Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats-associated protein(CRISPR/Cas9),an adaptive microbial immune system,has been exploited as a robust,accurate,efficient and programmable method for genome targeting and *** innovative and revolutionary technique can play a significant role in animal modeling,in vivo genome therapy,engineered cell therapy,cancer diagnosis and *** CRISPR/Cas9 endonuclease system targets a specific genomic locus by single guide RNA(sgRNA),forming a heteroduplex with target *** Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9/sgRNA:DNA complex reveals a bilobed architecture with target recognition and nuclease ***/Cas9 assembly can be hijacked,and its nanoformulation can be engineered as a delivery system for different clinical ***,the efficient and safe delivery of the CRISPR/Cas9 system to target tissues and cancer cells is very challenging,limiting its clinical *** delivery strategies of this system may have many advantages,but disadvantages such as immune system stimulation,tumor promotion risk and small insertion size outweigh these ***,there is a desperate need to develop an efficient non-viral physical delivery system based on simple *** delivery strategies of CRISPR/Cas9 by a nanoparticle-based system have shown tremendous potential,such as easy and large-scale production,combination therapy,large insertion size and efficient in vivo *** review aims to provide in-depth updates on Streptococcus pyogenic CRISPR/Cas9 structure and its mechanistic *** addition,the advances in its nanoformulation-based delivery systems,including lipid-based,polymeric structures and rigid NPs coupled to special ligands such as aptamers,TAT peptides and cell-penetrating peptides,are ***,the clinical applications in different cancers,clinical trials and future prospects of CRISPR/Cas9 delivery and genome targeting are also discussed.

The present study was aimed to assess the growing stock of Timergara forest subdivision which was a part of Dir lower forest division (Pakistan). The study area was divided into two different climatic zones (i.e. sub-tropical sub humid and sub-humid temperate zones) on the basis of altitudinal considerations. A total of 43 sample plots are taken in the forest area of 8480 hectare with random sampling technique representing 0.5% of the total forest area. Each sample plot size was of one hectare. In each 100 × 100 m (1 ha plot), number of trees, diameter, age, height, increment, form factor and volume were measured. An interrelation between the diameter (independent variable) and all the other dependent variables (volume, increment and height) were found. At the end, volume tables were made which suited the local conditions as the ones used before were not suited to the local conditions.

Due to the numerous variables to take into account as well as the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty,evaluating educational institutions can be *** concept of a possibility Pythagorean fuzzy hypersoft set(pPyFHSS)is more flexible in this regard than other theoretical fuzzy set-like models,even though some attempts have been made in the literature to address such *** study investigates the elementary notions of pPyFHSS including its set-theoretic operations union,intersection,complement,OR-and *** results related to these operations are also modified for ***,the similarity measures between pPyFHSSs are formulated with the assistance of numerical examples and ***,an intelligent decision-assisted mechanism is developed with the proposal of a robust algorithm based on similarity measures for solving multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.A case study that helps the decision-makers assess the best educational institution is discussed to validate the suggested *** algorithmic results are compared with the most pertinent model to evaluate the adaptability of pPyFHSS,as it generalizes the classical possibility fuzzy set-like theoretical ***,while considering significant evaluating factors,the flexibility of pPyFHSS is observed through structural comparison.

In this paper we classify Bianchi type Ⅷ and IX space-times according to their teleparallel Killing vector fields in the teleparallel theory of gravitation by using a direct integration technique. It turns out that the dimensions of the teleparallel Killing vector fields are either 4 or 5. From the above study we have shown that the Killing vector fields for Bianchi type Ⅷ and Ⅸ space-times in the context of teleparallel theory are different from that in general relativity.

Vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)and stroke:Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability worldwide(Baig et al.,2023).There have been significant paradigm shifts in the management of acute ischemic stroke through mechanical *** chronic ischemic stroke,invasive VNS paired with rehabilitation is associated with a significant increase in upper limb motor recovery and is FDA-approved(Baig et al.,2023).There are no treatments of similar efficacy in acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)where several promising trials,e.g.,TICH-2,STOP-AUST,and TRAIGE did not show improvements in functional outcomes(Puy et al.,2023).

In this study,dichlorodifluoromethane(R12)gas and mixtures with nitrogen(N_(2))and air at different pressures and mixing ratios have been investigated and showed good alternative to SF_(6) gas in terms of high-voltage *** gases contain R12 gas,they offer good dielectric properties and possibility to be used in low-temperature *** effects and self-recoverability test have been *** strength under quasi-uniform field showed in the order of SF_(6)>R12>N_(2)>air in alternating current(AC),direct current(DC)and impulse was *** R12/N_(2)(80/20%)could reach over 0.90–0.95 times to that of SF_(6) gas at 50 lb/in^(2) at AC and R12/air(70/30%)gives 0.80–0.90 to SF_(6) gas.R12 gas presents brilliant *** optimal ratio to switch SF_(6) gas is R12/N_(2)(80/20%)and R12/air(70/30%)is based on the authors’experimental condition and setup.
