Element Concentration in the Prepared and Commercial Feed as Well Their Status in the Breast Muscle of Chicken after Prolonged Feeding

Quality poultry meat depends upon the feed and as such there are many commercially available feeds. However, their composition and standard by and large throughout the year may not remain same due to obvious reasons. Moreover, there is no mention of locally produced feed particularly in the north eastern part of India. The major objective of this study was to prepare mesh feed E1 with the available ingredients as well as their effect were compared with that of the two commercially available feed amrit and Godrej (E2 and E3) in terms of Crude protein, fats and element composition. The findings showed that the protein content (240 g/kg) and fats (105 g/kg) in the breast muscle of female was higher in the E3 received against the broiler chicken received local feed. Element analysis of the E1, E2 and E3 depicted significantly higher value of Ca, K, Cu Zn and Se against the commercial feed. Other elements like Mg, Na, Fe, P, and Mn showed no variation while compared E1, E2 and E3 together. Thus the present findings suggest that the local feed E1 could be accepted at per with that of the commercial feed for poultry.

A Common Fixed Point Theorem for Two Pairs of Mappings in Dislocated Metric Space

Dislocated metric space differs from metric space for a property that self distance of a point needs not to be equal to zero. This property plays an important role to deal with the problems of various disciplines to obtain fixed point results. In this article, we establish a common fixed point theorem for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings which generalize and extend the result of Brain Fisher [1] in the setting of dislocated metric space with replacement of contractive constant by contractive modulus for which continuity of mappings is not necessary and compatible mappings by weakly compatible mappings.

Objective: To probe into clinical effects of pricking blood cupping for treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, and to interpret part of the mechanism of pricking blood cupping from the point of view of local ***: Five-center, single-blind, randomized controlled method was used.A total of 183 cases were divided into pricking blood cupping group of 68 cases, acupuncture group of 56 cases, and pricking blood cupping plus acupuncture group of 59 cases, using the random number *** were evaluated by VAS, NDI, and clinic evaluation *** cases were chosen inpricking blood cupping group and acupuncture group, and their blood perfusion changes of Dazhui and Jianjing(affected side) were recorded by laser speckle ***: VAS, NDI, and clinic evaluation scale scores were decreased(P0.05).Blood perfusion of Dazhui and Jianjing rose immediately(P<0.05) after treatment in both two groups, and changes in pricking blood cupping group were more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pricking blood cupping and acupuncture both could release pain, and improve life quality of patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy obviously, due to a better immediate blood perfusion after the treatment of pricking blood cupping.
