In this article,we investigate the observed cosmic acceleration in the framework of a cosmological f(R,Lm)model dominated by bulk viscous matter in an anisotropic *** consider the locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type I metric and derive the Friedmann equations that drive the gravitational interactions in f((R,Lm)***,we assume the functional form f(R,Lm)=R/2+Lαm,where a is a free model parameter,and then find the exact solutions of field equations corresponding to our viscous matter dominated *** incorporate the updated H(z)data and the Pantheon data to acquire the best-fit values of parameters of our model by utilizing theχ2 minimization technique along with the Markov Chain Monte Carlo random sampling ***,we present the behavior of physical parameters that describe the Universe’s evolution phase,such as density,effective pressure and EoS parameters,skewness parameter,and the statefinder diagnostic *** find that the energy density indicates expected positive behavior,whereas the negative behavior of bulk viscous pressure contributes to the Universe’s *** effective EoS parameter favors the accelerating phase of the Universe’s ***,the skewness parameter shows the anisotropic nature of spacetime during the entire evolution phase of the ***,from the statefinder diagnostic test,we found that our cosmological f(R,Lm)model lies in the quintessence region,and it behaves like a de-Sitter universe in the far *** analyze different energy conditions in order to test the consistency of the obtained *** find that all energy conditions except strong energy condition(SEC)show positive behavior,while the violation of SEC favors the recently observed acceleration with the transition from decelerated to an accelerated epoch of the Universe’s expansion in the recent past.

The Kulu\|Rampur and Larji windows in the western Himalaya make a window in window structure in the Lesser Himalaya between the Main Boundary Thrust (MBT) and Main Central Thrust (MCT). The former constituted of late Archean Rampur Group with middle Proterozoic intrusive Bandal Granite Complex has been thrusted on to the younger Larji Group (Riphean) along a splay thrust making the latter a window in window structure. Both the sequences have recorded multiple deformation during the Himalayan orogeny. Five sets of Himalayan structures have been recognised. The first deformation event (D 1) was responsible for large isoclinal, (recumbent) folds (F 1) which are older than the onset of Himalayan thrusting. Presently, the Rampur Group constitutes the antiform and the Larji Group occupies a synformal position of F 1 folds. The parautochthons of the window zone has been covered by the Chail and Jutogh nappes along the Chail and Jutogh thrusts during D 2. Thrusting was followed by F 3 folding during D 3 deformation. This fold can be recognised in form of Rampur Antiform and corresponding Nirath\|Pandoh Synform with NW—SE axial trend. The Chail and Jutogh nappes are folded along with the parautochthonous rocks of window zone by this folding event. The out\|of\|sequence imbrication and the splay thrusts in the hanging wall of the MBT were initiated during D 3. The F 3 are overprinted by cross folding (F 4) of D 4 deformation, which is responsible for the doubly plunging character of the window zones. Cross folding was followed by D 5 extensional faulting and collapse of the hanging wall in out\|of\|sequence shear zones. The D 5 extensional fabrics are attributed to gravity collapse in the hanging wall of the MBT.

Purpose： To evaluate the role of immediate and definitive management of Gustilo type Ⅲ A/B tibia fractures with intramedullary nailing and fasciocutaneous flap. Methods： From August 2010 to July 2012, 22 patients with Gustilo Grade Ⅲ A/B tibia fractures were managed with a single stage treatment of ipsilateral fasciocutaneous flap ＆ reamed intramedullary nailing and were included in the study. The severity of the injury was calculated with Ganga Hospital injury severity score. Results： The mean age of patients was 41 years and the follow-up time ranged from six months to one year. Among the 22 patients, 73% were type Ⅲ B fractures with upper leg involved in 55% of them. The time interval from injury to completion of surgery was 8 14 h. The incidence of bone infection requiring secondary procedure was 9%; the major and minor soft tissue complication rate was 9% and 14% respectively. The limb salvage rate was 100%. Conclusion： Multidisciplinary management of severe lower limb trauma is important and provides good outcomes, lntramedullary nailing and immediate flap fixation can achieve early bone union and good soft tissue coverage, leading to good outcomes in patient with Grade Ⅲ A ＆ B tibia fractures.
