The ESA and CAS SmILE mission orbit is highly elliptical and will pass through multiple radiation *** Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)instrument aboard has a radiation shutter door designed to close when the surrounding radiation flux is *** shutter door will close when passing below an altitude threshold to protect against trapped particles in the Earth’s Van Allen ***,two radiation environments can be approximated based on the shutter door position:open and *** instrument background for the CCDs(Charge-Coupled Devices)that form the focal plane array of the SXI were evaluated for the two *** to the correlation of the space environment with the solar cycle,the solar minima and maxima,the background was also evaluated at these two *** results demonstrated that the highest instrument background will occur during solar minima due to the main contributing source being Galactic Cosmic Rays(GCRs).It was also found that the open background was highest for solar minima and that the closed background was highest during solar *** is due to the radiation shutter door acting as a scattering centre and the changes in the energy flux distribution of the GCRs between the two solar extremes.

目的探讨术前血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(nt-proBNP)浓度与老年髋部骨折危重患者术后结局的相关性。方法选择2018年1月至2021年4月老年髋部骨折危重患者593例,男189例,女404例,年龄≥65岁,BmI 12.0~35.5 kg/m^(2),ASAⅡ—Ⅳ级。通过电子病历系统和电话随访收集术前一般情况、术中及术后情况。绘制术前nt-proBNP浓度与术后30 d死亡情况的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,得到nt-proBNP临界值为1765.0 pg/ml。根据患者术前血浆nt-proBNP浓度分为两组:低浓度组(nt-proBNP≤1765.0 pg/ml,L组,n=463)和高浓度组(nt-proBNP>1765.0 pg/ml,H组,n=130)。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析术前不同血浆浓度nt-proBNP与术后ICU时间、总住院时间、术后并发症和死亡率之间的相关性。结果与L组比较,H组年龄、术前合并冠心病、心律失常、慢性心功能不全、肺部疾病和慢性肾脏疾病的比例、术后30 d内死亡率明显升高(Pnt-proBNP与术后ICU时间(OR=1.215,95%CI 1.073~1.375,P=0.020)、术后30 d死亡(OR=32.696,95%CI 7.158~149.338,Pnt-proBNP与术后ICU时间、术后30 d死亡呈正相关。

为了解分离自广东的5株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒（AIV）的分子特征和遗传进化，本研究对分离株进行全基因组测序、分子特征分析和进化树构建。结果显示：5株H9N2亚型AIV的HA蛋白裂解位点基序为RASR↓GLF或RSSR↓GLF，均仅含有一个碱性氨基酸，符合低致病性禽流感病毒特征；除S183毒株外，其余4株病毒HA蛋白第234位（H9编码）氨基酸均为L，具有结合α-2，6-唾液酸受体偏好性；HA蛋白第236位氨基酸均为G；5株病毒的PB2蛋白第627、701位氨基酸分别为E、D，属于典型禽源禽流感病毒的分子特征。遗传进化分析结果显示，5株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的HA和NA基因均属于Y280-like分支；PB2和m基因均属于G1-like分支；PB1、PA和NP基因均属于F/98-like分支。本研究为了解该亚型病毒的遗传进化和流行情况提供科学依据。

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)作为一组长度超过200 nt的非编码RNA，其在人类转录组中占据重要地位，且在多种癌症类型中发挥着重要作用，尤其是在调节肿瘤免疫微环境和肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸方面具有关键作用，但目前尚缺乏较为系统的文献总结。髓源性抑制细胞（myeloidderived suppressor cells,mDSCs）作为一类具有免疫抑制作用的髓系细胞，在肿瘤中起着重要作用，通过直接和间接抑制T细胞的活性、促进调节性T细胞的扩增、调节肿瘤微环境、促进肿瘤转移等方式，影响着肿瘤的生长、免疫抑制和转移。本文强调了对mDSCs调控机制的深入研究对于发现有效的肿瘤治疗靶点和开发新的治疗策略具有重要意义。随着对lncRNA与mDSCs关系的进一步认识和研究，有望为肿瘤治疗提供更多的靶点和新的治疗方法，以改善患者的临床结局。

In current research work,Dy3+substituted mg0.5Cu0.25Co0.25Fe2-xDyxO4(0.0≤x≤0.04 with the step interval of 0.01)soft ferrites were synthesized by the sol-gel auto combustion *** prepared samples were characterized by the techniques using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEm),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,curre nt-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)measurement,LCR meter,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSm)and *** data reveal that the average crystallite size is 49.71 nm and the lattice constant is 0.83703 nm for sample x=*** non-uniform grain growth was demonstrated by micrographs and impurity-free elemental composition was observed from EDX *** DC resistivity has an increasing and decreasing trend in ferromagnetic and paramagnetic regions with an increase in ***,the high resistivity is observed with the order of 1010Ω·cm,and the activation energy is 0.944 eV for samples x=*** dielectric parameters including dielectric constant,dielectric losses,and impedance gradually decrease with the increase in frequency from 8 Hz to 8 *** minim.m.dielectric loss at high frequency is found for sample x=*** coercivity(Hc)and saturation magnetization(ms)are found in the ranges of 520.82-544.02 Oe and 20.5841-21.1473 emu/g,*** observations confirm that dysprosium(x=0.03)doped mCC-soft ferrites may be applicable in transformer cores,microwave absorbance,and telecommunication devices.

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are emerging as a powerful tool for inspections and repair works in large-scale and unstructured 3D infrastructures,but current approaches take a long time to cover the entire *** using UAVs for inspections and repair works puts forward a requirement of improving time efficiency in large-scale and cluster *** paper presents a hierarchical multi-UAV cooperative framework for infrastructure inspection and reconstruction to balance the workload and reduce the overall task completion *** proposed framework consists of two stages,the exploration stage and the exploitation stage,resolving the task in a sequential *** the exploration stage,the density map is developed to update global and local information for dynamic load-balanced area partition based on reconstructability and relative positions of UAVs,and the Voronoi-based planner is used to enable the UAVs to reach their best *** obtaining the global map,viewpoints are generated and divided while taking into account the battery capacity of each ***,a shortest path planning method is used to minimize the total traveling cost of these viewpoints for obtaining a high-quality *** experiments are conducted in both a simulated and real environment to show the time efficiency,robustness,and effectiveness of the proposed ***,the whole system is implemented in real applications.

Background: Since 2012, the World Health Organization has recommended intermittent preventive treatment with sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine (IPT-SP) to prevent malaria-related complications in pregnant women. Ten years following these recommendations, we conducted this study to estimate the coverage for three doses of IPT-SP (IPT3) as well as the prevalence of low birth weight (LBW), and its associated factors in Lomé (Togo) in 2021. methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted between January and march 2021. An exhaustive recruitment of women and their newborns was carried out in the maternity wards of the Sylvanus Olympio University Hospital Center. Data from antenatal consultations and clinical data of the newborns were collected. multivariate logistic regression was carried out to determine factors associated with LBW. Results: A total of 252 mother-child pairs were included in this study. median age of the mothers was 27 years, IQR [24-31]. more than a third (35.3%) of the mothers were primigravida. IPT3 coverage was 66.7% and 14.7% of newborns had a LBW. The prevalence of LBW was 33.3% [23.3-43.4] in women who had received fewer than 3 doses of IPT-SP and 5.4% [2.0-8.8] in those who had received at least 3 doses of IPT-SP (p Conclusion: Ten years following recommendations of the WHO on IPT-SP, malaria prevention based on IPT-SP is not optimal among pregnant women in Lomé, and the proportion of LBW children remains high. Actions to strengthen the three-dose IPT-SP policy are needed to prevent malaria and its consequences among newborns in Togo.
