Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs)are neural networks that allow models to learn deep representations without requiring a large amount of training ***-Supervised GAN Classifiers are a recent innovation in GANs,where GANs are used to classify generated images into real and fake and multiple classes,similar to a general multi-class ***,GANs have a sophisticated design that can be challenging to *** is because obtaining the proper set of parameters for all models-generator,discriminator,and classifier is *** a result,training a single GAN model for different datasets may not produce satisfactory ***,this study proposes an SGAN model(Semi-Supervised GAN Classifier).First,a baseline model was *** model was then enhanced by leveraging the Sine-Cosine Algorithm and Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique(SMOTE).SMOTE was used to address class imbalances in the dataset,while Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA)was used to optimize the weights of the classifier *** optimal set of hyperparameters(learning rate and batch size)were obtained using grid manual *** well-known benchmark datasets and a set of evaluation measures were used to validate the proposed *** proposed method was then compared against existing models,and the results on each dataset were recorded and demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed *** proposed model successfully showed improved test accuracy scores of 1%,2%,15%,and 5%on benchmarking multimedia datasets;Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology(MNIST)digits,Fashion MNIST,Pneumonia Chest X-ray,and Facial Emotion Detection Dataset,respectively.

High-quality medical microscopic images used for diseases detection are expensive and difficult to ***,low-resolution images are favorable due to their low storage space and ease of sharing,where the images can be enlarged when needed using Super-Resolution(SR)***,it is important to maintain the shape and size of the medical images while enlarging *** of the problems facing SR is that the performance of medical image diagnosis is very poor due to the deterioration of the reconstructed image ***,this paper suggests a multi-SR and classification framework based on Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)to generate high-resolution images with higher quality and finer details to reduce *** proposed framework comprises five GAN models:Enhanced SR Generative Adversarial Networks(ESRGAN),Enhanced deep SR GAN(EDSRGAN),Sub-Pixel-GAN,SRGAN,and Efficient Wider Activation-B GAN(WDSR-b-GAN).To train the proposed models,we have employed images from the famous BreakHis dataset and enlarged them by 4×and 16×upscale factors with the ground truth of the size of 256×256×***,several evaluation metrics like Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),Mean Squared Error(MSE),Structural Similarity Index(SSIM),Multiscale Structural Similarity Index(MS-SSIM),and histogram are applied to make comprehensive and objective comparisons to determine the best methods in terms of efficiency,training time,and storage *** obtained results reveal the superiority of the proposed models over traditional and benchmark models in terms of color and texture restoration and detection by achieving an accuracy of 99.7433%.

Agricultural projects in different parts of the world depend on underground water ***,there have been many unfortunate incidents inwhich children have died in abandoned *** topographical information for these wells is a prerequisite to protecting people from the dangers of falling into them,especially since most of these wells become buried over *** solutions have been developed recently,most with the aimof exploring these well ***,these systems suffer fromseveral limitations,including high complexity,large size,or *** paper focuses on the development of a smart exploration unit that is able to investigate underground well areas,build a 3D map,search for persons and animals,and determine the levels of oxygen and other *** exploration unit has been implemented and validated through several experiments using various experiment *** results proved the efficiency of the developed exploration unit,in terms of 3D modeling,searching,communication,and measuring the level of *** average accuracy of the 3D modeling function is approximately 95.5%.A benchmark has been presented for comparing our results with related works,and the comparison has proven the contributions and novelty of the proposed system’s results.

Image encryption has attracted much interest as a robust security solution for preventing unauthorized access to critical image *** picture encryption is a crucial step in many cloud-based and healthcare *** this study,a strong cryptosystem based on a 2D chaotic map and Jigsaw transformation is presented for the encryption of medical photos in private Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)and cloud storage.A disorganized three-dimensional map is the foundation of the proposed *** dispersion of pixel values and the permutation of their places in this map are accomplished using a nonlinear encoding *** suggested cryptosystem enhances the security of the delivered medical images by performing many *** validate the efficiency of the recommended cryptosystem,various medical image kinds are used,each with its unique *** measures are used to evaluate the proposed cryptosystem,which all support its robust *** simulation results confirm the supplied cryptosystem’s ***,it provides strong robustness and suggested protection standards for cloud service applications,healthcare,and *** is seen that the proposed 3D chaotic cryptosystem obtains an average entropy of 7.9998,which is near its most excellent value of 8,and a typical NPCR value of 99.62%,which is also near its extreme value of 99.60%.Moreover,the recommended cryptosystem outperforms conventional security systems across the test assessment criteria.

Given that impurities may affect the quality and safety of drug products,impurity identification and profiling is an integral part of drug quality control and is particularly important for newly developed medications such as solriamfetol,which is used to treat excessive daytime *** the highperformance liquid chromatography analysis of commercial solriamfetol has revealed the presence of several impurities,their synthesis,structure elucidation,and chromatographic determination have not been reported *** bridge this gap,we herein identified,synthesized,and isolated eight processrelated solriamfetol impurities,characterized them using spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques,and proposed plausible mechanisms of their ***,we developed and validated a prompt impurity analysis method based on ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection,revealing that its selectivity,linearity,accuracy,precision,and quantitation limit meet the acceptance criteria of method validation stipulated by the International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human ***,the developed method was concluded to be suitable for the routine analysis of solriamfetol substances.

The cactus is a plant that grows in many rural areas,widely used as a hedge,and has multiple benefits through the manufacture of various cosmetics and other ***,this crop has been suffering for some time from the attack of the carmine scaleDactylopius opuntia(Hemiptera:Dactylopiidae).The infestation can spread rapidly if not treated in the early *** solutions consist of regular field checks by the naked eyes carried out by *** major difficulty is the lack of experts to check all fields,especially in remote *** addition,this requires time and *** the need for a system that can categorize the health level of cacti *** date,deep learning models used to categorize plant diseases from images have not addressed the mealy bug infestation of cacti because computer vision has not sufficiently addressed this *** there is no public dataset and smartphones are commonly used as tools to take pictures,it might then be conceivable for farmers to use them to categorize the infection level of their *** this work,we developed a system called CactiVIT that instantly determines the health status of cacti using the Visual image Transformer(ViT)*** also provided a new image dataset of cochineal infested cacti.1 Finally,we developed a mobile application that delivers the classification results directly to farmers about the infestation in their fields by showing the probabilities related to each *** study compares the existing models on the new dataset and presents the results *** VIT-B-16 model reveals an approved performance in the literature and in our experiments,in which it achieved 88.73%overall accuracy with an average of+2.61%compared to other convolutional neural network(CNN)models that we evaluated under similar conditions.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transcatheter mitral valve repair(TMVR)using MitraClip^(■)devices in oldest-old patients compared to younger *** The study retrospectively included 340 consecutive patients who underwent *** were classified according to age into the oldest-old(age≥85 years)patient group or the younger(age<85 years)patient *** results of the procedure,intrahospital outcomes and one-year outcomes were *** Oldest-old patients represented 15.9%(n=54)of all *** success was comparable for the oldest-old patient group and the younger patient group(92.6%vs.95.8%,P=0.30),and there was no difference in intrahospital mortality(9.2%vs.4.2%,P=0.12).At a one-year follow-up(interquartile range:6–16 months),there was no significant difference in rehospitalization due to decompensated heart failure(25.5%vs.34.3%,P=0.24)or all-cause mortality(29.8%vs.22.2%,P=0.26)between the oldest-old patient group and the younger patient *** patients with available echocardiographic follow-up,severity of residual mitral regurgitation was also comparable between the oldest-old patient group and the younger patient *** TMVR seems to be feasible and effective in oldest-old patients and should be considered for oldest-old patients presenting with symptomatic severe mitral regurgitation and high surgical risk.
