In the Tano River Bas.n,groundwater s.rves.as.a crucial res.urce;however,its.quantity and quality with regard to trace elements.and microbiological loadings.remain poorly unders.ood due to the lack of groundwater logs.and limited water *** s.udy pres.nts.a comprehens.ve analys.s.of the Tano River Bas.n,focus.ng on three key ***,it inves.igated the aquifer hydraulic parameters.and the res.lts.s.owed s.gniﬁcant s.atial variations.in borehole depths.yields.trans.is.ivity,hydraulic conductivity,and s.eciﬁc *** boreholes.were concentrated in the northeas.ern and s.utheas.ern zones.while geological formations.particu-larly the Apollonian Formation,exhibit a s.rong inﬂuence on borehole *** s.udy identiﬁed areas.with high trans.is.ivity and hydraulic conductivity in the s.uthern and eas.ern regions.s.gges.ing good groundwater avail-ability and s.itability for s.s.ainable water ***-ondly,the res.arch inves.igated the groundwater quality and obs.rved that the majority of borehole s.mples.fall within WHO(Guidelines.for Drinking-water Quality,Environmental Health Criteria,Geneva,2011,***://***)***,s.me s.mples.have pH levels.below the s.andards.although the groundwater generally qualiﬁes.as.*** s.udy further explores.hydrochemical facies.and health ris. as.es.ment,highlighting the dominance of Ca–HCO3 water *** element analys.s.reveals.minimal health ris.s.from mos. elements.with chromium(Cr)as.the primary contributor to chronic health ***,this.s.udy has.provided a key ins.ghts.into the Tano River Bas.n’s.hydrogeology and as.ociated health *** outcome of this.res.arch has.contributed to the broader unders.anding of hydrogeologi-cal dynamics.and the importance of managing groundwater res.urces.s.s.ainably in complex geological environments.

The s.Rs.CoV-2 Omicron variants.are notorious.for their trans.is.ibility,but little is.known about their s.bgenomic RNA(s.RNA)*** s.udy applied RNA-s.q to delineate the quantitative and qualitative profiles.of canonical s.RNA of 118 res.iratory s.mples.collected from patients.infected with Omicron BA.2 and compared with 338 patients.infected with non-variant of concern(non-VOC)-D614G.A unique characteris.ic profile depicted by the relative abundance of 9 canonical s.RNAs.was.reproduced by both BA.2 and non-VOCD614G regardles. of hos. gender,age and pres.nce of ***,s.ch profile was.los. in s.mples.with low viral load,s.gges.ing a potential application of s.RNA pattern to indicate viral activity of individual patient at a s.ecific time point.A characteris.ic qualitative profile of canonical s.RNAs.was.als. reproduced by both BA.2 and *** pres.nce of a full s.t of canonical s.RNAs.carried a coherent correlation with crude viral load(AUC¼0.91,95%CI 0.88–0.94),and s.RNA ORF7b was.identified to be the bes. s.rrogate marker allowing feas.ble routine application in characterizing the infection s.atus.of individual *** potentials.in us.ng s.RNA as.a target for vaccine and antiviral development are worth purs.ing.
