Stable trajectory planning and energyefficience control allocation of lane change maneuver for autonomous electric vehicle

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to investigate problems in performing stable lane changes and toﬁnd a solution to reduce energy consumption of autonomous electric ***/methodology/approach–An optimization algorithm,model predictive control(MPC)and Karush–Kuhn–Tucker(KKT)conditions are adopted to resolve the problems of obtaining optimal lane time,tracking dynamic reference and energy-efﬁcient *** this paper,the dynamic constraints of vehicles during lane change areﬁrst established based on the longitudinal and lateral force coupling characteristics and the nominal reference ***,by optimizing the lane change time,the yaw rate and lateral acceleration that connect with the lane change time are ***,to assure the dynamic properties of autonomous vehicles,the real system inputs under the restraints are obtained by using the MPC *** on the gained inputs and the efﬁcient map of brushless direct-current in-wheel motors(BLDC IWMs),the nonlinear cost function which combines vehicle dynamic and energy consumption is given and the KKT-based method is ***–The effectiveness of the proposed control system is veriﬁed by numerical ***,the proposed control system can successfully achieve stable trajectory planning,which means that the yaw rate and longitudinal and lateral acceleration of vehicle are within stability boundaries,which accomplishes accurate tracking control and decreases obvious energy ***/value–This paper proposes a solution to simultaneously satisfy stable lane change maneuvering and reduction of energy consumption for autonomous electric *** from previous path planning researches in which only the geometric constraints are involved,this paper considers vehicle dynamics,and stability boundaries are established in path planning to ensure the feasibility of the generated reference path.

The development of low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(LT-SOFCs)is of significant importance for realizing the widespread application of *** has stimulated a substantial materials research effort in developing high oxide-ion conductivity in the electrolyte layer of *** this context,for the first time,a dielectric material,CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)is designed for LT-SOFCs electrolyte application in this *** individual CCTO and its heterostructure materials with a p-type Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)LiO_(2−δ)(NCAL)semiconductor are evaluated as alternative electrolytes in LT-SOFC at 450–550℃.The single cell with the individual CCTO electrolyte exhibits a power output of approximately 263 mW cm^(-2) and an open-circuit voltage(OCV)of 0.95 V at 550℃,while the cell with the CCTO–NCAL heterostructure electrolyte capably delivers an improved power output of approximately 605 mW cm^(-2) along with a higher OCV over 1.0 V,which indicates the introduction of high hole-conducting NCAL into the CCTO could enhance the cell performance rather than inducing any potential short-circuiting *** is found that these promising outcomes are due to the interplay of the dielectric material,its structure,and overall properties that led to improve electrochemical mechanism in CCTO–***,density functional theory calculations provide the detailed information about the electronic and structural properties of the CCTO and NCAL and their heterostructure CCTO–*** study thus provides a new approach for developing new advanced electrolytes for LT-SOFCs.

Molecular Properties of 9,10-Phenanthrenequinone and Benzil

9,10-Phenanthrenequinone（PQ） and benzil are important a-diketones. This manuscript explains the first comparison of PQ and benzil molecular properties. We have used 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-IH COSY, HMBC, HMQC, UV-Vis absorption and emission, CV and TGA experiments to study PQ and benzil that provided the following novel results. （1） The 1H NMR（CDC13） of PQ show δ 8.19（H1）, 8.02（H4）, 7.72（H3）, 7.47（H2） instead of an earlier reported 8.25（H4）, 8.08（H1）, 7.80（H2）, 7.55（H3）; （2） in the 13C NMR（CDCl3）, the C9/C10（C=O） signal of PQ appears upfield（6 180.3） compared to C9/Cl0（C=O） signal of benzil（6 194.5）, which shows higher electrophilic character（more attractive for nucleophiles） of C9/C10（C=O） of benzil; （3） the first 2max for the UV-Vis absorption and emission of PQ are blue-shifted compared to benzil despite increased conjugation attributed to the different symmetries（C2v for PQ and C2h for Benzil） of the two molecules; （4） the emission spectrum of benzil is broader compared to that of PQ due to slower relaxation of the excited state; （5） The CV study shows that PQ and benzil are good electron acceptors and PQ shows a better reduction process than benzil due to an extra ring that provides stability for the reduced species（mono or diradical anions）; （6） TGA shows the higher thermal stability of PQ than benzil attributed to the presence of phenanthrene unit in PQ.

Organophosphorous compounds containing phosphorus as an integral part have been widely used in industry, organic synthesis and optoelectronics, o-Xylylene-a,a＇-bis（triphenylphosphinebromide）（OXBTPPB） is a facile reagent to convert o-quinones（e.g., 9,10-phenanthrenequinone） into polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons（PAHs）. Herein lies an improved synthetic route to OXBTPPB. The resultant was carefully characterized with GC-EIMS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, spectroscopic techniques. The EIMS shows characteristic peaks at m/z=262.4, 183.3, 108.2, 77.1 attributed to the [C18H15P]^＋, [C12H8P]^＋, [C6H8P]^＋, [C6H5]^＋ ions, respectively. The ^1H and ^13C NMR spectrum shows well resolved peaks and all the hydrogens and carbons were well-assigned via a combined study of ^1H-^1H COSY, HMBC, and HMQC experiments. The mechanism for the formation of OXBTPPB was proposed based on literature and obtained experimental data. Meanwhile, the thermal stability of OXBTPPB was evaluated with TGA analysis, and an onset decomposition temperature（Td） was recorded at 323.6 ℃.

The major aim of power quality(PQ) enhancing techniques is to maintain a specified voltage magnitude at a desired frequency for sensitive loads irrespective of faults on the power distribution *** dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) is a device used to mitigate voltage sags to regulate load *** paper presents a mathematical model for leading series voltage injection to mitigate sags thereby achieving the improvement of the utility power factor as well as power sharing between the DVR and *** power sharing will be as per requirement to compensate the sags considering the available distributed generation(DG).The approach of mitigating voltage sags using the concept of leading series voltage injection is suitable for those locations where phase shift in the voltage will not cause any *** MATLAB/SIMULINK SimPowerSystem toolbox has been used to obtain simulation results to verify the proposed mathematical model.

Compressibility dependence on grain size distribution and relative density in sands

A framework of continuum breakage mechanics was used to investigate the dependence of compressibility on grain size distribution(GSD)as well as relative density of *** dependence on GSD was considered by employing a GSD index and relative density dependence was reflected by varying the plastic-breakage coupling *** of the experimental results including isotropic compression and one-dimensional compression of sands with different relative densities and GSDs revealed that sand compressibility increased with the increasing GSD index and plastic-breakage coupling *** coupling angle decreased with increasing relative density,indicating that grains would break more in sand with comparatively high relative density.

To model the cumulative deformation of granular soils under cyclic loading, a mathematical model was proposed. The power law connection between the shear strain and loading cycle was represented by using fractional derivative approach. The volumetric strain was characterized by a modified cyclic flow rule which considered the effect of particle breakage. All model parameters were obtained by the cyclic and static triaxial tests. Predictions of the test results were provided to validate the proposed model. Comparison with an existing cumulative model was also made to show the advantage of the proposed model.

Particle breakage has a significant influence on the stress-strain and strength behavior of rockfill material.A breakage critical state theory(BCST)was proposed to describe the evolution of particle *** breakage critical state line in the breakage critical state theory was correlated with the breakage factor,which was fundamentally different from that of the original critical state theory.A simple elastoplastic constitutive model was developed for rockfill in the frame of *** associated flow rule was adopted in this ***,contractive and distortional hardening rules were suggested in view of the particle *** was observed that the proposed model could well represent the complex deformation behaviors of rockfill material,such as the strain hardening,post-peak strain softening,volumetric contraction,volumetric expansion,and particle breakage under different initial confining pressures.

Product testing is a key ingredient in maintaining the quality of a pro-duction *** production process is considered an efficient process if it is capable of quick identification of faulty *** items produced by any production process are usually packed and acceptance or rejection of the pack depends upon its conformity to some specified quality ***,the specified quality level is based upon the number of defective items found in the inspected number of *** decisions are based upon some rules and usually acceptance of the pack is based upon a fewer number of defective items in the *** questions can be answered by using acceptance sampling *** acceptance sampling plans assume the fact that the quality level of the item follows some probability *** sampling plans based upon some classical probability distributions are available but often it happens that the quality behavior of the product does not follow a simple probability model and hence the available sampling plans *** this paper,we have developed acceptance sampling plans when the product life follows a general Weibull *** sampling plans have been constructed by considering the crisp and fuzzy behavior of the acceptance *** sampling plans have been constructed by assuming an infinite lot *** has been found that the number of items required for inspection decreases with an increase in some parameters.

Building Stock and Emission Models for Jakarta

Understanding urban-scale building emissions is crucial for achieving net-zero *** study examined embodied and operational emissions in Jakarta from 2010 to 2022 using the bottom-up Building Stock Model(BSM)and analyzed building stocks across seven categories:apartments,offices,malls,hotels,education facilities,hospitals,and landed *** factors for construction materials,fuels,electricity,and cooking gas,along with occupancy rates,were included in the emissions *** findings reveal consistent growth in apartments,malls,and offices,with operational emissions significantly decreasing after the 2015 green building *** a declining share in Jakarta’s building stock,landed houses still account for over 40%of embodied and nearly 75%of operational *** around 80%of the population preferring to live in landed houses,their impact on emissions remains *** 2010,Jakarta’s building floor stock was 167 *** using simple linear regression suggest it could reach 268 km2 by *** forecasts using the Prophet Forecasting Model(PFM)suggest that by 2050,building emissions could return to 2010 levels if stricter regulations are consistently *** study underscores the necessity for continuous regulatory advancements and carbon offset initiatives to achieve net-zero emissions.
