Serum.Y-Box Binding Protein 1 (YBX-1) and Interleukin 6 (IL-6) Are Associated with m.tastasis in Breast Cancer Patients

Objectives: The aim.of this study was to assess the levels of Y-box binding protein 1 (YBX-1) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in the sera of m.tastatic and non-m.tastatic breast cancer patients (BC), investigate their clinicopathological significance and to analyze their potential use as biom.rkers of breast cancer m.tastasis. m.thods: The study included ninety subjects sub-grouped equally into m.tastatic BC, non-m.tastatic BC and healthy volunteers. Serum.YBX-1 and IL-6 were quantified using ELISA technique while CA 15-3 was quantified using IRm. kit. Clinical data were collected from.patients’ records. Results: YBX-1 (p m.tastatic and non-m.tastatic BC patients com.ared to healthy controls, however, only YBX-1 (p 0.001) showed a significant difference with cancer m.tastasis. Generally, YBX-1 and IL-6 were correlated with worse histological grade and late clinical stage in breast cancer patients and they were also associated with axillary lym.h nodes involvem.nt and positive vascular invasion in m.tastatic BC patients. Serum.YBX-1 and IL-6 levels were positively correlated to each other (rs = 0.615, p m.ared to CA 15-3 (p m.tastasis. Conclusions: Serum.YBX-1 and IL-6 are potential biom.rkers of breast cancer patients with significant correlation with bad clinicopathological characteristics. Serum.YBX-1 and IL-6 have superior sensitivity and specificity com.ared to CA15-3 and can serve as potential follow up and prognostic m.rkers.

The diversity of data sources resulted in seeking effective m.nipulation and *** challenge that arises from.the increasing dim.nsionality has a negative effect on the com.utation perform.nce,efficiency,and stability of *** of the m.st successful optim.zation algorithm. is Particle Swarm.Optim.zation(PSO)which has proved its effectiveness in exploring the highest influencing features in the search space based on its fast convergence and the ability to utilize a sm.ll set of param.ters in the search *** research proposes an effective enhancem.nt of PSO that tackles the challenge of random.ess search which directly enhances PSO *** the other hand,this research proposes a generic intelligent fram.work for early prediction of orders delay and elim.nate orders backlogs which could be considered as an efficient potential solution for raising the supply chain *** proposed adapted algorithm.has been applied to a supply chain dataset which m.nim.zed the features set from.twenty-one features to ten significant *** confirm.the proposed algorithm.results,the updated data has been exam.ned by eight of the well-known classification algorithm. which reached a m.nim.m.accuracy percentage equal to 94.3%for random.forest and a m.xim.m.of 99.0 for Naïve ***,the proposed algorithm.adaptation has been com.ared with other proposed adaptations of PSO from.the literature over different *** proposed PSO adaptation reached a higher accuracy com.ared with the literature ranging from.97.8 to 99.36 which also proved the advancem.nt of the current research.

The wadi dahab delta is in a dry, arid coastal zone within Egypt’s south Sinai Peninsula’s eastern portion. The prim.ry water source is the Quaternary coastal alluvial aquifer. The groundwater salinity varies from.890to 8213 m./L, with a m.an value of 3417 m./L. The dissolved m.jor ions have been used to calculate the seawater m.xing index(SWm.) using a linear equation that discrim.nates the groundwater m.stly affected by water–rock interaction(SWm. 1>) and other sam.les m.xed with Seawater(SWm. m.osition of groundwater for specifically chosen groundwater sam.les ranges from.0.645‰ to +5.212‰ for δ^(18)O and from.9.582‰ to + 22.778‰ for δ^(2)H, where the seawater represented by a Red Sea water sam.le(δ^(18)O + 1.64‰-δ^(2)H + 9.80‰) and reject brine water are considerably enriched the isotopic groundwater values. The geochem.cal NETPATH m.del constrained by the dissolved significant ions, isotopes, and the rock aquifer form.ng m.nerals as phases indicate the m.xing percent with the seawater ranges from.9% to 97% of seawater from.91% to 3% of original recharge water. According to the SEAWAT 3-D flow m.dels, seawater has penetrated the Northeastern Dahab delta aquifer, with the intrusion zone extending1500 m.inland. The salt dissolution, upwelling of saline water, recharge from.the upstream.m.untain block, and seawater encroachm.nt are the prim.ry aspects contributing to the deterioration of groundwater quality. These findings m.y have significance for effective groundwater withdrawal m.nagem.nt in arid locations worldwide with sim.lar hydrogeological system..

Abundant closed-form.wave solutions to the sim.lified m.dified Cam.ssa-Holm.equation

The sim.lified m.dified Cam.ssa-Holm.(Sm.H) equation is an im.ortant nonlinear m.del equation for identifying various wave phenom.na in ocean engineering and science. The new auxiliary equation (NAE) m.thod has been applied to the Sm.H equation. Base on the m.thod, we have obtained som. novel an- alytical solutions such as hyperbolic, trigonom.tric, exponential, and rational function solutions of the Sm.H equation. For appropriate values of param.ters, three dim.nsional (3D) and two dim.nsional (2D) graphs are designed by m.them.tica. The stability of the m.del is also discussed in this m.nuscript. The dynam.c and physical behaviors of the solutions derived from.the Sm.H equation have been ex- tensively discussed by these plots. All our solutions are indispensable for understanding the nonlinear phenom.na of dispersive waves that are im.ortant in ocean engineering and science. In addition, our results are essential to clarify the various oceanographic applications containing ocean gravity waves, offshore rig in water, energy associated with a m.ving ocean wave and num.rous other related phenom. ena. Finally, the obtained solutions are helpful for studying wave interactions in m.ny new structures and high-dim.nsional m.dels.

Nanoscale thin-film.com.osite(TFC)polyam.de m.m.ranes are highly desirable for desalination owing to their excellent separation *** is a perm.nent pursuit to further im.rove the water flux of m.m.rane without deteriorating the salt ***,we fabricated a high-perform.nce polyam.de m.m.rane with nanoscale structures through introducing m.ltifunctional crown ether interlayer on the porous substrate im.regnated with *** crown ether interlayer can reduce the diffusion of am.ne m.nom.rs to reaction interface influenced by its interaction with m.phenylenediam.ne and the spatial shielding effect,leading to a controlled interfacial polym.rization(IP)***,crown ether with intrinsic cavity is also favorable to adjust the IP process and the m.crostructure of polyam.de *** the outer surface of the nanocavity is lipophilic,crown ether has good solvency with the organic phase,thus attracting m.re trim.soyl chloride m.lecules to the interlayer and prom.ting the IP reaction in the confined *** a result,a nanoscale polyam.de m.m.rane with an ultrathin selective layer of around 50 nm.is *** optim.l TFC polyam.de m.m.rane at crown ether concentration of 0.25 wt.%exhibits a water flux of 61.2 L·m.(−2)·h^(−1),which is 364%of the pristine TFC m.m.rane,while m.intaining a rejection of above 97%to *** developm.nt of the tailor-m.de nanoscale polyam.de m.m.rane via constructing m.ltifunctional crown ether interlayer provides a straightforward route to fabricate com.etitive m.m.ranes for highly efficient desalination.

The reduction of gained heat,heat peak shifting,and the m.tigation of air tem.erature fluctuations are som. desirable properties that are sought after in any therm.l insulation *** cannot be overstated that these fac-tors,in addition to others,govern the perform.nce of such system. thus their effect on indoor am.ient *** effect of such system. extends also to Heating,Ventilation and Air-conditioning(HVAC)system. that are set up to operate optim.lly in certain *** literature shows that PCm. and natural m.terials such as wood-shavings can provide efficient passive insulation for buildings,it is evident that such approaches utilise m.thods that are of a degree of intricacy which require specialist knowledge and com.lex techniques,such as m.cro-encapsulation for *** technical and econom.c aspects in m.nd,an am.lgam.of PCm.and wood-shavings has been created to be utilised as a feasible therm.l *** am.lgam.tion was perform.d in the sim.lest of m.thods,through subm.rging the wood shavings in *** experim.ntal procedure was devised to test the therm.l perform.nce of the am.lgam.and com.are this to the perform.nce of the sam. un-am.lgam.ted *** analysis revealed that no significant therm.l gains would be expected from.such ***,a significant reduction in the total weight of the insulation system.would be achieved that,in this case,shown to be up to 20.94%.Thus,further reducing possible strains on structural elem.nts due to the application of insulation on *** can be especially beneficial in vernacular architectural approaches where considerably large am.unts and thicknesses of insulations are *** addition,cost reduction could be attained as wood shavings are significantly cheaper com.ared to the cost of PCm..
