After the first research with this technique done by the first author, ten operations on the foot and ankle were performed on five patients (two boys and three girls) suffering from severe club foot deformity all with bilateral foot affection. Their ages ranged from five to fourteen years. All of them were treated by soft tissue release, skin flap (rotational flap), supplemented with Alkhooly external fixator. The follow up period ranged from two to seven years. The results according to Mittal (1987) [1] were excellent in eight feet (80%) and good in two feet (20%).

本文深入研究并调查了卡塔尔建筑行业中建筑项目纠纷的典型原因,其次,分析了有效解决纠纷的办法。同时,就如何减少纠纷的负面影响以及未来如何避免纠纷这两个重要问题进行了深入地探讨。在此基础上,本文还评估了卡塔尔建筑行业在正常时期与新冠病毒疫情背景下的差异,梳理了新冠病毒对卡塔尔建筑行业的一系列影响,包括对任何已存在的纠纷的影响,以及未来可能发生的纠纷的影响。由于有关卡塔尔建筑行业的纠纷信息除了本地承包商和本地司法系统之外并不为外界所熟知,因此,本次研究旨在能够提供一些卡塔尔建筑项目中的纠纷信息,以及为纠纷预防提供一些启示。首先,本文着眼于过去的研究,调查了其他国家建筑项目中的纠纷及其原因。接下来,本文重点研究了冠病毒爆发后对建筑行业造成的冲击。并且,本文针对不同类型的纠纷探讨了多项解决方案以及有效预防纠纷的办法。为了收集数据,本文采用在线调研的方法,以问卷的形式对385名当地建筑行业的专业人员以及法律行业的专业人员进行了调研,其中包括承包商、顾问、客户、工程师、项目经理、律师和公司高管。此外,使用了案例研究方法,以其中6名参与者为素材,具体分析了卡塔尔建筑行业中发生的纠纷。研究表明,在卡塔尔建筑项目纠纷中,最典型原因是延期交工、订单变更、未遵守合同义务和未能达到客户预期的效果。同时,通过分析,认为新冠疫情对卡塔尔建筑行业的影响相当轻微,而疫情背景下发生的建筑纠纷也并不完全归因于疫情。由此,本文得出结论:由于全球范围内劳动力的限制和原材料的短缺,工程延误和工程成本上升是导致卡塔尔建筑项目纠纷的主要原因。为了最小化纠纷产生的负面影响或避免未来可能发生的纠纷,建议承包商和客户在施工前应确定更为详细的工作范围,并且在施工期间仍然要保持有效的沟通,承包商也应不断发展更为成熟的风险管理技术以应对未来的潜在变化。在纠纷解决的方式上,以双方友善协商为主,并及时调解可能继续发生的纠纷来避免更严重的负面影响。本文的研究结果不仅有助于进一步深入调查卡塔尔建筑行业中存在的纠纷,也为未来发生类似新冠疫情这样的突发事件后建筑行业避免纠纷的方法提供了一些帮助和启示。

Owing to the significance of improving fuel economy, reducing emissions, and extending the durability of engine components, this study focused on the tribological performance of nano-additives. In this study, copper (Cu) and graphene (Gr) nanomaterials were dispersed in a fully formulated engine oil (5W-30) with different concentrations. The tribological trials were investigated under various speeds and loads, utilizing a reciprocating tribometer to mimic the ring/liner interfaces in the engine. The frictional surface morphologies were com-prehensively analyzed using electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPMA), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and three dimensional (3D) surface profilometry to explore the mechanisms responsible for improving the tribological performance of the frictional sliding parts in the engine. The tribological test results illustrated that lubrication by nano-additives reduced the wear rate (WR) and friction coefficient (COF) by 25%–30% and 26.5%–32.6%, respectively, as compared with 5W-30. The results showed that this is a promising approach for increasing the durability and lifespan of frictional sliding components and fuel economy in automobile engines.

The oil industries are an important part of a country’s *** crude oil’s price is influenced by a wide range of ***,how accurately can countries predict its behavior and what predictors to employ are two main *** this view,we propose utilizing deep learning and ensemble learning techniques to boost crude oil’s price forecasting *** suggested method is based on a deep learning snapshot ensemble method of the Transformer *** examine the superiority of the proposed model,this paper compares the proposed deep learning ensemble model against different machine learning and statistical models for daily Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC)oil price *** results demonstrated the outperformance of the proposed method over statistical and machine learning *** precisely,the proposed snapshot ensemble of Transformer method achieved relative improvement in the forecasting performance compared to autoregressive integrated moving average ARIMA(1,1,1),ARIMA(0,1,1),autoregressive moving average(ARMA)(0,1),vector autoregression(VAR),random walk(RW),support vector machine(SVM),and random forests(RF)models by 99.94%,99.62%,99.87%,99.65%,7.55%,98.38%,and 99.35%,respectively,according to mean square error metric.

The garnet muscovite granitic pegmatite of Um Solimate,in southern Egypt,represents a promising asset for strategic and economic metals,especially Bi-Ni-Ag-Nb-Ta as well as U and *** ore bodies occur as large masses,pockets and/or veins of very coarse-grained pegmatites,which consist mainly of K-feldspar,quartz and albite with subordinate muscovite,garnet,and *** data revealed that e U-and e Th-contents of the pegmatites reach up to 39 ppm and 82 ppm,*** studied pegmatites are enriched in primary U and Th minerals(uraninite,coffinite,thorianite and uranothorite)as well as Hf-rich zircon and monazite,which give rise to anomalous radioactive ***-tantalium-bearing minerals(***,microlite and uranopyrochlore),xenotime,barite,galena,fluorite,and apatite are ubiquitous,and,consequently,the studied pegmatites belong tothe Niobium-Yttrium-Fluorine-type(NYF)*** noble metal mineralization includes argentite(Ag_(2)S),native Ni and Bi as well as bismite and *** addition,beryl and tourmaline are observed in pegmatites near the contact with metasediments and ultramafic *** observed compositional variations of Ta/(Ta+Nb)and Mn/(Mn+Fe)ratios in columbite(0.08-0.45 and 0.11-0.57,respectively)and Hf contents in zircon(3.54-6.46 wt%)may reflectan extreme degree of magmatic fractionation leading to formation of the pegmatite orebody.

(1-x)MnFe_(2)O_(4)(MFO)/xZnMn_(2)O_(4)(ZMO)(x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,and 1.0)nanocomposite samples were prepared using co-precipitation *** phase percentage,cell parameters,and crystallite size of MFO and ZMO phases in each nanocomposite sample were calculated using Rietveld refinement *** x-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy techniques established the variation in the lattice parameters of each phase are due to permutation of all cations among the octahedral and tetrahedral sites of MFO and *** different oxidation states of different ions in all samples were determined using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** variation in absorbance of the nanocomposite samples with composition parameter(x)is dependent on the wavelength *** optical bandgap of the nanocomposite samples is decreased as the content of ZMO phase *** effect of alloying on the refractive index,extinction coefficient,dielectric constant,optical conductivity,and the nonlinear optical behaviors of all samples were studied in *** nanocomposite sample x=0.5 disclosed upgraded optical parameters with the highest refractive index,optical conductivity,and PL intensity,which nominate it to be functional in various application fields.

The salinity stress is one of the most relevant abiotic stresses that affects the agricultural *** present study was performed to study the improvement of the salt tolerance of tomato plants which is known for their susceptibility to salt *** present study aimed to assess to what extent strain Azospirillum brasilense(N040)and Saccharomyces cerevisiae improve the salt tolerance to tomato plants treated with different salt *** inoculant strain ***(N040)was previously adapted to survive up to 7%NaCl in the basal media.A greenhouse experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of this inoculation on growth parameter such as:plant height,root length,fresh and dry weight,fruits fresh weight,chlorophyll content,proline and total soluble sugar in tomato plants under salt stress *** results revealed that co-inoculation of Azospirillum brasilense(N040)and Saccharomyces cerevisiae significantly increased the level of proline(8.63 mg/g FW)and total soluble sugar(120 mg/g FW)of leaves under salinity condition comparing to non-inoculated plants(2.3 mg/g FW and 70 mg/g FW,respectively).Plants co-inoculated with adapted strain of *** and *** showed the highest significant(paline soils.
