Objective:To perform a systematic review of the scientific literature to identify risk factors associated with hepatitis B viruses(HBV) infection among blood ***:The literature search was carried out on Pub Med and Scopus databases using the keywords "risk factors" "HBV infection" and "blood donors".No date or language restrictions were applied to the *** literature review was completed in *** selection process and the reporting of the review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses *** Newcastle Ottawa scale was using to evaluate the quality of each single primary ***:Out of 172 records resulted in the search,5 papers were included in the final analysis because they are within acceptance *** of the selected studies were cross-sectional and three of them were case-control *** association resulted with some demographic and behavioral risk factors,such as marital status,dental treatment/procedure history,no stable relationship or multiple partners and family history of HBV ***:The systematic review performed encourages to conduct further research among blood donors in order to fully understand risk factors among donors in more extensive thus to provide valuable information about surveillance.

The article discusses the emergence of some major catches throughout the present digital era. It reviews the discrepancy between the technology rate of advancement and human-beings’ ability to follow, comprehend, and adjust to it. This is, in essence, the articles’ subject matter. Several issues are analyzed about their relationships with the technological advancement. Among them are: basic knowledge and trivia, high education, human-touch decreasing, communication and media, freedom and responsibility, culture, bureaucracy, and population inquiry methods. At the last section, the social-capitalism idea is presented and proposed to be the political-economic platform of contemporary era. The proposed manifesto, which rests on collaboration, balanced activity, and common interest, refers to the following points: a. Firm’s goals should contain three elements1;b. competition is just one of other motivation factors;c. government involvement in economy is a real must;d. local and global considerations should be balanced;and e. social services The digital era/age represents a remarkable period of many technological achievements. Technical accomplishments achieved during the past 50 years, well surpassed almost all the advancements invented from the early days of history, some 5,000 years back. This achievement just demonstrates the smartness and talent, ingenuity, and wisdom of the members of Western civilization. However, it is a sad fact that since the early days of civilization, a permanent race took place between technological advancement and people or society development. This unfortunate race took place from those early days when science, philosophy, and arts were created and executed by gifted individuals that were only few and scarce until today. It is a known fact that only a small number of scholars were able to write and read the scripts of the early Egyptians or the wit of the ancient Greeks. A study on the flow characteristics in the cross-flow turbine model T15 300 has been conducted. The study was designed to examine the fluid flow trajectory in the turbine and identify areas for further improvement. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach was employed and the results were compared with experimental data. The simulation study was conducted at guide vane angle of 20o, 30o, 35o and 41o. The shaft diameter was set at 30 mm, 45 mm, 60 mm, and 75 mm for each head while the head was maintained at 50 m. The flow characteristics were determined using particles trajectory. The research findings showed that the optimal vane angle and shaft diameter for cross-flow turbine were 41o and 45 mm respectively. These results are in good agreement with experimental data from previous studies.

Lithium-ion batteries have emerged as the best portable energy storage device for the consumer electronics market. Recent progress in the development of lithium- ion batteries has been achieved by the use of selected anode materials, which have driven improvements in performance in terms of capadty, cyclic stability, and rate capability. In this regard, research focusing on the design and electrochemical performance of full cell lithium-ion batteries, utilizing newly developed anode materials, has been widely reported, and great strides in development have been made. Nanostructured anode materials have contributed largely to the development of full cell lithium-ion batteries. With this in mind, we summarize the impact of nanostructured anode materials in the performance of coin cell full lithium-ion batteries. This review also discusses the challenges and prospects of research into full cell lithium-ion batteries.

Cells have evolved DNA damage response （DDR） to repair DNA lesions and thus preserving genomic stability and impeding carcinogenesis. DNA damage induction is accompanied by transient transcription repression. Here, we describe a previously unrecognized role of chromodomain Y-like （CDYL1） protein in fortifying double-strand break （DSB）-induced transcription repression and repair. We showed that CDYL1 is rapidly recruited to damaged euchromatic regions in a poly （ADP-ribose） polymerase 1 （PARP1）-dependent, but ataxia telangiectasia mutated （ATM）-independent, manner. While the C-terminal region, containing the enoyl-CoA hydratase like （ECH） domain, of CDYL1 binds to poly （ADP-ribose）（PAR） moieties and mediates CDYL1 accumulation at DNA damage sites, the chromodomain and histone H3 trimethylated on lysine 9 （H3K9me3） mark are dispensable for its recruitment. Furthermore, CDYL1 promotes the recruitment of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 （EZH2）, stimulates local increase of the repressive methyl mark H3K27me3, and promotes transcription silencing at DSB sites. In addition, following DNA damage induction, CDYL1 depletion causes persistent G2/M arrest and alters H2AX and replication protein A （RPA2） phosphorylation. Remarkably, the ‘traffic-light reporter’ system revealed that CDYL1 mainly promotes homology-directed repair （HDR） of DSBs in vivo. Consequently, CDYL1-knockout cells display synthetic lethality with the chemotherapeutic agent, cisplatin. Altogether, our findings identify CDYL1 as a new component of the DDR and suggest that the HDR-defective ‘BRCAness’ phenotype of CDYL1-deficient cells could be exploited for eradicating cancer cells harboring CDYL1 mutations.

Hiding secret data in digital multimedia has been essential to protect the ***,attackers with a steganalysis technique may break *** steganalysis methods have good results with conventional Machine Learning(ML)techniques;however,the introduction of Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),a deep learning paradigm,achieved better performance over the previously proposed ML-based *** the existing CNN-based approaches yield good results,they present performance issues in classification accuracy and stability in the network training *** research proposes a new method with a CNN architecture to improve the hidden data detection accuracy and the training phase stability in spatial domain *** proposed method comprises three phases:pre-processing,feature extraction,and ***,in the pre-processing phase,we use spatial rich model filters to enhance the noise within images altered by data hiding;secondly,in the feature extraction phase,we use two-dimensional depthwise separable convolutions to improve the signal-to-noise and regular convolutions to model local features;and finally,in the classification,we use multi-scale average pooling for local features aggregation and representability enhancement regardless of the input size variation,followed by three fully connected layers to form the final feature maps that we transform into class probabilities using the softmax *** results identify an improvement in the accuracy of the considered recent scheme ranging between 4.6 and 10.2%with reduced training time up to 30.81%.

In this work we present a stellar structure model from the f（R）-gravity point of view capable of describing some classes of stars（white dwarfs, brown dwarfs, neutron stars, red giants and the Sun）. This model is based on f（R）-gravity field equations for f（R） = R ＋ f2R2, hydrostatic equilibrium equation and a polytropic equation of state. We compare the results obtained with those found by Newtonian theory. It has been observed that in these systems, where high curvature regimes emerge,stellar structure equations undergo modifications. Despite the simplicity of this model, the results are satisfactory. The estimated values of pressure, density and temperature of the stars are within those determined by observations. This f（R）-gravity model has proved to be necessary to describe stars with strong fields such as white dwarfs, neutron stars and brown dwarfs, while stars with weaker fields, such as red giants and the Sun, are best described by Newtonian theory.

We study the effect of a force-free end on the mechanical property of a stretched *** system can be divided into two *** first part consists of the segment counted from the fixed point（i.e.,the origin） to the forced point in the biopolymer,with arclength L_*** second part consists of the segment counted from the forced point to the force-free end with arclength △*** apply the path integral technique to find the relationship between these two *** finite temperature and without any constraint at the end,we show exactly that if we focus on the quantities related to the first part,then we can ignore the second part *** Carlo simulation confirms this *** contrast,the effect for the quantities related to the second part is dependent on what we want to observe.A force-free end has little effect on the relative extension,but it affects seriously the value of the end-to-end distance if △L is comparable to L_f.
