We examine the effects of an unparticle U as a possible source of missing energy in the p-wave decays of a B meson. The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the K0^＊（K1） - meson＇s energy is discussed in the presence of scalar and vector unparticle operators and significant deviation from the standard model value is found after addition of these operators. Finally, we have shown the dependence of the branching ratio for the above-mentioned decays on the parameters of unparticle stuff like effective couplings, cutoff scale Au and the scale dimensions du.

In this study, the mean droplet diameter in the cavity zone and the total mass transfer area of a multi-stage highspeed disperser(HSD) reactor with different packing combinations were measured and evaluated. The effects of rotational speed and packing radius, as well as the packing ring radius and numbers, on the mean droplet diameter and the total mass transfer area were evaluated. A model was established to calculate the mass transfer area in the cavity zone in the HSD reactor, and it was found that the packings contribute 61%–82% of the total mass transfer area. A correlation for predicting the mass transfer area in the packing zone was regressed by the dimensionless analysis method. An enhancement factor based on the mass transfer area in the packing zone was proposed to evaluate the effect of packing combination on mass transfer area. Two optimum packing combinations were proposed in consideration of the mean droplet diameter and the enhancement factor.

Resilience as a concept is multi-faceted with complex *** a disaster context,there is lack of consistency in conceptualizing social *** results in ambiguity of its definition,properties,and pathways for assessment.A number of key research gaps exist for critically reviewing social resilience conceptualization,projecting resilience properties in a disaster-development continuum,and delineating a resilience trajectory in a multiple disaster *** review addressed these research gaps by critically reviewing social resilience definitions,properties,and *** review found four variations in social resilience definitions,which recognize the importance of abilities of social systems and processes in disaster phases at different levels.A review of resilience properties and pathways in the disaster resilience literature suggested new resilience properties—“risk-sensitivity”and“regenerative”in the timeline of two consecutive *** review highlights a causal pathway for social resilience to better understand the resilience status in a multi-shock scenario by depicting inherent and adaptive resilience for consecutive disaster scenarios and a historical case study for a resilience trajectory in a multiple disaster *** review findings will assist disaster management policymakers and practitioners to formulate appropriate resilience enhancement strategies within a holistic framework in a multi-disaster timeline.

ZnO-CeO2 nanostructures were synthesized by simple and effcient low temperature method. The structure and morphology of the ZnO-CeO2 nanostructures were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction （XRD） and field emission scanning electron microscopy （FESEm）, which revealed elongated shaped CeO2 nanoparticles with diameters of 40–90 nm distributed on the surface of elongated ZnO nanostructures with diameters of 50–200 nm （edge–centre）. Further the structure of the synthesized ZnO-CeO2 nanostructure was supported by Raman spectra and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）. UV-vis absorption spectrum was used to confirm the optical properties of the CeO2 doped ZnO nanostructures. Photo-catalytic activity of CeO2 doped ZnO nanostructure was evaluated by degradation of acridine orange and methylene blue which degraded 84.55% and 48.65% in 170 min, respectively. ZnO-CeO2 nanostructures also showed good sensitivity （0.8331 μA·cm-2·（mol/l）-1） in short response time （10 s） by applying to chemical sensing using ethanol as a target compound by I-V technique. These degradation and chemical sensing properties of ZnO-CeO2 nanostructures are of great importance for the application of ZnO-CeO2 system as a photo-catalyst and chemical sensor.

A numerical method is proposed to approach the Approximate Inertial man-ifolds(AIms)in unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations,using multilevel fi-nite element method with hierarchical basis *** AImS,the unknown variables,velocity and pressure in the governing equations,are divided into two com-ponents,namely low modes and high ***,the couplings between low modes and high modes,which are not accounted by standard Galerkin method,are consid-ered by AIms,to improve the accuracy of the numerical ***,the multilevel finite element method with hierarchical basis functions is introduced to approach low modes and high modes in an efficient *** an example,the flow around airfoil NACA0012 at different angles of attack has been simulated by the method presented,and the comparisons show that there is a good agreement between the present method and experimental *** particular,the proposed method takes less computing time than the traditional *** a conclusion,the present method is efficient in numer-ical analysis of fluid dynamics,especially in computing time.

Effect of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria on Growth,Nodulation and Nutrient Accumulation of Lentil Under Controlled Conditions

Application of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria （PGPR） has been shown to increase legume growth and development under field and controlled environmental conditions. The present study was conducted to isolate plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria （PGPR） from the root nodules of lentil （Lens culinaris medik.） grown in arid/semi-arid region of Punjab, Pakistan and examined their plant growth-promoting abilities. Five bacterial isolates were isolated, screened in vitro for plant growth-promoting （PGP） characteristics and their effects on the growth of lentil were assessed under in vitro, hydroponic and greenhouse （pot experiment） conditions. All the isolates were Gram negative, rod-shaped and circular in form and exhibited the plant growth-promoting attributes of phosphate solubilization and auxin （indole acetic acid, IAA） production. The IAA production capacity ranged in 0.5-11.0μg mL-1 and P solubilization ranged in 3-16 mg L-1. When tested for their effects on plant growth, the isolated strains had a stimulatory effect on growth, nodulation and nitrogen （N） and phosphorus （P） uptake in plants on nutrient-deficient soil. In the greenhouse pot experiment, application of PGPR significantly increased shoot length, fresh weight and dry weight by 65%, 43% and 63% and the increases in root length, fresh weight and dry weight were 74%, 54% and 92%, respectively, as compared with the uninoculated control. The relative increases in growth characteristics under in vitro and hydroponic conditions were even higher. PGPR also increased the number of pods per plant, 1 000-grain weight, dry matter yield and grain yield by 50%, 13%, 2870 and 29%, respectively, over the control. The number of nodules and nodule dry mass increased by 170% and 136%, respectively. After inoculation with effective bacterial strains, the shoot, root and seed N and P contents increased, thereby increasing both N and P uptake in plants. This manuscript aims to study cosmic warm inflation(WI)in the framework of f(Q)-gravity,where Q represents the nonmetricity(Nm)*** accomplish this task,we introduce the Tsallis,Renyi,and Barrow holographic dark energy(HDE)entropies into the standard Friedmann *** the slow-roll(SR)approximation,we find exact analytic solutions for the inflaton field,the effective potential necessary to produce inflation,and the scale factor for both low-and high-dissipative *** calculate key parameters,including SR parameters,the number of e-folds,the scalar spectral index and its running,and finally tensor-to-scalar ratio to assess the accuracy of the chosen DE models in light of the published observational *** allowed ranges of the involved free parameters are found from the limits on inflationary observables imposed by the Planck *** is concluded that the obtained results are consistent with proposed theoretical predictions up to the 2σ confidence level.
