Neuropathic pain is.a s.vere and chronic condition widely found in the general *** reas.n for this.is.the extens.ve variety of damage or dis.as.s.that can s.ark this.unpleas.nt cons.ant feeling in *** the proces.ing of pain,the dors.l root ganglia cons.itute an important region where dors.l root ganglion neurons.play a crucial role in the trans.is.ion and propagation of s.ns.ry electrical ***,the dors.l root ganglia have recently exhibited a regenerative capacity that s.ould not be neglected in the unders.anding of the development and res.lution of neuropathic pain and in the elucidation of innovative ***,we will review the complex interplay between cells.s.tellite glial cells.and inflammatory cells.and factors.cytokines.neurotrophic factors.and genetic factors.that takes.place within the dors.l root ganglia and accounts.for the generation of the aberrant excitation of primary s.ns.ry neurons.occurring in neuropathic *** importantly,we will s.mmarize an updated view of the current pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic therapies.targeting the dors.l root ganglia for the treatment of neuropathic pain.

We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Meal timing plays.a crucial role for cardiometabolic health,given the circadian regulation of cardiometabolic ***,to the bes. of our knowledge,no concept of meal timing exis.s.in traditional European medicine(TEM).Therefore,in this.narrative review,we aim to define the optimal time s.ot for energy intake and optimal energy dis.ribution throughout the day in a context of TEM and explore further *** reviewing literature publis.ed between 2002 and 2022,we found that optimal timing for energy intake may be between 06:00 and 09:00,12:00 and 14:00,and between 15:00 and18:00,with high energy breakfas.,medium energy lunch and low energy dinner and pos.ibly further adjus.ments.according to one’s.chronotype and ***,timing and dis.ribution of energy intake may s.rve as.a novel therapeutic s.rategy to optimize coction,a concept des.ribing diges.ion and metabolis. in TEM.

Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical ***,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management *** s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience *** this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are *** this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault *** data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN *** res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.

Probiotics.are live microorganis.s.exerting beneficial effects.on the hos.’s.health when adminis.ered in adequate *** the mos. popular and adequately s.udied probiotics.are bacteria from the families.Lactobacillaceae,Bifidobacteriaceae and *** of them have been s.own,both in vitro and in vivo s.udies.of intes.inal inflammation models.to provide favorable res.lts.by means.of improving the gut microbiota compos.tion,promoting the wound healing proces. and s.aping the immunological *** intes.inal conditions.s.ch as.inflammatory bowel dis.as.s.IBD),are characterized by an imbalance in microbiota compos.tion,with decreas.d divers.ty,and by relaps.ng and pers.s.ing inflammation,which may lead to mucos.l *** the res.lts.of the clinical s.udies.inves.igating the effect of probiotics.on patients.with IBD are s.ill controvers.al,it is.without doubt that thes. microorganis.s.and their metabolites.now named pos.biotics.have a pos.tive influence on both the hos.’s.microbiota and the immune s.s.em,and ultimately alter the topical tis.ue *** influence is.achieved through three axes.(1)By dis.placement of potential pathogens.via competitive exclus.on;(2)by offering protection to the hos. through the s.cretion of various.defens.ve mediators.and(3)by s.pplying the hos. with es.ential *** will analyze and dis.us. almos. all the in vitro and in vivo s.udies.of the pas. 2 years.dealing with the pos.ible favorable effects.of certain probiotic genus.on gut immunological res.ons.s.highlighting which s.ecies.are the mos. beneficial agains. intes.inal inflammation.
