In this research work,an efficient sign language recognition tool for e-learning has been proposed with a new type of feature set based on angle and *** feature set has the ability to increase the overall performance of machine learning algorithms in an efficient *** hand gesture recognition based on these features has been implemented for usage in *** feature set used hand landmarks,which were generated using media-pipe(MediaPipe)and open computer vision(openCV)on each frame of the incoming *** overall algorithm has been tested on two well-known ASLalphabet(American Sign Language)and ISL-HS(Irish Sign Language)sign language *** machine learning classifiers including random forest,decision tree,and naïve Bayesian have been used to classify hand gestures using this unique feature set and their respective results have been *** the random forest classifier performed better,it has been selected as the base classifier for the proposed *** showed 96.7%accuracy with ISL-HS and 93.7%accuracy with ASL-alphabet dataset using the extracted features.

Alloantibodies that are non ABO Alloimmunization to protein antigens happens only after exposure, in contrast to ABO isohaemagglutinins, which are present naturally, even in the absence of prior exposure. It is recognized that while non-ABO RBC antibodies are less common than ABO antibodies, they generate essentially the same issues that lead to unfavorable clinical results. If non-ABO alloantibodies are identified early on, these issues related complications may be avoided This call for an in-depth understanding of the recipient and donor’s ABO-Rh grouping, antibody screening, and the phenotype of certain antigens. Equally important, the temporal association time between transplantation and hemolysis can help identify the underlying mechanism of hemolysis and direct appropriate management. Therefore, for that, it is crucial to identify the etiology of post-HSCT anemia for prevention and therapy, in addition to a thorough grasp of the mechanism of anemia in non-ABO-incompatible HSCT and the temporal link between HSCT and anemia. Finding the cause of post-HSCT anemia is essential for prevention and therapy, in addition to a thorough grasp of the mechanism of anemia in non-ABO-incompatible HSCT and the temporal link between HSCT and anemia. Therefore, for that, it is crucial to identify the etiology of post-HSCT anemia. In this case report review, we would like to highlight the vital role of transfusion medicine services and stem cell clinical teams in paying particular attention to the clinical significance of non-ABO alloantibodies involved to avoid causing overt hemolysis of incompatible donor RBCs or delayed erythropoiesis. Considering the fact that some of the Haematopoietic stem cell transplant centers do not give an attention to the other non-ABO RBC antigens.

The seismic behavior of horizontally curved bridges,particularly with unequal height piers,is more complicated than that of straight bridges due to their geometric *** this study,the seismic responses of several horizontally curved single-column-bent viaducts with various degrees of curvature and different pier heights have been investigated,employing three different analysis approaches:namely,modal pushover analysis,uniform load method,and nonlinear time history *** the investigated bridge configurations and utilizing the most common regularity indices,the results indicate that viaducts with 45-degree and 90-degree deck subtended angles can be categorized as regular and moderately irregular,respectively,while the bridges with 180-degree deck subtended angle are found to be highly ***,the viaducts whose pier heights are asymmetric may be considered as irregular for almost all ranges of the deck subtended *** effects of higher transverse and longitudinal modes are discussed and the minimum analysis requirements are identified to assess the seismic response of such bridge configurations for design *** the Regularity Indices used here are useful tools to distinguish between regular and irregular bridges,further studies are needed to improve their reliability.

In a modern electrical driver, rotor field oriented control an appropriate transient response. In this method, the space （RFOC） method has been used to achieve a good performance and vector of the rotor flux comes handy by the rotor resistance value. The rotor resistance is one of the important parameters which varies according to motor speed and room temperature alteration. In this paper, a new on-line estimation method is utilized to obtain the rotor resistance by using Walsh functions domain. The Walsh functions are one of the most applicable functions in piecewise constant basis functions （PCBF） to solve dynamic equations. On the other hand, an integral operational matrix is used to simplify the process and speed of the computation algorithm. The simulations results show that the proposed method is capable of solving the dynamic equations in an electrical machine on a time interval which robustly estimates the rotor resistance in contrast with injection noises.

Experimental Investigation of Immiscible Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Foam Rheology for Improved Oil Recovery

This paper presents the rheological behaviour of supercritical CO2 （sCO2） foam at reser- voir conditions of I 500 psi and 80 ℃. Different commercial surfactants were screened and utilized in or- der to generate a fairly stable CO2 foam. Mixed surfactant system was also introduced to generate strong foam. Foam rheology was studied for some specific foam qualities using a high pressure high tempera- ture （HPHT） foam loop rheometer. A typical shear thinning behaviour of the foam was observed and a significant increase in the foam viscosity was noticed with the increase of foam quality until 85%. A de- sired high apparent viscosity with coarse texture was found at 85% foam quality. Foam visualization above 85% showed an unstable foam due to extremely thin lamella which collapsed and totally disap- peared in the loop rheometer. Below 52%, a non-homogenous and unstable foam was found having low viscosity with some liquid accumulation at the bottom of the circulation loop. This research has demon- strated rheology of sCO2 foams at different qualities at HPHT to obtain optimal foam quality region for immiscible CO2 foam co-injection process.

Privacy preservation(PP)in Digital forensics(DF)is a conflicted and non-trivial *** solutions use the searchable encryption concept and,as a result,are not efficient and support only a keyword ***,the collected forensic data cannot be analyzed using existing well-known digital *** research paper first investigates the lawful requirements for PP in DF based on the organization for economic co-operation and development OECB)privacy *** have an efficient investigation process and meet the increased volume of data,the presented framework is designed based on the selective imaging concept and advanced encryption standard(AES).The proposed framework has two main modules,namely Selective Imaging Module(SIM)and Selective Analysis Module(SAM).The SIM and SAM modules are implemented based on advanced forensic format 4(AFF4)and SleuthKit open source forensics frameworks,respectively,and,accordingly,the proposed framework is evaluated in a forensically sound *** evaluation result is compared with other relevant works and,as a result,the proposed solution provides a privacy-preserving,efficient forensic imaging and analysis process while having also sufficient ***,the AFF4 forensic image,produced by the SIM module,can be analyzed not only by SAM,but also by other well-known analysis tools available on the market.

The paper introduces a new method for finding optimal control of algebraic dynamic systems. The structure of algebraic dynamical systems is nonlinear with quadratic and bilinear terms. A new hybrid extended Fourier series is introduced, and state and control variables of the system are expanded by this series. Moreover, properties of new series are presented, and integration and product operational matrices are obtained. Using operational matrices, optimal control of the systems is converted to a set of simultaneous nonlinear algebraic relations. An illustrative example is included to compare our results with those in the literature.

The effects of the welding current mode in resistance spot welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of advanced high-strength steel dual-phase 590(DP590)sheets were *** showed that a rough martensitic structure was formed in the weld zone of the sample welded via the single-pulsed mode,whereas the microstructure in the heat-affected zone consisted of a very rough martensitic microstructure and rough ***,using the secondary pulse mode led to the formation of tempered martensite in the weld *** maximum load and the energy absorption to failure of the samples with the secondary pulsed cycle were higher than those of the samples with the single-pulsed *** shear results indicated that the secondary pulsed mode could significantly change the mode of failure upon shear tension ***,the obtained results suggest that the use of secondary pulsed mode can improve the microstructural feature and mechanical properties of advanced high-strength steel DP590 welds.
