标准的叠前多次波消除技术,例如预测反褶积或拉冬变换,在遇到复杂构造时是失败的。 Delphi联合会提供了一种具有吸引力的2D方法,因为理论上该技术不依赖于地下构造,因此适合解决所有与地表有关的多次波,不论其复杂性如何。 Delphi技术有两个步骤:(1)计算全部有关的褶积项;(2)寻找使户P_0能量最小化的子波W。然而,这其中也存在着与有限的炮检距范围有关的问题:如果震源和检波器对应于最小炮检距,则其间没有用来模拟多次波的记录道。这一缺陷早已为人识别。

一年前,ChatGPT的突然兴起让所有人措手不及,引发了社会各界从惊叹到恐慌的一系列混乱反应。尽管我们都意识到这一天迟早会到来,但社会显然还未作好充分准备来应对这种新型智能的挑战。生成式人工智能大规模应用于广泛多样化任务的潜力令人震撼,然而,这些潜在应用所引发的主要是普遍的恐惧情绪。其中的核心问题是,我们很难理性地讨论人工智能的能力范畴。这种困难在很大程度上源于我们与生成式人工智能之间缺乏有效的交流与沟通机制。沟通需要共识。

Angiosperms sexual reproduction involves interactions between the two female gametes in the embryo sac and the two male gametes released by the pollen tube. The two synergids of the embryo sac express the FERONIA/SIRENE receptor-like kinase, which controls the discharge of the two sperm cells from the pollen tube. FER/SRN may respond to a ligand from the pollen tube. Alternatively, the interaction between FER/SRN and a ligand from the embryo sac may lead to a state of competence of the synergids allowing pollen tube discharge. Here, we report the new mutant scylla （syl） impaired in the control of pollen tube discharge. This mutant also produces autonomous endosperm development in ab- sence of fertilization--a trait associated with the FERTILIZATION INDEPENDENT SEED （FIS） mutant class. This led us to iden- tify autonomous endosperm in srn mutants and to demonstrate synergistic interactions between srn and the fis mutants. In addition, the fis mutants display defects in pollen tube discharge as in srn and syl mutants, confirming the interaction between the two pathways. Our findings suggest that pollen tube discharge is controlled by an interaction between the synergids expressing SRN/FER and the central cell expressing FIS genes.

5-Fluorouracil(5-FU)is an anticancer drug extensively used for different *** metabolic activation leads to several nucleoside and nucleotide metabolites essential to exert its cytotoxic activity on multiple cellular targets such as enzymes,DNA and *** this paper,we describe the development of a method based on liquid chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry suitable for the simultaneous determination of the ten anabolic metabolites(nucleoside,nucleotide and sugar nucleotide)of *** chromatographic separationwas optimized on a porous graphitic carbon column allowing the analysis of the metabolites of 5-FU as well as endogenous *** detection was performed on an Orbitrap■tandem mass *** of the method was verified in intracellular content and in RNA *** limit of detection was equal to 12 pg injected on column for nucleoside metabolites of 5-FU and 150 pg injected on column for mono-and tri-phosphate nucleotide *** effect was evaluated in cellular contents,DNA and RNA extracts for nucleoside and nucleotides *** method was successfully applied to i)measure the proportion of each anabolic metabolite of 5-FU in cellular contents,ii)follow the consequence of inhibition of enzymes on the endogenous nucleotide pools,iii)study the incorporation of metabolites of 5-FU into RNA and DNA,and iv)to determine the incorporation rate of 5-FUrd into 18 S and 28 S sub-units of rRNA.
