumors. In this review we aimed to summarize the current knowledge about TLR-signaling in the pathogenesis and therapy of inflammatory bowel diseases and colorectal cancer. Due to the species-specific differences in TLR9 expression, however, one must be careful in translating the animal model data into the human system, because of the differences between CpG-oligodeoxynucleotide-responsive cells. TLR9 agonist DNA-based immunomodulatory sequences could also represent a promising therapeutic alternative in systemic inflammatory conditions and chronic colonic inflammations as their side effects are not significant.

The friction sensitivity(FS) of five linear and eight cyclic nitramines has been *** parameters of non-autocatalyzed thermal decomposition of these nitramines were used for comparison of the FS values with thermal ***,increasing values of activation energies of non-autocatalyzed decomposition of the studied nitramines are connected with decreasing FS values.A similar trend was found in the relation between FS and hypothetical initiation temperature for 5% conversion of the nitramines after 50 μs of their thermolysis,however,if in the given series of nitramines their initiation reactivity is predominantly determined by the energy content of their molecules and closer similarity of their molecular structures,then the above-mentioned trend may be *** found relationships were used for prediction and verification of the activation energy of non-autocatalyzed thermal decomposition of 2,5-dinitro-2,5-diazahexane.

Pecan nut (Carya illinoinensis) processing to obtain oil generates circa 37% of press cake, which is currently underuti-lized and primarily employed as animal feed. Due to its nutritional- and bioactive-rich composition, pecan nut cake (PNC) can be used as raw material for plant-based beverages, whose properties may be enhanced using a non-ther-mal technology based on block freeze concentration (bFC). The effect of five-stage bFC on total solids content (TSC), pH, color parameters, retention of phytochemicals, and the antioxidant activity (AA) of a pecan nut cake beverage (PNb) was assessed in this work. bFC afforded 98% (w/w) solids retention after three stages and 85% efficiency after four stages. The process also provided a 254% concentration factor in stage 5. In the last step, approximately a 64% increase in TSC and a slight decrease (7.3%) in pH compared to the control PNb was observed. In addition, total phenolic compounds, condensed tannins, total flavonols, and AA were significantly (P bFC, resulting in a 2.6-10.2- and 1.9-5.8-fold increase in phytochemicals and antioxidants, respectively. On the other hand, bFC caused the darkening of concentrates due to TSC and bioactive compounds retention. The processing strategy evaluated herein indicated a great potential of PNC as a raw material for obtaining high-quality ingredients for the food industry, which may reduce agro-industrial waste production and add value to a coproduct rich in nutrients and biocompounds with potential biological activity.
