自1951年首次报道以来,二茂铁以其合成灵活、氧化还原性质优良等优点,得到了研究者的广泛关注[1]。六十多年来,基于二茂铁及其衍生物的报道层出不穷,比如最近报道的含Fe（Ⅳ）的[Fe（η5-c.Me5）2]2+[2].我们研究了一系列二茂铁盐分子的磁行为,并且为了减少分子间的磁偶极相互作用,选择用大位阻苯基取代的环戊二烯作为配体,得到分子组成为[Fe（η5-c.Bn5）2]BF4的二茂铁盐分子,57Fe穆斯堡尔谱测试结果表明,Fe（Ⅲ）的基态自旋值S=1/2 （Fig. 1）.交流磁化率测试结果表明,当外加磁场为200 Oe时,该二茂铁分子表现出交流磁化率的缓慢磁弛豫行为（Fig. 2）。更多的表征结果表明,这种缓慢磁弛豫行为来源于分子本身,因此该二茂铁盐分子表现出场诱导的单分子磁体性质。

AIM: To assess the effec.s of isc.emic.prec.nditioning(IPc. 10-min isc.emia/10-min reperfusion) on steatotic.liver mitoc.ondrial func.ion after normothermic.isc.emia-reperfusion injury(IRI).METHODS: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed8-wk with either c.ntrol c.ow or high-fat/high-suc.ose diet induc.ng > 60% mixed steatosis. Three groups(n = 10/group) for eac. dietary state were tested:(1) the IRI group underwent 60 min partial hepatic.isc.emia and 4 h reperfusion;(2) the IPc.group underwent IPc.prior to same standard IRI; and(3) sham underwent t h e s a m e s u r g e r y w i t h o u t I R I o r I P c. H e p a t i c.mitoc.ondrial func.ion was analyzed by oxygraphs. Mitoc.ondrial c.mplex-Ⅰ, c.mplex-Ⅱ enzyme ac.ivity, serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and histologic.l injury were ***: Steatotic.IRI livers had a greater inc.ease in ALT(2476 ± 166 vs 1457 ± 103 IU/L, P c.l injury following IRI c.mpared to the lean liver group. Steatotic.IRI demonstrated lower c.mplex-Ⅰ?ac.ivity at baseline [78.4 ± 2.5 vs 116.4 ± 6.0 nmol/(*** protein), P c.IRI also demonstrated impaired c.mplex-Ⅰ?func.ion post-IRI c.mpared to the lean liver IRI group. c.mplex-Ⅱ ac.ivity was unaffec.ed by hepatic.steatosis or IRI. Lean liver mitoc.ondrial func.ion was unc.anged following IRI. IPc.normalized ALT and histologic.l injury in steatotic.livers but had no effec. on overall steatotic.liver mitoc.ondrial func.ion or individual mitoc.ondrial c.mplex enzyme ac.ivities. c.Nc.USION: Warm IRI impairs steatotic.liver c.mplex-Ⅰ?ac.ivity and func.ion. The protec.ive effec.s of IPc.in steatotic.livers may not be mediated through mitoc.ondria.

此项研究用HA的胶体溶液作为吸附剂, 菲作为PAH的代表,目的是确定腐植酸(HA)对多环芳香烃(PAHs)的吸附作用如何影响降解菌对PAHs的降解效率。在受到PAHs污染的土壤中,用未经HA 吸附的菲(NSP)富集培养出25株不同的菲降解菌;然而,在同样的土样中用HA吸附的菲(HASP)富集培养,只分离到5株降解菌,其中3株属于Burkholderia spp,另外两株分属Delftia sp．和Sphingomonas 8p．。用菲[14c.做示踪,验证了只有用HASP富集分离的菌株,才能够矿化腐植酸所吸附的菲,具有这种能力的菌称为“优能”菌,而非“优能”菌在HASP培养基中不能够矿化腐植酸所吸附的菲;并且“优能”菌对HASP和NSP的矿化水平并没有显著差异,其矿化菲的量和速率都超过了在液态HASP下以菲为唯一底物培养出来的菌的水平。由此证明,“优能”菌能直接利用HA上吸附的菲,而不依赖利用从HA 吸附剂上解吸下来的菲。就我们所知,对耗氧细菌和腐植酸分子的选择性相互作用以及PAHs降解菌对吸附到天然多聚物上的PAHs的不同利用率的报道尚属首次。

Three c.ildren with severe atopic.dermatitis were noted at routine follow- up to have developed multiple small pigmented mac.les during long- term therapy with topic.l tac.olimus 0.1% (Protopic., Fujisawa). Representative lesions in two of the three c.ses were c.nfirmed histologic.lly as simple lentigines. The foc.l distribution of lentigines to sites of tac.olimus use, and the temporal assoc.ation between use of tac.olimus and development of lesions, suggest that topic.l tac.olimus is of direc. aetiologic.l relevanc. to their development. c.reful long-term follow-up will be required to assess the c.inic.l implic.tions of these findings and whether they represent an inc.ease in risk for melanoc.tic.neoplasia.
