Correlation of tumor-associated macrophage density and proportion of M2 subtypes with the pathological stage of colorectal cancer

Etiology and management of urethral calculi:A systematic review of contemporary series

Objective:To conduct a systematic literature review on urethral calculi in a contemporary cohort describing etiology,investigation,and management ***:A systematic search of MEDLINE and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)databases was ***,including case reports and case series on urethral calculi published between January 2000 and December 2019,were ***-text manuscripts were reviewed for clinical parameters including symptomatology,etiology,medical history,investigations,treatment,and *** were collated and analyzed with univariate ***:Seventy-four publications met inclusion criteria,reporting on 95 *** symptoms(41.1%),pain(40.0%),and acute urinary retention(32.6%)were common presenting *** calculi were most often initially investigated using plain X-ray(63.2%),with almost all radio-opaque(98.3%).Urethral calculi were frequently associated with coexistent bladder or upper urinary tract calculi(16.8%)and underlying urethral pathology(53.7%)including diverticulum(33.7%)or stricture(13.7%).Urethral calculi were most commonly managed with external urethrolithotomy(31.6%),retrograde manipulation(22.1%),and endoscopic in situ lithotripsy(17.9%).Conclusion:This unique systematic review of urethral calculi provided a summary of clinical features and treatment trends with a suggested treatment *** in contemporary urological practice should be according to calculus size,shape,anatomical location,and presence of urethral pathology.

Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication plays a fundamental role in autonomous IoT (Internet of Things)-based infrastructure, a vital part of the fourth industrial revolution. Machine-type communication devices(MTCDs) regularly share extensive data without human intervention while making all types of decisions. Thesedecisions may involve controlling sensitive ventilation systems maintaining uniform temperature, live heartbeatmonitoring, and several different alert systems. Many of these devices simultaneously share data to form anautomated system. The data shared between machine-type communication devices (MTCDs) is prone to risk dueto limited computational power, internal memory, and energy capacity. Therefore, securing the data and devicesbecomes challenging due to factors such as dynamic operational environments, remoteness, harsh conditions,and areas where human physical access is difficult. One of the crucial parts of securing MTCDs and data isauthentication, where each devicemust be verified before data transmission. SeveralM2Mauthentication schemeshave been proposed in the literature, however, the literature lacks a comprehensive overview of current M2Mauthentication techniques and the challenges associated with them. To utilize a suitable authentication schemefor specific scenarios, it is important to understand the challenges associated with it. Therefore, this article fillsthis gap by reviewing the state-of-the-art research on authentication schemes in MTCDs specifically concerningapplication categories, security provisions, and performance efficiency.

A laser diode partially end-pumped, electro-optically Q-switched, Yb:Y3Al5O12(Yb:YAG) slab laser was reported. We obtained output energy of 14.6 mJ/pulse with a pulse width of 30 ns at a repetition frequency of 2 k Hz, and the corresponding peak power was 480 kW. The beam quality factors M2 in the unstable direction and the stable direction was 1.32 and 1.25, respectively.

LNA Design for Future S Band Satellite Navigation and 4G LTE Applications

A good design of LNA for S band satellite navigation receivers and 4G LTE wireless communication system has been implemented in this *** to increased congestion in the present L band,the S Band frequency from 2483.5-2500 MHz has been allocated for the future satellite navigation *** this purpose ATF-34143 amplifier(pHEMT)having high electron mobility and fast switching response has been chosen due to its very low Noise Figure(NF).The amplifier has been designed having bandwidth of 0.8 GHz from 1.8-2.6 *** of the large bandwidth,the amplifier could serve many wireless communication applications including 4G LTE mobile communication at 2.1 *** design was implemented using the micro strip technology offering extremely low noise figure of 0.312 dB and 0.377 dB for 2.1 GHz and 2.49 GHz *** gain of the amplifier was low and found to be 10.281 dB and 9.175 *** the purpose of increasing the gain of an amplifier,the proposed LNA design was then optimized by using Wilkinson Power Divider(WPD).The Balanced LNA design using WPD offered very low noise figure of 0.422 dB and 0.532 dB respectively and the gain was considerably increased and was found to be 20.087 dB and 17.832 dB respectively against 2.1 GHz and 2.49 *** and measurements were taken in Agilent Advanced Design System(ADS)*** suggested LNA can be used for a variety of wireless communications applications including the future S band satellite navigation systems.

There are numerous application areas of computing similarity between process *** includes finding similar models from a repository,controlling redundancy of process models,and finding corresponding activities between a pair of process *** similarity between two process models is computed based on their similarity between labels,structures,and execution *** attempts have been made to develop similarity techniques between activity labels,as well as their execution ***,a notable problem with the process model similarity is that two process models can also be similar if there is a structural variation between ***,neither a benchmark dataset exists for the structural similarity between process models nor there exist an effective technique to compute structural *** that end,we have developed a large collection of process models in which structural changes are handcrafted while preserving the semantics of the ***,we have used a machine learning-based approach to compute the similarity between a pair of process models having structural and label ***,we have evaluated the proposed approach using our generated collection of process models.

First principles study and comparison of vibrational and thermodynamic properties of XBi(X=In,Ga,B,Al)

In the present work, vibrational and thermodynamic properties of XBi（X = B, Al, Ga, In） compounds are compared and investigated. The calculation is carried out using density functional theory（DFT） within the generalized gradient approximation（GGA） in a plane wave basis, with ultrasoft pseudopotentials. The lattice dynamical properties are calculated using density functional perturbation theory（DFPT） as implemented in Quantum ESPRESSO（QE） code. Thermodynamic properties involving phonon density of states（DOS） and specific heat at constant volume are investigated using quasiharmonic approximation（QHA） package within QE. The phonon dispersion diagrams for InBi, GaBi, BBi, and AlBi indicate that there is no imaginary phonon frequency in the entire Brillouin zone, which proves the dynamical stability of these materials. BBi has the highest thermal conductivity and InBi has the lowest thermal conductivity. AlBi has the largest and GaBi has the smallest reststrahlen band which somehow suggests the polar property of XBi materials. The phonon gaps for InBi, GaBi, BBi and AlBi are about 160 cm^-1, 150 cm^-1, 300 cm^-1, and 150 cm^-1, respectively. For all compounds,the three acoustic modes near the gamma point have a linear behavior. C_V is a function of T-3 at low temperatures while for higher temperatures it asymptotically tends to a constant as expected.

Dynamic characteristics of nanoindentation in Ni:A molecular dynamics simulation study

In this work, three-dimensional molecular dynamics simulation is carried out to elucidate the nanoindentation behaviour of single crystal Ni. The substrate indenter system is modelled using hybrid interatomic potentials including the manybody potential （embedded atom method） and two-body Morse potential. The spherical indenter is chosen, and the simulation is performed for different loading rates from 10 m/s to 200 m/s. Results show that the maximum indentation load and hardness of the system increase with the increase of velocity. The effect of indenter size on the nanoindentation response is also analysed. It is found that the maximum indentation load is higher for the large indenter whereas the hardness is higher for the smaller indenter. Dynamic nanoindentation is carried out to investigate the behaviour of Ni substrate to multiple loading-unloading cycles. It is observed from the results that the increase in the number of loading unloading cycles reduces the maximum load and hardness of the Ni substrate. This is attributed to the decrease in recovery force due to defects and dislocations produced after each indentation cycle.
