Coal gangue(CG)is an environmental waste that faces an urgent demand for disposal in *** utilization of CG in construction materials has broad application prospects and gained increasing ***,the poor compatibility of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)with CG powder hinders its efficiency in a wide range of ***,this paper attempts to improve the compatibility of PCE with CG powder in cement paste based on the regulation of aggregation and the adsorption behavior of *** light scattering(DLS)and fluorescence spectroscopy tests were carried out to understand the improved *** results indicated that the addition of CG powder increases the ionic strengths of the cement liquid phase,which makes PCE tend to aggregate at a lower concentration compared with no CG powder ***(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu is beneficial for enhancing the workability of cement paste by reducing PCE aggregation while maintaining the compressive strength of cement ***,(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu extra addition can be regarded as an effective and sustainable way to improve the workability of cement paste with CG powder.

Accurate irrigation and nitrogen application are essential for promoting the growth and yield of cherry *** investigating the effects of irrigation and nitrogen on the growth,photosynthesis,and yield of cherry tomatoes,nine treatments including three levels of both irrigation and nitrogen were conducted over two growing *** stem diameter and horizontal stem diameter had the best performance at the irrigation level of 75%evaporation(E_(p)),although their responses to nitrogen were different for the two *** height increased with the increase of irrigation and *** dry matter(PDM)was significantly affected by irrigation and nitrogen *** lowest PDM was found in the highest proportion of root dry matter,which occurred under low nitrogen *** net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate enhanced with the increase of *** nitrogen showed promotion effect on all photosynthetic parameters in both growing *** of all fourteen indicators showed significant correlations with ***,single plant fruit number and PDM in 2018 Fall had significant positive direct effects on yield with the path coefficients of 0.648 and 1.159,while the significant direct path coefficients were 0.362 and 0.294 in Fruit dry matter and Pn for 2019 Spring,*** on the comprehensive evaluation of growth and yield by TOPSIS,the irrigation level of 75%E_(p) combined with medium nitrogen application produced higher yields by promoting the growth and photosynthesis of cherry *** provides a strategy for water and nitrogen management of cherry tomatoes in Northwest China.

To the Editor:Acne vulgaris is a prevalent skin disorder affecting both physical and psychosocial health.[1]Although photodynamic therapy(PDT)exists for moderate-to-severe acne,due to its adverse reactions,we are still looking forward to a novel therapeutic option with fewer side ***,radiofrequency has been used to treat moderate acne.[2]In this study,we aimed to evaluate the efcacy and safety of moderate-to-severe acne treatment based on a single microneedle with radiofrequency(MRF)*** during three consecutive sessions through a prospective,randomized,and controlled trial study.

Antimicrobial resistance in the laying hen production industry has become a serious public health *** antimicrobial resistance and phylogenetic relationships of the common conditional pathogen Enterococcus along the laying hen production chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained from 115 environmental samples (air,dust,feces,fies,sewage,and soil) collected along the laying hen production chain (breeding chicken,chick,young chicken,and commercial laying hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and erythromycin (91.4%),and all strains had multidrug resistance *** genome sequencing characterized 29 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) that conferred resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and lsa(E),which mediates resistance to pleuromutilins,always co-occurred with lnu(B).Alignments with the Mobile Genetic Elements database identified four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and Tn6674) with several ARGs(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and optrA) that mediated resistance to many clinically important ***,we identified two new transposons that carried ARGs in the Tn554 family designated as Tn7508 and Tn7492.A complementary approach based on conventional multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that phylogenetically related pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were widely distributed in various environments on different production *** results indicate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires greater attention,and they highlight the risk of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and ARGs disseminating along the laying hen production chain,thereby warranting effective disinfection.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignant tumors in the *** advances in diagnosis and treatment,the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients remains only 9%.1 Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)belongs to pancreatic cancer,which occupies 85%of the whole pancreatic cancer.2 Reversible modification of Ne-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has been shown to be involved in cancer progression,resulting in up-regulation of oncogene expression or down-regulation of tumor-suppressing genes and may affect the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Aging increases the risks of various diseases and the vulnerability to *** senescence is a hallmark of aging that contributes greatly to aging and aging-related *** study demonstrates that extracellular vesicles from human urine-derived stem cells(USC-EVs)efficiently inhibit cellular senescence in vitro and in *** intravenous injection of USC-EVs improves cognitive function,increases physical fitness and bone quality,and alleviates aging-related structural changes in different organs of senescence-accelerated mice and natural aging *** anti-aging effects of USC-EVs are not obviously affected by the USC donors’ages,genders,or health *** analysis reveals that USC-EVs are enriched with plasminogen activator urokinase(PLAU)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP1).These two proteins contribute importantly to the anti-senescent effects of USC-EVs associated with the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinases,cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A(P16INK4a),and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A(P21cip1).These findings suggest a great potential of autologous USC-EVs as a promising anti-aging agent by transferring PLAU and TIMP1 proteins.

液化天然气运输船舶在航行过程中,可利用其装载货物的自然蒸发气与强制蒸发气作为船舶动力燃料。根据这一实际情况,提出混合蒸发气动力模式下液化天然气海运航线配船优化方法。通过构建船舶航速、蒸发气消耗量及航次交付量之间的关联函数,权衡液化天然气强制蒸发量与航次成本间的反馈关系。考虑自有船和定期租船、航次运输时间、蒸发损失等因素,以液化天然气船队年运营成本最低为目标,设计混合蒸发气管理策略,建立液化天然气海上运输航线配船与航速联合优化模型。根据模型特点,将遗传算法与优化软件相结合,提出基于模型分解的嵌套求解算法。最后,以航运企业实际运营数据为背景开展案例分析,计算结果表明,采用混合蒸发气管理策略可使航运企业运营成本降低7.13%,船队闲置率降低4.8%。敏感性分析结果表明,随液化天然气现货价的增高,采用混合蒸发气管理策略调整强制蒸发气用量对企业运营成本的降低效果更加显著。

为获得压气机叶片叶根轮槽区域的物理场分布状况、降低其型线优化的时间成本,提出一种叶根轮槽物理场预测模型及快速优化设计方法。选取叶根轮槽的关键几何参数作为设计变量和状态变量,建立了参数化模型;基于深度图卷积神经网络,构建了叶根轮槽区域物理场快速预测模型,通过对比有限元分析结果验证了模型的预测精度;基于预测模型和遗传算法,进行了叶根轮槽型线的快速优化设计。结果表明:利用所提预测模型对单个设计工况的分析相比于有限元分析的加速效果达到103量级,位移和应力预测值的变化趋势与有限元分析值的变化趋势一致,最大总位移的相对预测偏差在±1%范围附近,最大等效应力相对预测偏差在±5%范围内;优化后压气机叶片叶根轮槽的最大等效应力由240.96 MPa降低至206.37 MPa,减小了14.36%,优化效果明显。

Dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) was previously studied in separated mode-locked fiber lasers within different dispersion regimes including anomalous, near-zero and normal dispersion. Here we propose a method to study DSR in a single mode-locked laser in these different dispersion regimes. This is achieved by virtue of a waveshaper which can control the laser dispersion readily using software, avoiding the usual tedious cutback method. We find that dispersion has a negligible effect on DSR since the pulse duration keeps constant while dispersion is varied. Moreover, we examine the dynamics of DSR on the parameters of the SA including modulation depth and saturation power, and find that the pulse duration can be changed in a large range when the saturation power is decreased. Our numerical simulations could be important to guide relative experimental studies.
