To pursue the ideal of a safe high-tech society in a time when traffic accidents are frequent,the traffic signs detection system has become one of the necessary topics in recent years and in the *** ultimate goal of this research is to identify and classify the types of traffic signs in a panoramic *** accomplish this goal,the paper proposes a new model for traffic sign detection based on the Convolutional Neural Network for com-prehensive traffic sign classification and Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(R-CNN)implementation for identifying and extracting signs in panoramic *** augmentation and normalization of the images are also applied to assist in classifying better even if old traffic signs are degraded,and considerably minimize the rates of discovering the extra *** proposed model is tested on both the testing dataset and the actual images and gets 94.5%of the correct signs recognition rate,the classification rate of those signs discovered was 99.41%and the rate of false signs was only around 0.11.

An investigation has been carried out to understand the contamination characteristics of roadside dust in the industrial area of Islamabad, Pakistan. The amounts of Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb,Zn, Ga, As, Se and Cd were determined from 95 roadside dust samples collected along the Islamabad industrial area using Proton Induced X-ray Emission(PIXE). The results indicated that concentrations of all elements,except Cd, in the roadside dust were significant. The results of the enrichment factor show that the elementary composition of the roadside dust could be categorized as soil elements from the crust of the earth and elements from anthropogenic pollution. The high enrichment factors imply that elements such Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, As, Se,Cd, Ni, Co and S came from anthropogenic activities. The source of metal contamination was identified using multivariate statistical analysis. It has been concluded that Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Mn and Fe mainly originate from crustal sources; Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Ga are associated with point-sources from industrial pollution/traffic;and S, Cl, K, As and Se are mainly related to oil/coal combustion.

Drought is one of the major abiotic threat to rice production in the context of climate *** Basmati is an elite,fine grain basmati rice variety grown in Punjab,*** to drought sensitive in nature,its yield has been facing an alarming situation in production because of gradual decrease in irrigated water for a couple of *** reported novel QTLs for drought tolerance were selected for incorporation into Super Basmati by employing marker assisted selection ***55419-04 with novel QTLs was used as a donor *** selection was performed by applying PCR based QTL linked SSR markers followed by recombinant selection by using 2-4 flanking *** selection was exercised by using polymorphic SSR markers for maximum genome recovery of the Super *** individuals homozygous at the target QTLs and with maximum background of Super Basmati at the rest of the non-target genome was selected for evaluation of drought *** drought stress conditions,the yields of all introgressed lines(ILs)were 44.2%-125.7%higher than recurrent *** superior ILs that are drought tolerant and very similar to Super Basmati in terms of agronomic and grain quality traits are marked for release as drought-tolerant varieties in arid regions or for use in breeding programs of high grain quality and drought-tolerant parents.

Software testing is an important and cost intensive activity in software *** major contribution in cost is due to test case ***-based testing is an approach in which test cases are derivative from requirements without considering the implementation’s internal ***-based testing includes functional and nonfunctional *** objective of this study is to explore the approaches that generate test cases from requirements.A systematic literature review based on two research questions and extensive quality assessment criteria includes *** study identies 30 primary studies from 410 studies spanned from 2000 to *** review’s nding shows that 53%of journal papers,42%of conference papers,and 5%of book chapters’address requirementsbased *** of the studies use UML,activity,and use case diagrams for test case generation from *** of the signicant lessons learned is that most software testing errors are traced back to errors in natural language requirements.A substantial amount of work focuses on UML diagrams for test case generations,which cannot capture all the system’s developed ***,there is a lack of UML-based models that can generate test cases from natural language requirements by rening them in *** criteria indicate how efciently the testing has been performed 12.37%of studies use requirements coverage,20%of studies cover path coverage,and 17%study basic coverage.

Powder hot isostatic pressing(HIP) is an effective method to achieve near-net-shape manufacturing of high-quality complex thinwalled titanium alloy parts, and it has received extensive attention in recent years. However, there are few reports about the microstructure characteristics on the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of powder hot isostatic pressed(HIPed) titanium alloys. Therefore, TA15powder was prepared into alloy by HIP approach, which was used to explore the microstructure characteristics at different HIP temperatures and the corresponding tensile properties and fracture toughness. Results show that the fabricated alloy has a “basket-like structure” when the HIP temperature is below 950℃, consisting of lath clusters and surrounding small equiaxed grains belts. When the HIP temperature is higher than 950℃, the microstructure gradually transforms into the Widmanstatten structure, accompanied by a significant increase in grain size. The tensile strength and elongation are reduced from 948 MPa and 17.3% for the 910℃ specimen to 861 MPa and 10% for the 970℃ *** corresponding tensile fracture mode changes from transcrystalline plastic fracture to mixed fracture including intercrystalline *** fracture toughness of the specimens increases from 82.64 MPa·m^(1/2)for the 910℃ specimen to 140.18 MPa·m^(1/2)for the 970℃ *** below 950℃ tend to form holes due to the prior particle boundaries(PPBs), which is not conducive to toughening. Specimens above 950℃ have high fracture toughness due to the crack deflection, crack branching, and shear plastic deformation of the Widmanstatten structure. This study provides a valid reference for the development of powder HIPed titanium alloy.

Environmental pollution has had substantial impacts on human life,and trash is one of the main sources of such pollution in most *** classi-ﬁcation from a collection of trash images can limit the overloading of garbage dis-posal systems and efﬁciently promote recycling activities;thus,development of such a classiﬁcation system is topical and *** paper proposed an effective trash classiﬁcation system that relies on a classiﬁcation module embedded in a hard-ware setup to classify trash in real *** image dataset isﬁrst augmented to enhance the images before classifying them as either inorganic or organic *** deep learning–based ResNet-50 model,an improved version of the ResNet model,is used to classify trash from the dataset of trash *** experimental results,which are tested both on the dataset and in real time,show that ResNet-50 had an average accuracy of 96%,higher than that of related ***,integrating the classiﬁcation module into a Raspberry Pi computer,which con-trolled the trash bin slide so that garbage fell into the appropriate bin for inorganic or organic waste,created a complete trash classiﬁcation *** proves the efﬁciency and high applicability of the proposed system.
