Owing to the rapid increase in the interchange of text information through internet networks,the reliability and security of digital content are becoming a major research *** detection,Content authentication,and integrity verification of digital content interchanged through the Internet were utilized to solve a major concern in information and communication *** authors’difficulties were tampering detection,authentication,and integrity verification of the digital *** study develops an Automated Data Mining based Digital Text Document Watermarking for Tampering Attack Detection(ADMDTW-TAD)via the *** DM concept is exploited in the presented ADMDTW-TAD technique to identify the document’s appropriate characteristics to embed larger watermark *** presented secure watermarking scheme intends to transmit digital text documents over the Internet *** the watermark is embedded with no damage to the original document,it is then shared with the *** watermark extraction process is performed to get the original document *** experimental validation of the ADMDTW-TAD technique is carried out under varying levels of attack volumes,and the outcomes were inspected in terms of different *** simulation values indicated that the ADMDTW-TAD technique improved performance over other models.

The aim of present study was to measure and correlate the solubility of poorly water-soluble flavonoid diosmin in water, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol （IPA）, polyethylene glycol-400 （PEG-400） and β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） aqueous solution （0.02 mol·L^-1 ）. The solubility of diosmio was measured using the shake flask method from （298.15 to 333.15） K at atmospheric pressure. The experimental solubilities of diosmin were regressed by the modified Apelblat model with a relative deviation in the range of 0.048% to 5.940%. The correlation coefficients were observed in the range of 0.9957 to 0.9995. The solubility of diosmin was found to be increased with temperature in all sample matrices investigated. The mole fraction solubility of diosmin was found to be higher in 5-CD aqueous solution and PEG-400 as compared to water, ethanol and IPA. Based on solubility data of present study, diosmin was considered as practically insoluble in water, insoluble in ethanol ＆ IPA and soluble in PEG- 400 and β-CD aqueous solution.

Objective: To explore whether a DNA immunization approach targeting the major haemorrhage molecule of a prothrombin activator-like metalloproteinase from Echis ocellatus(E. ocellatus) venom could be conceived to inspire antibodies with more prominent specificity and equal adequacy to current conventional antivenoms ***: The isolated DNA Eo MP-6 was used as the template for PCR amplification using the Eo DC-2-specific forward and reverse primers. A PCR product of approximately700 bp was obtained and cloned into p Sec Tag-B expression vector where anti-Eo DC-2antibodies were generated and analysed for their efficacy to neutralise local haemorrhage in vitro and in ***: Our results suggest that the generated anti-Eo DC-2 showed a remarkable efficacy by(a) interfering with the interaction of the recombinant disintegrin "Eo DC-2" isolated from the E. ocellatus as well as other viper species to the a2b1-integrins on platelets;(b) complete inhibition of the catalytic site of the metalloproteinase molecules in vitro using an adaptation antibody zymography assay. Furthermore, it has a polyspecific potential and constitutively expressed significant inhibition by cross-reaction and neutralised venom-induced local haemorrhage exerted by different viper species in vivo. The potential characteristic of Eo DC-2 against one part(the non-catalytic domain) as opposed to the whole molecule to neutralise its haemorrhagic activity is of crucial importance as it represents a novel approach with greater immunological specificity and fewer hazards, if any, than conventional systems of antivenom production, by exposure large animals that usually being used for the current antivenom production to a less injurious than expression of the whole molecule containing the catalytic metalloprotease domain. In this study,the effect of fiber angle on the tensile load-bearing performance and damage failure characteristics of glass composite laminates was investigated experimentally,analytically,and *** glass fabric in the laminate was perfectly aligned along the load direction(i.e.,at 0°),offset at angles of 30°and 45°,or mixed in different directions(i.e.,0°/30°or 0°/45°).The composite laminates were fabricated using vacuum-assisted resin *** influence of fiber orientation angle on the mechanical properties and stiffness degradation of the laminates was studied via cyclic tensile strength ***,simulations have been conducted using finite element analysis and analytical approaches to evaluate the influence of fiber orientation on the mechanical performance of glass *** testing revealed that,although the composite laminates laid along the 0°direction exhibited the highest stiffness and strength,their structural performance deteriorated *** also determined that increasing the fiber offset angle(i.e.,30°)could optimize the mechanical properties and damage failure characteristics of glass *** results of the numerical and analytical approaches demonstrated their ability to capture the mechanical behavior and damage failure modes of composite laminates with different fiber orientations,which may be used to prevent the catastrophic failures that occur in composite laminates.

Amidst the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,the concern over the potential‘baby boom’or‘baby bust’had drawn renewed attention across the globe[1-3].However,historically alarmism over fertility rates gave rise to restrictive and coercive policies with an aim of‘controlling the population’that violated people’s sexual and reproductive health and rights(SRHR).In this perspective,the author argued that whether countries of the world face a COVID-19-induced short-term baby boom or bust,the solution lies in prioritizing the rights and choices of all people,especially their SRHR;not in adopting target-oriented population policies or coercive family planning programs.

PSC-Net: learning part spatial co-occurrence for occluded pedestrian detection

Detecting pedestrians, especially under heavy occlusion, is a challenging computer vision problem with numerous real-world applications. This paper introduces a novel approach, termed as PSC-Net,for occluded pedestrian detection. The proposed PSC-Net contains a dedicated module that is designed to explicitly capture both inter and intra-part co-occurrence information of different pedestrian body parts through a graph convolutional network(GCN). Both inter and intra-part co-occurrence information contribute towards improving the feature representation for handling varying level of occlusions, ranging from partial to severe occlusions. Our PSC-Net exploits the topological structure of pedestrian and does not require part-based annotations or additional visible bounding-box(VBB) information to learn part spatial co-occurrence. Comprehensive experiments are performed on three challenging datasets: CityPersons, Caltech, and CrowdHuman datasets. Particularly, in terms of log-average miss rates and with the same backbone and input scale as those of the state-of-the-art MGAN, the proposed PSC-Net achieves absolute gains of 4.0% and 3.4% over MGAN on the heavy occlusion subsets of CityPersons and Caltech test sets, respectively.

In this work, we present a new versatile strategy to prepare noble metal （Au, Ag and Cu） nanoclusters on TiO2 nanosheets in large scales with exposed （001） facets with controlled size, crystalline interface, and loading amount. By precise in situ calcination, the metal （M = Au, Ag, and Cu） nanocrystals with controllable size and better crystalline interface with the TiO2 support have been prepared. The potential application of the as-prepared Au, Ag, and Cu nanoclusters on TiO2 nanosheets as potential heterogeneous catalysts for organic synthesis, such as catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol, has been demonstrated. After calcination, Au, Ag, and Cu nanocrystals were found to be proficient cocatalysts for photocatalytic H2 evolution, particularly the Au cocatalyst. Based on precise high-resolution transmission electron microscopy （HRTEM） and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry （ICP-OES） analyses, the flexible control of their size and loading amount as well as their intimate contact with the TiO2 nanosheet enhanced the photocatalytic H2 evolution activity and the sensitivity of the photocurrent response of the film. Furthermore, this aqueous-directed synthesis of metal nanoclusters on a support will generate further interest in the field of nanocatalysis.
