This study evaluates the effectiveness of phase change materials(PCMs) inside a storage tank of warm water for solar water heating(SWH) system through the theoretical simulation based on the experimental model of S.Canbazoglu et al.The model is explained by five fundamental equations for the calculation of various parameters like the effectiveness of PCMs,the mass of hot water,total heat content,and duration of charging.This study simulated eleven PCMs to analyze their effectiveness like Sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate(SHPD),OM 37,N-Eicosane(NE),Lauric acid(LA),Paraffin wax(PW),OM 48,Paraffin wax C_(20-33)(PW-C20-33),Sodium acetate trihydrate(SAT),Palmitic acid(PA),Myristic acid(MA),and Stearic acid(SA).Among all PCMs,the SHPD has found the highest value of effectiveness factor of 3.27.So,it is the most recommended PCM for the storage tank of the SWH system.The study also includes the melt fraction analysis of all enumerated PCMs corresponding to container materials of stainless steel,glass,aluminum mixed,tin,aluminum,and copper.This melt fraction analysis is performed by making a coding program in the FORTRAN programming language.Through the analysis,copper container material is found to have high melting rate for all PCMs so it is superior to other container materials.

Amyotrophi c lateral s c lerosis(ALS)and frontotemporal dementia(FTD)are two closely related disorders with overlapping clinical,genetic,and neuropathological features,forming a continuous disease spectrum(Ling et al.,2013).The major pathological hallmark of ALS and FTD are the depletion from the nucleus of the RNA-binding proteins TAR DNA‐binding protein 43(TDP-43)and FUsed in Sarcoma(FUS)and their abnormal accumulation in ubiquitin-positive cytoplasmic inclusions(Ling et al.,2013).

The integer-order interdependent calcium([Ca^(2+)])and nitric oxide(NO)systems are unable to shed light on the influences of the superdiffusion and memory in triggering Brownian motion(BM)in neurons.Therefore,a mathematical model is constructed for the fractional-order nonlinear spatiotemporal systems of[Ca^(2+)]and NO incorporating reaction-diffusion equations in neurons.The two-way feedback process between[Ca^(2+)]and NO systems through calcium feedback on NO production and NO feedback on calcium through cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)with plasmalemmal[Ca^(2+)]-ATPase(PMCA)was incorporated in the model.The Crank–Nicholson scheme(CNS)with Grunwald approximation along spatial derivatives and L1 scheme along temporal derivatives with Gauss–Seidel(GS)iterations were employed.The numerical outcomes were analyzed to get insights into superdiffusion,buffer,and memory exhibiting BM of[Ca^(2+)]and NO systems.The conditions,events and mechanisms leading to dysfunctions in calcium and NO systems and causing different diseases like Parkinson’s were explored in neurons.

Direct growth of redox-active noble metals and rational design of multifunctional electrochemical active materials play crucial roles in developing novel electrode materials for energy storage devices.In this regard,silver(Ag)has attracted great attention in the design of efficient electrodes.Inspired by the house/building process,which means electing the right land,it lays a strong foundation and building essential columns for a complex structure.Herein,we report the construction of multifaceted heterostructure cobalt-iron hydroxide(CFOH)nanowires(NWs)@nickel cobalt manganese hydroxides and/or hydrate(NCMOH)nanosheets(NSs)on the Ag-deposited nickel foam and carbon cloth(i.e.,Ag/NF and Ag/CC)substrates.Moreover,the formation and charge storage mechanism of Ag are described,and these contribute to good conductive and redox chemistry features.The switching architectural integrity of metal and redox materials on metallic frames may significantly boost charge storage and rate performance with noticeable drop in resistance.The as-fabricated Ag@CFOH@NCMOH/NF electrode delivered superior areal capacity value of 2081.9μA h cm^(-2)at 5 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,as-assembled hybrid cell based on NF(HC/NF)device exhibited remarkable areal capacity value of 1.82 mA h cm^(-2)at 5 mA cm^(-2)with excellent rate capability of 74.77%even at 70 mA cm^(-2)Furthermore,HC/NF device achieved maximum energy and power densities of 1.39 mW h cm^(-2)and 42.35 mW cm^(-2),respectively.To verify practical applicability,both devices were also tested to serve as a self-charging station for various portable electronic devices.

Pain in chronic pancreatitis(CP)is difficult to manage.Many patients suffer from inadequate pain relief,completely incapacitating them in their daily activities.Historically,despite their well-known adverse effects,opioids have been the pillar of treatment regimens in painful CP.The management is now gradually evolving with a better understanding of the underlying pathophysiology of CP-related pain.Clinicians should follow a holistic approach to the management of CPassociated pain,which must involve lifestyle changes that are coupled with analgesic medications and other pain-relieving interventions.Furthermore,there is no easy cure for vanquishing CP-associated pain.Each patient must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by a multidisciplinary team to decide which treatment option is best suited for that individual.

This paper presents an innovative approach to enhance the querying capability of ChatGPT,a conversational artificial intelligence model,by incorporating voice-based interaction and a convolutional neural network(CNN)-based impaired vision detection model.The proposed system aims to improve user experience and accessibility by allowing users to interact with ChatGPT using voice commands.Additionally,a CNN-based model is employed to detect impairments in user vision,enabling the system to adapt its responses and provide appropriate assistance.This research tackles head-on the challenges of user experience and inclusivity in artificial intelligence(AI).It underscores our commitment to overcoming these obstacles,making ChatGPT more accessible and valuable for a broader audience.The integration of voice-based interaction and impaired vision detection represents a novel approach to conversational AI.Notably,this innovation transcends novelty;it carries the potential to profoundly impact the lives of users,particularly those with visual impairments.The modular approach to system design ensures adaptability and scalability,critical for the practical implementation of these advancements.Crucially,the solution places the user at its core.Customizing responses for those with visual impairments demonstrates AI’s potential to not only understand but also accommodate individual needs and preferences.

PbZrO_(3)-based antiferroelectric(AFE)ceramics are promising dielectrics for high-energy-density capacitors due to their reversible phase transitions during charge-discharge cycles.In this work,a new composition series,[Pb_(0.93-x)La_(0.02)(Li_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))_(x)Sr_(0.04)][Zr_(0.57)Sn_(0.34)Ti_(0.09)]O_(3),with Li^(+)and Bi^(3+)substitution of Pb^(2+)at x=0,0.04,0.08,0.12,0.16 is investigated for the microstructure evolution,ferroelectric(FE)and dielectric properties.It is found that Li^(+) and Bi^(3+) substitution can significantly reduce the sintering temperature and simultaneously enhance the dielectric breakdown strength.An ultrahigh energy efficiency(94.0%)and a large energy density(3.22 J/cm^(3))are achieved in the composition of x=0.12 with a low sintering temperature(1075℃).

Energy demand fluctuations due to low probability high impact(LPHI)micro-climatic events such as urban heat island effect(UHI)and heatwaves,pose significant challenges for urban infrastructure,particularly within urban built-clusters.Mapping short term load forecasting(STLF)of buildings in urban micro-climatic setting(UMS)is obscured by the complex interplay of surrounding morphology,micro-climate and inter-building energy dynamics.Conventional urban building energy modelling(UBEM)approaches to provide quantitative insights about building energy consumption often neglect the synergistic impacts of micro-climate and urban morphology in short temporal scale.Reduced order modelling,unavailability of rich urban datasets such as building key performance indicators for building archetypes-characterization,limit the inter-building energy dynamics consideration into UBEMs.In addition,mismatch of resolutions of spatio-temporal datasets(meso to micro scale transition),LPHI events extent prediction around UMS as well as its accurate quantitative inclusion in UBEM input organization step pose another degree of limitations.This review aims to direct attention towards an integrated-UBEM(i-UBEM)framework to capture the building load fluctuation over multi-scale spatio–temporal scenario.It highlights usage of emerging data-driven hybrid approaches,after systematically analysing developments and limitations of recent physical,data-driven artificial intelligence and machine learning(AI-ML)based modelling approaches.It also discusses the potential integration of google earth engine(GEE)-cloud computing platform in UBEM input organization step to(i)map the land surface temperature(LST)data(quantitative attribute implying LPHI event occurrence),(ii)manage and pre-process high-resolution spatio-temporal UBEM input-datasets.Further the potential of digital twin,central structed data models to integrate along UBEM workflow to reduce uncertainties related to building archetype characterizations is explored.It has also found that a trade-

Amebic liver abscess(ALA)is still a common problem in the tropical world,where it affects over three-quarters of patients with liver abscess.It is caused by an anaerobic protozoan Entamoeba hystolytica,which primarily colonises the cecum.It is a non-suppurative infection of the liver consisting primarily of dead hepatocytes and cellular debris.People of the male gender,during their reproductive years,are most prone to ALA,and this appears to be due to a poorly mounted immune response linked to serum testosterone levels.ALA is more common in the right lobe of the liver,is strongly associated with alcohol consumption,and can heal without the need for drainage.While majority of ALA patients have an uncomplicated course,a number of complications have been described,including rupture into abdomino-thoracic structures,biliary fistula,vascular thrombosis,bilio-vascular compression,and secondary bacterial infection.Based on clinico-radiological findings,a classification system for ALA has emerged recently,which can assist clinicians in making treatment decisions.Recent research has revealed the role of venous thrombosis-related ischemia in the severity of ALA.Recent years have seen the development and refinement of newer molecular diagnostic techniques that can greatly aid in overcoming the diagnostic challenge in endemic area where serology-based tests have limited accuracy.Metronidazole has been the drug of choice for ALA patients for many years.However,concerns over the resistance and adverse effects necessitate the creation of new,safe,and potent antiamebic medications.Although the indication of the drainage of uncomplicated ALA has become more clear,high-quality randomised trials are still necessary for robust conclusions.Percutaneous drainage appears to be a viable option for patients with ruptured ALA and diffuse peritonitis,for whom surgery represents a significant risk of mortality.With regard to all of the aforementioned issues,this article intends to present an updated review of ALA.

Facial emotion recognition(FER)has become a focal point of research due to its widespread applications,ranging from human-computer interaction to affective computing.While traditional FER techniques have relied on handcrafted features and classification models trained on image or video datasets,recent strides in artificial intelligence and deep learning(DL)have ushered in more sophisticated approaches.The research aims to develop a FER system using a Faster Region Convolutional Neural Network(FRCNN)and design a specialized FRCNN architecture tailored for facial emotion recognition,leveraging its ability to capture spatial hierarchies within localized regions of facial features.The proposed work enhances the accuracy and efficiency of facial emotion recognition.The proposed work comprises twomajor key components:Inception V3-based feature extraction and FRCNN-based emotion categorization.Extensive experimentation on Kaggle datasets validates the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,showcasing the FRCNN approach’s resilience and accuracy in identifying and categorizing facial expressions.The model’s overall performance metrics are compelling,with an accuracy of 98.4%,precision of 97.2%,and recall of 96.31%.This work introduces a perceptive deep learning-based FER method,contributing to the evolving landscape of emotion recognition technologies.The high accuracy and resilience demonstrated by the FRCNN approach underscore its potential for real-world applications.This research advances the field of FER and presents a compelling case for the practicality and efficacy of deep learning models in automating the understanding of facial emotions.
