This paper presents a handwritten document recognition system based on the convolutional neural network *** today’s world,handwritten document recognition is rapidly attaining the attention of researchers due to its promising behavior as assisting technology for visually impaired *** technology is also helpful for the automatic data entry *** the proposed systemprepared a dataset of English language handwritten character *** proposed system has been trained for the large set of sample data and tested on the sample images of user-defined handwritten *** this research,multiple experiments get very worthy recognition *** proposed systemwill first performimage pre-processing stages to prepare data for training using a convolutional neural *** this processing,the input document is segmented using line,word and character *** proposed system get the accuracy during the character segmentation up to 86%.Then these segmented characters are sent to a convolutional neural network for their *** recognition and segmentation technique proposed in this paper is providing the most acceptable accurate results on a given *** proposed work approaches to the accuracy of the result during convolutional neural network training up to 93%,and for validation that accuracy slightly decreases with 90.42%.

Plants have a system of antioxidant enzymes, which helps to alleviate the effects of various types of stresses. Heavy metals like Cadmium and lead are tolerable for plants to certain extent. The antioxidant enzymes do not function properly at higher concentrations of Cadmium, lead and some other heavy metals. The activities of antioxidant enzymes are reduced due to reactive oxygen species produced as a result of heavy metal stress. The catalase activity was directly inhibited by O2- (Kono and Fridovich, 1982). These ROS are O2-, H2O2, and -OH which can react with many other biomolecules. Several metallic ions are produced by radical displacement reactions. These metallic ions inhibit the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Hence, enzymic antioxidant defense system of plants is affected and adversely inhibits plant growth and productivity. Mycorrhizal fungi are important in phytostabilization of toxic heavy metals. Plants having mycorrhizal association accumulate metallic pollutants by storing these heavy metals in Vesicles as well as in fungal hyphae in their roots, hence these metallic pollutants are immobilized and do not inhibit the growth and uptake of phosphorus and some other micronutrients. Mycorrhizal fungi also release various organic acids which increase the solubilisation of insoluble phosphate compounds present in soil. The unavailable forms of phosphorus are converted into available forms as a result of organic acids produced by fungi. AM fungi release glomalins that are certain metal sorble glycoproteins which increase the immobilization of toxic metals. Another protein is metallothionine released by certain AM fungi, which also reduces the heavy metal toxicity in soil. Mycorrhizal fungi also induce resistance in plants against pathogens, drought and salinity stress. Investigation on heavy metal stress resistant genes in mycorrhizal plants can be very helpful for phytoremediation. This review focuses on the use of AM fungi for phytoremediation.

Semantic Web Services is an emerging technology that promises to enable dynamic, execution-time discovery, composition, and invocation of Web Services. Semantic matchmaking plays a vital role in the automated and dynamic discovery process of Semantic Web Services and consists in measuring the semantic distance between a requested service and an advertised one. In this paper, an innovative approach to effectively compute the semantic distance between Ontology Web Language for Services （OWL-S） annotated services is proposed. First, an edge-based method for measuring the semantic distance between Web Ontology Language （OWL） concepts is presented. Then, a comparison of the proposed measure and the one presented in a recent related work is made in order to show that our method is more efficient and fine-grained. Finally, some equations to compute semantic matchmaking of service capabilities, which are expressed in terms of inputs and outputs, are presented.

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers （PBDEs） are ubiquitous environmental pollutants that accumulate to high levels in human populations that are subject to occupational or regional industry exposure. PBDEs have been shown to affect human neuronal, endocrine and reproductive systems, but their effect on the immune system is not well understood. In this study, experimental adult mice were intragastrically administered 2,2＇,3,3＇,4,4＇,5,5＇,6,6＇-decabromodiphenyl ether （BDE-209） at doses of 8, 80 or 800 mg/kg of body weight （bw） at 2-day intervals. Our results showed that continuous exposure to BDE-209 resulted in high levels of BDE-209 in the plasma that approached the levels found in people who work in professions with high risks of PDBE exposure. Reduced leukocytes, decreased cytokine （IFN-7, IL-2 and TNF-a） production and lower CD8 T-cell proliferation were observed in the mice exposed to BDE-209. Additionally, mice with long-term BDE-209 exposure had lower numbers of antigen-specific CD8 T cells after immunization with recombinant Listeria monocytogenesexpressing ovalbumin （rLm-OVA） and the OVA-specific CD8 T cells had reduced functionality. Taken together, our study demonstrates that continuous BDE-209 exposure causes adverse effects on the number and functionality of immune cells in adult mice.

Fog computing is a concept that extends the paradigm of cloud computing to the network edge. The goal of fog computing is to situate resources in the vicinity of end users. As with cloud computing, fog computing provides storage services. The data owners can store their confidential data in many fog nodes, which could cause more challenges for data sharing security. In this paper, we present a novel architecture for data sharing in a fog environment. We explore the benefits of fog computing in addressing one-to-many data sharing applications. This architecture sought to outperform the cloud-based architecture and to ensure further enhancements to system performance, especially from the perspective of security. We will address the security challenges of data sharing, such as fine-grained access control, data confidentiality, collusion resistance, scalability, and the issue of user revocation. Keeping these issues in mind, we will secure data sharing in fog computing by combining attributebased encryption and proxy re-encryption techniques. Findings of this study indicate that our system has the response and processing time faster than classical cloud systems. Further, experimental results show that our system has an efficient user revocation mechanism, and that it provides high scalability and sharing of data in real time with low latency.

泥炭沼泽是陆地生态系统的重要碳库,与此同时也是重要的湿地类型之一,其独特的生态功能对维持生态平衡和可持续发展具有重要的作用。目前,随着人类活动范围的不断增加,泥炭沼泽湿地退化现象日趋严重。为更好的保护现有的泥炭沼泽资源、减少泥炭沼泽的破坏和制定科学的管理措施,确定泥炭沼泽的空间分布是其前提和基础。内蒙古地区由于其适宜的气候和水文条件,泥炭沼泽广泛发育。因此,本研究以内蒙古呼伦贝尔地区为研究区,基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台,结合Landsat 8、Sentinel-2和地面调查数据,应用传统分类方法对研究区泥炭沼泽信息进行提取,以期快速准确提取泥炭沼泽空间位置分布。本文的主要研究结论如下:(1)研究使用2020年4月15日至2020年10月15日的Landsat 8数据,采用单窗算法得到研究区地表温度数据,结合植被指数数据,分别使用随机森林(Random Forest,RF)和决策树分类(Classification and Regression Trees,CART)两种分类方法,制作了呼伦贝尔地区的两张泥炭地地图。其中,基于RF的分类估计呼伦贝尔的泥炭地面积为44737km2,而CART的结果是49565km2的泥炭地,并且两种分类结果都显示出高度准确的结果,总体准确率超过80%。(2)研究通过对比GEE平台中RF和CART两种分类方法进行泥炭沼泽信息提取发现CART的精确度略低于RF,并且使用的Sentinel-2数据很容易在GEE平台中获得,这也为后续大区域尺度泥炭地信息提取研究提供重要的指导作用。
