Partial differential equations(PDEs)play a dominant role in themathematicalmodeling ofmany complex dynamical *** these PDEs often requires prohibitively high computational costs,especially when multiple evaluations must be made for different parameters or *** training,neural operators can provide PDEs solutions significantly faster than traditional PDE *** this work,invariance properties and computational complexity of two neural operators are examined for transport PDE of a scalar *** operator based on graph kernel network(GKN)operates on graph-structured data to incorporate nonlocal *** we propose a modified formulation of GKN to achieve frame *** cloud neural network(VCNN)is an alternate neural operator with embedded frame invariance which operates on point cloud ***-based neural operator demonstrates slightly better predictive performance compared to ***,GKN requires an excessively high computational cost that increases quadratically with the increasing number of discretized objects as compared to a linear increase for VCNN.

The phytochrome B (PHYB) gene of Arabidopsis thaliana was introduced into cotton through Agrobacterium *** and expression of PHYB gene in cotton plants were confirmed by molecular *** RNA (mRNA) expression in one of the transgenic lines,QCC11,was much higher than those of control and other transgenic *** cotton plants showed more than a two-fold increase in photosynthetic rate and more than a four-fold increase in transpiration rate and stomatal *** increase in photosynthetic rate led to a 46% increase in relative growth rate and an 18% increase in net assimilation *** recorded up to two generations,both in the greenhouse and in the field,revealed that overexpression of Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene in transgenic cotton plants resulted in an increase in the production of cotton by improving the cotton plant growth,with 35% more ***,the presence of the Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene caused pleiotropic effects like semi-dwarfism,decrease in apical dominance,and increase in boll size.

Bone grinding is an essential and vital procedure in most surgical ***,the insufficient cooling capacity of dry grinding,poor visibility of drip irrigation surgery area,and large grinding force leading to high grinding temperature are the technical bottlenecks of micro-grinding.A new micro-grinding process called ultrasonic vibration-assisted nanoparticle jet mist cooling(U-NJMC)is innovatively proposed to solve the technical *** combines the advantages of ultrasonic vibration(UV)and nanoparticle jet mist cooling(NJMC).Notwithstanding,the combined effect of multi parameter collaborative of U-NJMC on cooling has not been *** grinding force,friction coefficient,specific grinding energy,and grinding temperature under dry,drip irrigation,UV,minimum quantity lubrication(MQL),NJMC,and U-NJMC micro-grinding were compared and *** showed that the minimum normal grinding force and tangential grinding force of U-NJMC micro-grinding were 1.39 and 0.32 N,which were 75.1%and 82.9%less than those in dry grinding,*** minimum friction coefficient and specific grinding energy were achieved using *** with dry,drip,UV,MQL,and NJMC grinding,the friction coefficient of U-NJMC was decreased by 31.3%,17.0%,19.0%,9.8%,and 12.5%,respectively,and the specific grinding energy was decreased by 83.0%,72.7%,77.8%,52.3%,and 64.7%,*** with UV or NJMC alone,the grinding temperature of U-NJMC was decreased by 33.5%and 10.0%,*** results showed that U-NJMC provides a novel approach for clinical surgical micro-grinding of biological bone.

Copper nanoparticles（Cu NPs） have been synthesized by using laser ablation method,using deionized water as main *** formation of Cu NPs is confirmed by UV-visible spectrophotometer（UV-Vis）,atomic force microscopy（AFM） and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.Cu NPs fabricated by laser ablation have diameter in the range from 14 to 55 *** analysis revealed the face-centered cubic（fcc） crystal structure of Cu *** antibacterial activity of Cu NPs has been evaluated in vitro against strains of Escherichia coli（***） and Staphylococcus aureus（***）.The fabricated Cu NPs show considerable antibacterial activity against both bacterial *** bacterial activity of Cu NPs was found to depend on the microbial species.

Introduction:The ecological processes underlying the suppressive impacts of invasive species on native species diversity,both above-and below-ground,in non-native regions are not well *** therefore aimed to investigate the cross-city biogeographic patterns of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)diversity in Conyza canadensis rhizosphere in native(North American)and non-native(Kashmir Himalayan)***:We recovered AMF spores from rhizospheric soils of Conyza in native and non-native ranges,besides doing so from the uninvaded sites in the introduced *** extracted from AMF spores was processed for cloning and PCR-RFLP of SSU rRNA gene to yield the restriction groups(RGs)followed by their sequence analysis to determine the sequence groups(SGs).Results:The results indicated greater diversity of RGs and SGs in Conyza rhizosphere in native than in non-native *** the introduced region,however,the AMF diversity was more in uninvaded than in invaded *** species composition of AMF varied significantly between native and non-native regions and so also between invaded and uninvaded ***:Though difference in AMF diversity between Conyza invaded and uninvaded sites may be attributed to invasion,the role of other evolutionary factors seems likely for differences between the native and non-native *** suggest that the ecological processes underlying these evolutionary differences in two biogeographic regions,besides the intensity of urbanization,might play some role in these differences.

Indus Deltaic Region(IDR) in Pakistan is an erosion vulnerable coast due to the high deep water wave energy. Livelihood of millions of people depends on the fisheries and mangrove forests in IDR. IDR consists of many creeks where Daboo is a major creek located at southeast of the largest city of Pakistan, Karachi. Unfortunately, there has been no detailed study to analyze the damages of sea water intrusion at a large temporal and spatial scale. Therefore, this study is designed to estimate the effects of sea water inundation based on changing sea water surface salinity and sea surface temperature(SST). Sea surface salinity and SST data from two different surveys in Daboo creek during 1986 and 2010 are analyzed to estimate the damages and extent of sea water intrusion. Mean salinity has increased 33.33% whereas mean SST decreased 13.79% from 1987 to 2010. Spatio-temporal analysis of creek area using LANDSAT 5 Thematic mapper(TM) data for the years 1987 and 2010 shows significant amount of erosion at macro scale. Creek area has increased approximately 9.93%(260.86 m^2 per year) which is roughly equal to 60 extensive sized shrimp farms. Further Land Use Land Cover(LULC) analyses for years 2001 and 2014 using LANDSAT 7 Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus(ETM+) has indicated 42.3% decrease in cultivated land. Wet mud flats have spread out at the inner mouth of creek with enormous increase of 123.3%. Significant sea water intrusion has increased the area of barren land by 37.9%. This also resulted in overall decrease of 6.7% in area covered by mangroves. Therefore, this study recorded a significant evidence of sea water intrusion in IDR that has caused serious damages to community living in the area, economical losses. Additionally, it has also changed the environment by reducing creek biological productivity as reported by earlier studies over other regions of the world.

This study was to investigate the current trends of multiple drug resistance in bacteria against antibiotics for the proper empirical *** isolates were collected from community-acquired infection of urinary tract patients in Aligarh India from March 1999 to August *** susceptibility test was performed,using the disc diffusion method followed by plasmid isolation by the method of Kado and *** experiments were performed by the method of Lederberg and *** study revealed that this infection was more common in young *** strains of *** isolated during the course of study were found to show multiple antibiotic resistance which was further characterized as plasmid-borne drug *** study shows that *** may be one of the important causative agents of urinary tract infection(UTI) in young women.

Background： Hypoxia tolerance studies in cotton are very rare in Pakistan. Unpredicted and excessive rainfalls result in severe losses to cotton crop in many regions of the country due to lack of hypoxia tolerance in current cotton varieties. The genotypes that can tolerate flooding are not reported earlier. The studies were conducted to explore hypoxia tolerance in local germplasm which will help to develop hypoxia tolerant cotton varieties. Method： An experiment with randomized complete different cotton varieties. The genotypes were given conditions. blocks was designed to study the hypoxia tolerance in two treatments i.e., water logged and non-water logged Results： The genotypes showed significant variability for yield, fiber and physiological traits. The hypoxia studies revealed that there is significant reduction for plant height in water sensitive genotype LRA-5166. The genotype MNH-786 showed better yield and MNH-556 showed superior ginning outturn percentage under water logged conditions. Staple length, strength and micronaire values also decreased under hypoxia. Similar pattern of negative effects were observed for Chlorophyll a, b contents and chl a/b ratio. Two hypoxia tolerant cultivars CIM-573 and MNH-564 had significantly higher chlorophyll a （1.664, 1.551） than other cultivars under both normal and waterlogged conditions. There was a significant decrease in total free amino acids in all genotypes/cultivars due to waterlogging. Free amino acid contents were significantly higher in two waterlogging sensitive cultivars, CEDIX and N-KRISHMA, than other cultivars under both non-waterlogged and waterlogged conditions. Waterlogging caused a significant reduction in shoot soluble proteins and increase in shoot proline. The genotype LRA-5166 was the highest in shoot soluble proteins content and showed significant decrease in shoot proline.
