The p.otective effect of modified nanodiamonds (MND) under the action of cobalt and nickel ions on the skin of Guinea p.gs was shown. At the action of chromium ions on the skin of animals, the p.otective effect of MND was not found. The differences are related to different adsorp.ion p.op.rties of MND to the investigated colored metal ions. It is shown in vitro that MND can adsorb ions of cobalt and nickel and don’t bind ions of chromium from aqueous medium. The p.rsp.ctives using of MND as a new drug for the p.evention allergic dermatitis caused by action of bivalent ions of metals are discussed.

Model test-systems for biochemical determination of glucose and cholesterol are designed by covalent coup.ing of enzymes to the surface of modified nanodiamonds (MND). In both cases after immobilization on MND the enzymes exhibit activity and catalyze the formation of a colored p.oduct in the chain of successive enzymatic reactions of oxidative azocoup.ing (Н2О2—4-aminoantip.rine—p.enol). p.oduced MND-enzymes comp.exes: function in DI water and various buffers, over a wide range of temp.rature and p., p.ovide for the linear p.oduct yield over a broad concentration range of analyzed substances, make p.ssible to test cholesterol and glucose in vitro many times, exhibit functional activity after long storage at + 4°C.

We rep.rt on the novel heterometallic quaternary selenide EuCeCuSe3,the fabrication of which has been a challenge until this *** structure of the rep.rted selenide was elucidated from the p.wder X-ray diffraction data,which revealed the formation of EuCeCuSe3with excellent yield(96.7%)accomp.nied with a minor fraction of CeSe2(3.3%),and was best solved in orthorhombic sp.ce group.p.ma with the BaLaCuS3structural ***,the crystal structure of the title comp.und comp.etes the row of the heterometallic quaternary selenides EuRECuSe3(RE=La,p.,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y),of which the cerium-based derivative exclusively belongs to the BaLaCuS3structural *** distortion of the CuSe4p.lyhedron was comp.red for the whole series of EuRECuSe3comp.unds using theτ4-descrip.or for four coordinated ions,which revealed the highest degree of distortion for the Ce3+-containing selenide,followed by the La3+-based ***,the crystallograp.ic and geometrical p.rameters of the rep.rted selenide were discussed in comp.rison to the Ce3+-based sulfides SrCeCuS3and *** initio calculations of the crystal structure,a p.onon sp.ctrum and elastic constants for the crystal of EuCeCuSe3were also *** typ.s and wavenumbers of fundame ntal modes were determined and the involvement of ions p.rticip.ting in the p.onon modes was *** exp.rimental IR sp.ctrum of the rep.rted selenide was interp.eted and found to be in agreement with the calculated *** exp.rimental direct band gap.of EuCeCuSe3was measured to be 1.36 eV that is consistent with the concep. of its origin due to interband transitions between orbitals emerging mainly from 4f(valence band)and 5d(conduction band)levels of the Eu2+*** dep.ndence of the Young’s modulus on the direction demonstrates the anisotrop. of the elastic p.op.rties,while the Vickers hardness for EuCeCuSe3was calculated to be 5.2 ***,the title comp.und is p.ramagnetic above 4 K.

In 2021,the Belle collaboration rep.rted the first observation of a new structure in theψ(2S)γfinal state p.oduced in the two-p.oton fusion *** the hadronic molecule p.cture,this new structure can be associatedwith the shallow isoscalar D*D* bound state and as such is an excellent candidate for the sp.n-2 p.rtner of the X(3872)with the quantum numbers J^(p.)=2^(++)conventionally named X_(2).

p.esent-day conditions of the Lake Kenon ecosystem are determined by a combination of natural and anthrop.genic factors. We have estimated the effects of a comp.ex of factors on the condition of the abiotic environment and on sp.cific biological comp.nents in the lake ecosystem. Change in biogenic load has caused an increase in the role of p.ytop.ankton in the general balance of organic matter during the high-water p.riod. Charop.ytes are the main dominants of bottom vegetation. Anthrop.genic load has caused a decrease in both fish sp.cies and fish cap.city. The lake ap.lication as a water reservoir-cooler has influenced the average annual water mineralization （from 420 mg/L to 530.0 mg/L with a maximum 654 mg/L in 1993） and fluctuations in its hydrochemical comp.sition. The p.esent comp.sition of the lake is sulfate-hydrocarbonate-chloride calcium-sodic-magnesium in character. S（Y44 content is twice as much as the maximum p.rmissible concentration in fishery waters. Water drainage from an ash disp.sal area to the lake has caused an increase in chemical-element concentrations including the heavy metals. Hg concentration in p.rca fluviatilis muscles is 0.5 9g/g dry wt. Thus, understanding directions in the ecosystem of the water reservoir-cooler under changing hydrological conditions will let us forecast the consequences of new combined heat and p.wer p.ant op.ration.

A detailed study of the mineral comp.sition and microstructure of the black shales associated with OAE1 a （Eastern Russian p.atform）, OAElb （Middle Casp.an）, and the host rocks has been carried out using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscop.c, and microp.obe analyses. The results p.ovide imp.rtant constraints for dep.sitional environments in the sedimentary basins. Black shales with p.rite framboids imp.y euxinic （sulfidic） conditions with increased organic matter p.eservation. Disintegrating framboids suggest p.rtial or comp.ete dissolution of the organic matter inside the framboids due to increasing water oxygenation. OAEla on the Eastern Russian p.atform is heterogeneous as it includes thin interbeds of concretionary coccolith limestones within the interval of bituminous shales, and correlates with the Lower Ap.ian Rhagodiscus angustus nannofossil zone. The coccolith limestones indicate short intermittent ep.sodes of interrup.ed stagnation, rap.d oxygenation, and restoration of normal marine conditions. The p.esence of montmorillonite, albite, microcline, and diop.ide in the bituminous siltstones and in the host siltstones of OAEla on the Eastern Russian p.atform, as well as a high content of titanium in the black siltstones correlated with OAEIb in the Middle Casp.an allow p.op.sing significant inp.t of p.roclastic material into the extant sea.

This article p.esents the results of hydrochemical and hydrobiological studies of shallow saline lakes of the Borzya group.Zabaikalsky Krai, Russia) at the initial filling p.ase. The lake-margin ecosystems of the studied lakes are characterized by varying degrees of salinity from p.lyhaline to brine water. Cyclical variations of meteorological conditions and high salinity determined that the comp.sitions of the aquatic organisms are sp.cific, mostly between stenohaline and euryhaline sp.cies, the quantities are low, and the community structures are simp.e.
