Ni(Ⅱ) ions were remov.d.from aqueous waste using micellar enhanced.ultrafiltration(MEUF) with a mixture of *** surfactant mixture was the nonionic surfactant Tween 80(TW80) mixed.with the anionic surfactant sod.um d.d.cyl sulfate(Sd.) in d.fferent molar ratios ranging from 0.1–*** operational v.riables of the MEUF process such as pH,applied.pressure,surfactant to metal ion ratio and.nonionic to ionic surfactant molar ratio(α) were *** of Ni and.TW80 was 99% and.98% respectiv.ly whereas that for Sd. was 65%.The flux and.all resistances(fouling resistance,resistance d.e to concentration polarization)were measured.and.calculated.for entire range of αrespectiv.ly.A calculated.flux was found.to be d.clined.with time,which was mainly attributed.to concentration polarization rather than resistance from membrane fouling.

Optical properties of cobalt ferrite(CoFe2O4) nanoparticles are mod.led.and.simulated.employing finite element analysis(FEA) and.d.nsity functional theory(d.T) for d.fferent particle sizes. The simulated.absorption maxima of electronic excitations is red.shifted.from 330 nm to 410 nm using finite element analysis and.from 331.27 nm to 409.07 nm using quantum mechanical method. with increasing particle sizes from 40 nm to 50 nm. The measured.absorption maxima matched.the simulated.results reasonably well and.red.shifted.to longer wav.lengths from 315.59 nm to 426.73 nm with the increase in particle sizes from 30 nm to 50 nm. The d.T simulated. FEA simulated.and.experimentally d.riv.d.optical band.gap energies, Eg, were also acquired.and.compared. The simulated.Egv.lues d.creased.from 3.228 to 2.478 e v.and.from 3.266 to 2.456 e v. while the experimental Egv.lue d.creased.from 3.473 to 2.697 e v. with increasing the particle sizes. The research d.monstrated.that the optical absorption of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles can be d.scribed.with high accuracy using the quantum mechanical interpretation based.on d.T. FEA based.simulations hav. shown limitations for smaller(d.e to the increased.surface scattering that prev.nted.a stable solution for simulations beyond.the quasistatic limit. The d.T computational tool d.v.loped.by this stud. can enable both the low cost computation and.highly reliable pred.ction of optical absorption properties and.optical band.ed.es, and.thus contribute to und.rstand.ng and.d.sign of CoFe2O4 nanoparticle properties prior to fabrication and.functionalization of them, for a wid. range of applications especially for sensing and.photonic wav. mod.lations.

Near-infrared.germanium(Ge) photod.tectors monolithically integrated.on top of silicon-on-insulator substrates are univ.rsally regard.d.as key enablers toward. chip-scale nanophotonics, with applications ranging from sensing and.health monitoring to object recognition and.optical communications. In this work, we report on the highd.ta-rate performance pin wav.guid. photod.tectors mad. of a lateral hetero-structured.silicon-Ge-silicon(Si-Ge-Si) junction operating und.r low rev.rse bias at 1.55 μm. The pin photod.tector integration scheme consid.rably eases d.v.ce manufacturing and.is fully compatible with complementary metal-oxid.-semicond.ctor technology. In particular, the hetero-structured.Si-Ge-Si photod.tectors show efficiency-band.id.h prod.cts of^9 GHz at-1 v.and.~30 GHz at-3 v. with a leakage d.rk current as low as ~150 nA, allowing superior signal d.tection of high-speed.d.ta traffic. A bit-error rate of 10-9 is achiev.d.for conv.ntional 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, and.5 Gbps d.ta rates, yield.ng optical power sensitiv.ties of-13.85 d.m,-12.70 d.m, and.11.25 d.m, respectiv.ly. This d.monstration opens up new horizons toward. cost-effectiv. Ge pin wav.guid. photod.tectors that combine fast d.v.ce operation at low v.ltages with stand.rd.semicond.ctor fabrication processes, as d.sired.for reliable on-chip architectures in next-generation nanophotonics integrated.circuits.

试验旨在研究用甜高粱与苜蓿混合比例为100:0(组Ⅰ)、80:20(组Ⅱ)、60:40(组Ⅲ)、40:60(组Ⅳ)和20:80(组Ⅴ)的青贮饲喂卡拉库尔羊后对其生长性能、血清生化及抗氧化能力的影响。根据生长发育相近的原则,将30只羊,随机分为5组。结果表明:(1)在60 d.,组Ⅳ的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量高于其他各组,与组Ⅰ差异显著(Pd.,组Ⅳ、Ⅴ的白细胞、淋巴细胞低于其他组,与组Ⅱ差异显著(P0.05)。(3)各组尿素氮、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶无显著差异(P>0.05);在30 d.,组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的肌酐高于组Ⅰ、Ⅴ,差异显著(Pd.,组Ⅲ的总胆固醇低于组Ⅱ、Ⅳ,差异不显著(P>0.05),组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的碱性磷酸酶高于组Ⅰ、Ⅱ,差异显著(Pd.,组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的丙二醛低于组Ⅱ、Ⅴ,无显著差异(P>0.05);组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的超氧化物歧化酶高于其他组差异显著(P<0.05);组Ⅳ的总抗氧化能力高于组Ⅱ、Ⅴ,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,40%~60%的甜高粱与苜蓿混合青贮可提高育肥羊的生长性能,对血常规指标无明显影响,可改善血清生化指标并提高抗氧化能力;该比例混合青贮可作为育肥羊的优质饲粮进行推广。
