Objective:To explore the antibiotic resistance of Brucella melitensis and instruct rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinical treatment of Brucella ***:Bacteria were cultured and identified by BACTEC9120 and VTTEK Ⅱ automicrobic system.E-test was used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of antimicrobial agents in the drug susceptivity ***:A total of 19 brucella strains(all Brucella melitensis) were isolated from 19 patients,who had fever between January 2010 and June 2012,and 17 samples were blood,one was bone marrow,the other sample was cerebrospinal *** MIC range of ceftazidime was 2.0-8.0 mg/L,rifampicin was 0.06-2.0 mg/L,amikacin was 4.0-12.0 mg/L,levofloxacin was 2.0-8.0 mg/ L,doxycycline was 8.0-32.0 mg/L,sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim was 4.0-16.0 mg/L,ampicillin was 1.5-2.0 mg/L and gentamicin was 0.50-0.75 mg/***:The drugs used in this experiment cover common drugs for treating ***,the results are consistent with clinical *** is suggested personalized regimen according to patients' status in treatment of Brucella.

AIM: To understand the pathogen characteristics and its sensitivity against antimicrobial agents in fatal bacterial granuloma after eyelid trauma (FBGT) in vitro, and to provide laboratory evidence for diagnosis. METHODS: The FBGT pathogens were isolaated and cultured with reformed rabbit-brain anaerobic enriched broth (RRAB), and identified by ATB/API 20A system. The minimum inhibiting concentration (MIC) was determined by anaerobic broth dilution method. RESULTS: A total of 22 strains of pathogen were separated from 21 patients with FBGT and identified as Propionibacterium acnes (PA) by ATB/API 20A system. The MIC of ciprofloxacin for 22 PA strains was 0.0625-0.5mg/L, the MIC of penicillin, ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, cefoperazone, lincomycin, and imipenem/cilastatin were 0.125-0.5mg/L, the MIC of ticarcillin/clavulanic acid was 0.250-1.000mg/L, and the MIC of metronidazole was 64-256mg/L. The pathogen of FBGT was strictly anaerobic PA, which growed slowly and better in nutritious RRAB broth. All PA were resistant to metronidazole, but susceptive to other routine antimicrobial agents, such as penicillin, ampicillin and lincomycin. CONCLUSION: FBGT should not be treated with metronidazole. Clinicians should choose combined use of drugs or operation to treat FBGT according to patients' individual condition and the results of drug sensitivity test.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a prevalent malignant neoplasm characterized by subtle early *** To investigate the correlation among serum lipid profiles,the triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,and the atherosclerotic index(AI)in patients with ***,it explored the clinical diagnostic utility of combining serum lipids with cancer antigens in the context of *** A retrospective analysis encompassed 277 patients with CRC and 1034 healthy *** Following propensity score matching,patients with CRC exhibited significantly reduced levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),as well as a diminished TyG ***,they displayed elevated AI levels compared to their healthy *** in advanced stages exhibited lower serum levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C compared to those in early *** with positive lymph node metastasis demonstrated reduced levels of TG,LDL-C,and the TyG *** operating characteristic analysis revealed that the combination of the TyG index,carcinoembryonic antigen,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 yielded the highest positive prediction rate for CRC at 75.3%.CONCLUSION Preoperative serum lipid profiles exhibit a robust association with patients with *** concurrent assessment of multiple serum lipids and cancer antigens effectively enhances the diagnostic accuracy for CRC.

It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs. To address the problem of low resolution in logging curves, this study establishes a grayscale-phase model based on high-resolution grayscale curves using clustering analysis algorithms for shale lithofacies identification, working with the Shahejie Formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China. The grayscale phase is defined as the sum of absolute grayscale and relative amplitude as well as their features. The absolute grayscale is the absolute magnitude of the gray values and is utilized for evaluating the material composition(mineral composition + total organic carbon) of shale, while the relative amplitude is the difference between adjacent gray values and is used to identify the shale structure type. The research results show that the grayscale phase model can identify shale lithofacies well, and the accuracy and applicability of this model were verified by the fitting relationship between absolute grayscale and shale mineral composition, as well as corresponding relationships between relative amplitudes and laminae development in shales. Four lithofacies are identified in the target layer of the study area: massive mixed shale, laminated mixed shale, massive calcareous shale and laminated calcareous shale. This method can not only effectively characterize the material composition of shale, but also numerically characterize the development degree of shale laminae, and solve the problem that difficult to identify millimeter-scale laminae based on logging curves, which can provide technical support for shale lithofacies identification, sweet spot evaluation and prediction of complex continental lacustrine basins.

Two-dimensional transition metal trithiophosphates(TMPS_(3),TM=Mn,Fe,Co,etc.)are competitive anode materials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical capacity(>1,300 mAh g^(−1))but suffer from limited practical capacity(~300 mAh g^(−1))and inferior rate capability caused by sluggish Na+intercalation/deintercalation kinetics and severe structural ***,alkylamine molecules are first proposed as intercalation guests to significantly boost the electrochemical activity and stability of MnPS_(3).Compared to MnPS_(3),C3H9N-MnPS_(3) enlarges the interlayer spacing from 6.48 to 10.23Åand shows a 105 times higher electrical conductivity,which provides fast ion/electron transport and high strain adaptability,realizing a quasi-topological Na+intercalation ***,C3H9N-MnPS_(3) exhibits an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 775 mAh g^(−1) at 0.5 A g^(−1) and superior high-rate cycling stability with~100%capacity retention after 2,500 cycles at 15 A g^(−1),ranking it among the top metal trithiophosphate-based anode materials *** calculations indicate that the improved sodium storage performance of C3H9N-MnPS_(3) results from the reduced bonding energy of P–S bonds and increased adsorption energy of Na^(+).This work is expected to provide an efficient strategy for the design of high-performance layered anode materials for SIBs.

AIM:To investigate the influence of postoperative intraocular lens(IOL)positions on the accuracy of cataract surgery and examine the predictive factors of postoperative biometry prediction errors using the Barrett Universal II(BUII)IOL formula for ***:The prospective study included patients who had undergone cataract surgery performed by a single surgeon from June 2020 to April *** collected data included the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),corneal curvature,preoperative and postoperative central anterior chamber depths(ACD),axial length(AXL),IOL power,and refractive *** formula was used to calculate the IOL *** mean absolute error(MAE)was calculated,and all the participants were divided into two groups *** t-tests were applied to compare the variables between *** regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of age,AXL,corneal curvature,and preoperative and postoperative ACD on ***:A total of 261 patients were *** 243(93.1%)and 18(6.9%)had postoperative MAE1 D,*** number of females was higher in patients with MAE>1 D(χ^(2)=3.833,P=0.039).The postoperative BCVA(logMAR)of patients with MAE>1 D was significantly worse(t=-2.448;P=0.025).After adjusting for gender in the logistic model,the risk of postoperative refractive errors was higher in patients with a shallow postoperative anterior chamber[odds ratio=0.346;95% confidence interval(CI):0.164,0.730,P=0.005].CONCLUSION:Risk factors for biometry prediction error after cataract surgery include the patient’s sex and postoperative *** with a shallow postoperative anterior chamber are prone to have refractive errors.

Recent developments in chirality chemistry have revealed remarkable instances of atropisomers featuring multiple chiral elements. Despite significant progress in the synthesis and application of atropisomers, developing a synthetic protocol for the simultaneous introduction of axial and point chirality is still a fascinating challenge. In this context, we present a convenient and versatile method for synthesizing novel atropisomers with axial and point chirality. This approach, based on a new reaction mechanism with nickel-controlled Si–C bond activation, facilitates the controllable migratory insertion of aldehydes into the Ni–C bond. We utilize multidimensional strategies of desymmetrization, kinetic resolution and dynamic kinetic resolution to complete enantioselective nickel-catalyzed ring expansion of benzosilacyclobutenes with aldehydes. The design of multidimensional kinetic resolution, desymmetrization, and dynamic resolution, features a straightforward catalytic system, mild reaction conditions, and broad functional group tolerances. Various axially chiral biaryl oxasilacycles bearing carbon-or siliconstereogenic centers are obtained with excellent diastereo-and enantio-selectivities(up to >20:1 dr and >99.9% ee) through the use of a chiral Ni complex with a large cavity-type 1,1,4,4-tetra-aryl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-L-threitol(TADDOL)-derived phosphoramidite ligand.

实证分析审计任期对我国上市公司内部控制缺陷披露的影响,并在此基础上考察审计事务所规模与审计专长的调节作用。研究发现:(1)对于小规模事务所而言,审计任期越长的公司披露内部控制缺陷的严重性越低;(2)对于大规模事务所而言,审计任期的延长有助于其抑制内部控制较差公司隐瞒缺陷的动机;(3)小规模事务所中,具有审计专长的事务所能够更好地利用审计任期所积累的经验,从一定程度上抑制内部控制较差公司隐瞒缺陷的动机。
