Liquid drop fingerprint can be obtained through fiber-capacitive drop analysis technology as the fiber signal changes with the drop volume which can be represented by the capacitive signal during the drop ***,if the fiber or capacitive signals are filtered by the normal low-pass filter method,the fingerprint would be distorted because of the capacitive signal’s saw-tooth style and fiber signal’s periodically abrupt *** the paper the subsection-filtering method is explored and analyzed,in which firstly separates the signals according to drop growth period and then filters every subsection *** improves that it is an effective way to solve the signal distortion problem, which usually happens when filters the fiber or capacitive signal during the signal mutation period.

Multiple-model approach is one of the main streams for hybrid *** difficulty of this approach to estimate the hybrid state of the semi-ballistic reentry vehicle (SBRV) is model-set *** paper proposes a quasi-Monte Carlo model set that can ensure the estimator near-optimal in the sense of minimum mean square error (MMSE).The SBRV has a high nonlinearity and its mode is spanned by multiple parameters with known *** design methods and characteristics of the quasi-Monte Carlo model set are *** proposed model set has a higher accuracy than the model-set generated by the Monte Carlo *** theoretical analysis and simulation results show the effectiveness and reasonability of the newly designed model set.

This paper presents a novel method to solve old problem of water level control system of pressurized water reactor (PWR) steam generator (SG) of nuclear power plant (NPP) .The level control system of SG plays an important role which effects the reliablity,safty,cost of SG and its mathematical models have been solved.A model of the conventional controller is presented and the existing problems are discussed. A novel rule based realtime control technique is designed with a computerized water level control (CWLC) system for SG of PWR *** performance of this is evaluated for full power reactor operating conditions by applying different transient conditions of SG′s data of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant (QNPP).

Most of modern systems for information retrieval, fusion and management have to deal with more and more qualitative information （by linguistic labels） besides information expressed quantitatively （by numbers）, since human reports are better and easier expressed in natural language than with numbers. In this paper, Herrera-Martfnez＇s 2-Tuple linguistic representation model is extended for reasoning with uncertain and qualitative information in Dezert-Smarandache Theory （DSmT） framework, in order to overcome the limitations of current approaches, i.e., the lack of precision in the final results of linguistic information fusion according to 1-Tuple representation （ q1 ）- The linguistic information which expresses the expert＇s qualitative beliefs is expressed by means of mixed 2 Tuples （equidistant linguistic labels with a numeric biased value）. Together with the 2-Tuple representation model, some basic operators are presented to carry out the fusion operation among qualitative information sources. At last, through simple example how 2-Tuple qualitative DSmT-based （q2 DSmT） fusion rules can be used for qualitative reasoning and fusion under uncertainty, which advantage is also showed by comparing with other methods.

In this paper, by using a matrix technique, a dynamic model of high power factor induction motor with floating winding in parallel connection with capacitors is established. Then, the starting performance of this motor is analyzed by computer simulation. By comparison of the tested and computed results, which are in good agreement, the dynamic model and simulative method are verified.

By the method of the stochastic energetics,we investigate the stochastic resonance (SR) phenomenon of anoverdamped Brown particle in an asymmetric bistable potential,driven by external periodical signal and *** expressions have been obtained for the quasi-steady-state probability distribution *** is found thatthe input energy (IE) pumped into the system by the external driving shows an SR-like behavior as a function of thenoise strength,whereas the IE turns to be a monotonic function of the correlation time of the *** effect ofpotential asymmetry is also studied on SR and IE.

The water level control system of steam generator in a pressurized water reactor of nuchear power plant plays an important role which effects the water level control of the steam generator are due the reverse dynamics behavior,so the transient analysis of the steam generator should firstly solve their mathematical *** determination of dynamic behavior and design and testing of the control system, a nonlinear math model is developed using one dimensional conservation equations of mass,momentum and energy of primary and secondary sides of the steam generator. The nonlinear model is verified with standard power plant data available in the references, then the steady states and transient calculations are performed for full power to 5% power reactor operation of the steam generator of Chinese Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.

In this paper, we investigate deterministic learning in environments with disturbances. We will show that for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with bounded disturbances, by using an appropriately designed adaptive neural controller, the disturbances are attenuated and the system output tracks a periodic orbit in finite time. As radial basis function (RBF) neural networks (NN) are employed, this leads to the satisfaction of a partial persistence of the excitation (PE) condition. By using the uniform complete observability (UCO) technique, it is analyzed that partial estimated NN weights will converge to a neighborhood of zero, with the size of the neighborhood depending on the amplitude of disturbances as well as on the control gains. Locally-accurate approximation of unknown system dynamics can still be achieved in the stable NN control process. The approximation error level is influenced by the amplitude of disturbances. The obtained knowledge of system dynamics can be reused in another control process towards stability and improved performance. Simulation studies are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.

Kalman filter is a powerful tool in target tracking and self-localization across wireless sensor networks with many *** paper considers the filters design for networked systems with combined constraints of bandwidth and random delay,and proposes a kind of universal networked Kalman estimator for given linear time invariant(LTI) or determinate parameters(DP) systems,which are also called linear and determinate parameters(LDP) systems ***,two modeling ways to treat bit quantization error vector are given and the corresponding LDP systems taken after bit quantization are ***,we introduce an equivalent weighted summation form of the conventional linear Kalman filter,which fully uses two essential characteristics,namely offline computation property from the LDP systems and linear weighted summation property from the linear minimum mean square error ***,by adopting the replacement and innovation compensation operations,a kind of integrated networked estimator,involving two estimation algorithms with different modeling ways to bit quantization error actually,is presented based on the weighted summation filter for random delay *** proposed universal networked estimation algorithms have some outstanding advantages such as extensive application,concise algorithm structure,high estimate accuracy,and good running *** examples are demonstrated to validate the proposed networked estimation algorithms.
