A fast,robust pipeline for strain mapping of crystalline materials is important for many technological *** electron nanodiffraction allows us to calculate strain maps with high accuracy and spatial resolutions,but this technique is limited when the electron beam undergoes multiple ***-learning methods have the potential to invert these complex signals,but require a large number of training *** implement a Fourier space,complex-valued deep-neural network,FCU-Net,to invert highly nonlinear electron diffraction patterns into the corresponding quantitative structure factor ***-Net was trained using over 200,000 unique simulated dynamical diffraction patterns from different combinations of crystal structures,orientations,thicknesses,and microscope parameters,which are augmented with experimental *** evaluated FCU-Net against simulated and experimental datasets,where it substantially outperforms conventional analysis *** code,models,and training library are open-source and may be adapted to different diffraction measurement problems.

Herein,a simple synthetic approach is employed for the atomic dispersion of Rh atoms(Rh SAs)over the surface of interconnected Mo_(2)C nanosheets intimately embedded in a three-dimensional Ni_(x)MoO_(y)nanorod arrays(Ni_(x)MoO_(y)NRs)framework;we found that the introduction of both isolated Rh SAs and Ni_(x)MoO_(y)NRs adjusts the electrocatalytic function of the host Mo_(2)C toward the direction of being an advanced and highly stable electrocatalyst for efficient hydrogen evolution at pH-universal *** a result,the proposed catalyst outperforms most recently reported transition metal-based catalysts,and its performance even rivals that of commercial Pt/C,as demonstrated by its ultralow overpotentials of 31.7,109.7,and 95.4 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),along with its small Tafel slopes of 42.4,51.2,and 46.8 mV dec^(-1)in acidic,neutral,and alkaline conditions,*** addition,the catalyst shows remarkable long-term stability over all pH values with good maintenance of its catalytic activity and structural characteristics after continuous operation.

The differentiation of and myelination by oligodendrocytes （OLs） are exquisitely regulated by a series of intrinsic and extrinsic mechanisms. As each OL can make differing numbers of myelin segments with variable lengths along similar axon tracts, myelination can be viewed as a graded process shaped by inhibitory/ inductive cues during development. Myelination by OLs is a prime example of an adaptive process determined by the microenvironment and architecture of the central nervous system （CNS）. In this review, we discuss how myelin formation by OLs may be controlled by the heterogeneous microenvironment of the CNS. Then we address recent findings demonstrating that neighboring OLs may compete for available axon space, and highlight our current understanding of myelin-based inhibitors of axonal regeneration that are potentially responsible for the reciprocal dialogue between OLs and determine the numbers and lengths of myelin internodes. Understanding the mechanisms that control the spatiotemporal regulation of myelinogenic potential during development may provide valuable insight into therapeutic strategies for promoting remyelination in an inhibitory microenvironment.

Objective:This study aimed at investigation of the stress perceived by Macao nursing students in the clinical learning ***:A cross-sectional research was designed and 203 nursing students in a public higher education institute were *** Stressors in Nursing Students Scale-Chinese Version(SINS-CN)was used to measure nursing students'*** analysis includes descriptive analysis and analysis of ***:The overall SINS-CN mean score was 3.33(SD=0.49),while the scores for different dimensions were:clinical,3.44(SD=0.54),education,3.35(SD=0.62),finance and time,3.31(SD=0.72),confidence,3.21(SD=0.60),and personal problems,3.03(SD=0.68).Among 10 most common stressors,four belong to the clinical dimension,four to the education dimension,one to the confidence dimension,and one to the finance&time *** for factors associated with stress indicated that no statistical significance was found in most demographic variables,except year two students'stress scores were significantly lower than those of students in other years(p values were between 0.000 and 0.026).Conclusions:Macao nursing students,to some extent,experienced stress in clinical learning environment and the stress level was higher than that of Hong Kong nursing *** most common stressors were related to clinical and educational *** study suggests that teaching and learning modalities and the workload of nursing students should be reviewed.

Extrapyramidal movement disorders are common in chronic schizophrenia, and may be an intrinsic feature of the illness as well as related to antipsychotic drug treatment. Similar dysfunctions at illness onset may have implications for outcome, and for under- standing the mechanisms of illness. The objectives were to examine the clinical correlates of pre-treatment movement disorders at first episode of psychosis, and determine associations with neuropsychological function and striatal structure. Never medicated subjects were recruited from consecutive admissions to Early Psychosis Programs with defined catchment areas in Hong Kong, China, and Halifax, Canada. Standardized clinical, neuropsychological and brain imaging assessments were carried out at baseline and following acute and long term treatment with typical or atypical antipsychotic drugs. At the Hong Kong site, we studied 84 subjects with first episode psychosis (n = 10 with EPS). At the Halifax site, we studied 40 subjects with first episode psychosis (n = 17 with EPS), and 23 healthy comparison subjects. Subjects with movement disorders prior to treatment (EPS+) had higher total PANSS scores at baseline (mean elevation 19.9% Hong Kong, P = 0.016; 14.7% Halifax, P = 0.049). In subjects treated with atypical antipsychotics (all Halifax), EPS+ status at baseline predicted more movement disorders at long term follow up (P = 0.0005). In both cohorts, EPS+ subjects had poorer acute symptomatic treatment response assessed with the PANSS (Hong Kong P = 0.005; Halifax P = 0.017). Breathlessness, fatigue, and anxiety are distressing symptoms for patients with advanced lung cancer, however, they are not relieved by palliative RT and are often viewed as neglected areas of clinical practice. This paper aims to review def initions of, and explore patients' experiences of, breathlessness, fatigue, and anxiety. Further, it will outline existing approaches, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological, to treat them. Current treatments and perceptions of these symptoms will be discussed in the context of Hong Kong health care service. The review of literature also shows that breathlessness, fatigue and anxiety appears to have similar emotional origins. A contemporary approach of using a common pyschoeducational intervention to treat these symptoms together as a cluster in end of life care will be discussed.

＜正＞ Visual evoked-potential （VEP） is well known in many applications of neuroscience for clinical purposes. Traditional EP estimation based on ensemble averaging （EA） is widely used to extract the EP from noisy background. However, EA fails to track the trial-to-trial variations in both amplitude and latency. To estimate the single-trail VEP, a novel method using normalized radial basis function neural network （NRBFNN） is proposed to estimate the single-trail VEP. NRBFNN approach enables to effectively capture the VEP variations across trials and performs fast VEP measurement in many time-critical circumstances [1,2].

研究了不同耕种方式对澳大利亚同一地区3种土壤表层（0-5cm）理化性质的作用，以揭示保护性耕作对土壤质量恢复的影响。结果表明：免耕穴播／保留残茬（DD／SR）、多年生人工草地（PP）和自然草地（NP）表层土壤的〉2mm水稳性团聚体含量、全氮、有机碳含量、田间持水量均显著高于其相应对照传统耕作／秸秆焚烧（CC／SB）、人工草地／作物轮作（PPC）和耕作（CT）的；土壤全氮含量、田间持水量分别与有机碳含量之间有极显著的正相关关系（r=0．994＊＊，r=0.996＊＊，n=6），而受土壤质地等因素的影响较小；在同一类型的土壤上，土壤有机碳含量与水稳定性团聚体含量之间存在显著的相关性；在不同试验区，耕作措施对表层土壤容重和孑L隙分布的影响存在较大差异；秸秆焚烧和施用石膏对表层土壤的pH及交换性阳离子含量有较大的影响。研究表明长期保护性耕作、草田轮作或多年生草地有利于提高表层土壤有机碳含量和结构稳定性，从而改善土壤的供肥供水能力。
