In recent years,it has been evident that internet is the most effective means of transmitting information in the form of documents,photographs,or videos around the *** purpose of an image compression method is to encode a picture with fewer bits while retaining the decompressed image’s visual *** transmission,this massive data necessitates a lot of channel *** order to overcome this problem,an effective visual compression approach is required to resize this large amount of *** work is based on lossy image compression and is offered for static color *** quantization procedure determines the compressed data quality *** images are converted from RGB to International Commission on Illumination CIE La^(∗)b^(∗);and YCbCr color spaces before being *** the transform domain,the color planes are encoded using the proposed quantization *** improve the efficiency and quality of the compressed image,the standard quantization matrix is updated with the respective image *** used seven discrete orthogonal transforms,including five variations of the Complex Hadamard Transform,Discrete Fourier Transform and Discrete Cosine Transform,as well as thresholding,quantization,de-quantization and inverse discrete orthogonal transforms with CIE La^(∗)b^(∗);and YCbCr to RGB *** to signal noise ratio,signal to noise ratio,picture similarity index and compression ratio are all used to assess the quality of compressed *** the relevant transforms,the image size and bits per pixel are also *** the(n,n)block of transform,adaptive scanning is used to acquire the best feasible compression *** of these characteristics,multimedia systems and services have a wide range of possible applications.

PTEN as a Novel Diagnostic and Prognostic Biomarker of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This review article explores phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN)’s role in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)through comprehensive expression and methylation examinations,genetic mutation investigation,and prognostic *** the UALCAN informational collection,PTEN expression examination uncovered a critical over-expression in HNSCC cells isolated from normal control samples,proposing its role in HNSCC ***,analysis of PTEN expression across various clinical limits has shown critical up-regulation in different cancer development stages,racial groups,gender,and age classes within the context of HNSCC patients,suggesting its major role in cancer *** expression was validated by utilizing the GEPIA2.0 online tool,which showed PTEN expression was particularly significantly expressed in HNSCC cancer improvement when it appeared differently from normal control ***,examining PTEN validation across different phases of cancer advancement showed dysregulation in each of the four phases with the most raised expression in stage I and the least expression in stage ***,this study investigated the promoter methylation level of PTEN,figuring out a basic relationship between HNSCC samples and normal control *** promoter methylation across various clinical limits uncovered massive variations,with specific methylation patterns seen across malignant growth stages,race groups,gender,and age *** survival and disease-free survival(OS and DFS)utilizing the KM plotter tool showed a critical relationship between PTEN expression levels in HNSCC patients,showing high PTEN expression exhibited good overall survival when showed up distinctively comparable to low PTEN expression *** addition,in disease-free survival(DFS)evaluation HNSCC patients showing low PTEN expression experienced great DFS relative to HNSCC patients with high PTEN ***,to validate PTEN expression against surviv

Garden pea productivity and qualities are hampered in zinc(Zn),boron(B),and molybdenum(Mo)deficient ***,the combination of micronutrients(i.e.,Zn,B,and Mo)and rhizobium is necessary to increase the productivity and quality of garden peas,since this management for garden peas is neglected in ***,the present study was made to assess the effectiveness of rhizobium inoculant singly or in combination with the micronutrients(i.e.,Zn,B,and Mo)on growth,yield,nutrient uptake,and quality of garden *** were:T_(1)=Control,T_(2)=Rhizobium inoculation at 50 g/kg seed,T_(3)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)Mo1,T_(4)=T_(2)+B_(2)Mo1,T_(5)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)B_(2),T_(6)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)B_(2)Mo1 and T_(7)=Zn_(3)B_(2)*** treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block design and repeated all treatments in three *** application of 3 kg Zn,2 kg B,and 1 kg Mo ha^(−1)with inoculation of Rhizobium at 50 g kg^(−1)seed(T_(6))facilitated to increase of 44.8%in the green pod and 29.7%seed yield over *** same treatment contributed to attaining the maximum nodulation(25.3 plant^(−1)),Vitamin C(43.5 mg 100 g^(−1)),protein content(22.2%),and nutrient uptake as well as accumulation in garden *** all treatment combinations,treatment T_(6)was found superior to others based on microbial activities,soil fertility,and *** results of the study found that the application of 3 kg Zn,2 kg B,and 1 kg Mo ha^(−1)in combination with Rhizobium inoculation(50 g kg^(−1)seed)can improve the yield and quality of garden *** results of the study have the potential for the areas,where there is no use of Rhizobium inoculant or Zn,B,and Mo fertilizer for cultivation of garden pea.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is considered the fifth most prevalent cancer among all types of cancers and has the third most morbidity value. It has the most frequent duplication time and a high recurrence rate. Recently, the most unique technique used is liquid biopsies, which carry many markers;the most prominent is circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA). Varied methods are used to investigate ctDNA, including various forms of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) [emulsion PCR(ePCR), digital PCR(dPCR), and bead, emulsion, amplification, magnetic(BEAMing) PCR]. Hence ctDNA is being recognized as a potential biomarker that permits early cancer detection,treatment monitoring, and predictive data on tumor burden are subjective to therapy or surgery. Numerous ctDNA biomarkers have been investigated based on their alterations such as 1) single nucleotide variations(either insertion or deletion of a nucleotide) markers including TP53, KRAS, and CCND1;2) copy number variations which include markers such as CDK6, EFGR, MYC and BRAF;3) DNA methylation(RASSF1A, SEPT9, KMT2C and CCNA2);4) homozygous mutation includes ctDNA markers as CDKN2A, AXIN1;and 5) gain or loss of function of the genes, particularly for HCC. Various researchers have conducted many studies and gotten fruitful ***, there are some drawbacks to ctDNA namely low quantity, fragment heterogeneity, less stability, limited mutant copies and standards, and differential sensitivity. However, plenty of investigations demonstrate ctDNA's significance as a polyvalent biomarker for cancer and can be viewed as a future diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic agent. This article overviews many conditions in genetic changes linked to the onset and development of HCC, such as dysregulated signaling pathways, somatic mutations, single-nucleotide polymorphisms, and genomic instability. A Modified Peng-Robinson Equation State for Prediction of Gas Adsorption Isotherm

This research proposes a modified two-dimensional Peng-Robinson equation model to predict adsorption isotherm in adsorbate-adsorbent systems. The parameters of the proposed model are calculated by using the optimization of experimental data for the different single gas adsorption systems at various temperatures. The experimental adsorption equilibrium data of adsorbate-adsorbent systems was compared with the calculated results in our proposed model and the two-dimensional Hill-deBoer equation model. The proposed model as indicated in the results shows a better prediction of the experimental results compared with two others.

Seed Mediated Growth of Gold Nanoparticles Based on Liquid Arc Discharge

We report studies on the growth of gold nanoparticles by a seed-mediated approach in solution. The synthetic method is adapted from one we published earlier （Ashkarran et al. Appl. Phys. A 2009, 96, 423）. The synthesized gold nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, dynamic light scattering （DLS）, UV-Vis spectroscopy, optical imaging and atomic force microscopy （AFM）. Optical absorption spectroscopy of the prepared samples at 15 A arc current in HAuCI4 solution shows a surface plasmon resonance around 520 nm. It is found that sodium citrate acts as a stabilizer and surface capping agent of the colloidal nanoparticles. The intensity of the plasmonic peak of the prepared gold nanoparticles for 1 minute arc duration gradually increases due to seed mediation for up to 6 hours. The formation time of gold nanoparticles at higher seed concentrations is less than that at lower seed concentrations.
