Developing an ac.ive and stable anode c.talyst for the proton exc.ange membrane water elec.rolyzer(PEM-WE)is a c.itic.l objec.ive to enhanc. the ec.nomic.viability of green hydrogen ***,the expensive iridium-based elec.roc.talyst remains the sole prac.ic.l material with industrial-level stability for the ac.dic.oxygen evolution reac.ion(OER)at the ***-based c.talysts have been proposed as more c.st-effec.ive alternatives with improved ac.ivity,though their stability requires *** c.rrent urgent goal is to reduc. c.sts and noble metal loading of the OER c.talyst while maintaining robust ac.ivity and *** this study,we design a Ru-based OER c.talyst inc.rporating Pb as a supporting *** elec.roc.talyst exhibits an OER overpotential of 201 mV at 10 mA·c.^(-2),simultaneously reduc.ng Ru noble metal loading by~40%.Normalization of the elec.roc.emic.lly ac.ive surfac. area unveils improved intrinsic.ac.ivity c.mpared to the pristine RuO_(2) *** a prac.ic.l stability test in a PEM-WE setup,our developed c.talyst sustains stable performanc. over 300 h without notable degradation,undersc.ring its potential for future applic.tions as a reliable anodic.c.talyst.

Bac.0}round: This study aims to explore the signific.nc. of serum amylase levels in patients with organophosphorus pestic.de (OP) poisoning and to provide a new perspec.ive for evaluating the severity and prognosis of OP poisoning. Methods: The c.inic.l data of 67 patients with ac.te OP poisoning, who had been treated in the emergenc. department of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medic.l University between September 2020 and August 2022, were retrospec.ively analyzed. Using Spearman rank.c.rrelation, serum amylase levels during admission and severity of poisoning c.rrelated with disc.arge outc.mes. Based on serum amylase levels, rec.iver operating c.arac.eristic.c.rves were plotted to predic. the severity and mortality of patients who experienc. organophosphate poisoning. The optimal threshold serum amylase level at admission was determined based on the maximum Youden index. Results: Using Spearman rank.c.rrelation analysis, serum amylase levels at admission positively c.rrelated with the severity of poisoning and disc.arge outc.mes, but the degree of c.rrelation was weak.(rs: 0.344; 0.264; P lase levels at admission had rec.iver operating c.arac.eristic.area under the c.rve values of 0.726 and 0.735 to predic. the degree of severe poisoning and death, respec.ively. Based on the maximum Youden index, the optimal threshold of serum amylase were 97.8 and 194.1 U/l when the degree of poisoning was severe and the disc.arge outc.me of patients was died. In c.mparison to patients with serum amylase levels ≤194.1 U/l at admission, the OR values of death in patients with serum amylase levels >194.1 U/l at admission was 15.944 (95% c.: 1.825–139.274). c.nc.usion: Serum amylase levels in patients with organophosphate poisoning c.rrelate with the degree of poisoning and disc.arge outc.mes. Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluoresc.nc. intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntrations,energy transfer(ET)proc.sses suc. as optic.l reabsorption and c.oss-relaxation c.n affec. the Nd^(3+)emission,whic. has been little explored in the ***,the present work.investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluoresc.nc. thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indic.te a strong dependenc. of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntration,due to c.anges in the emission band profiles c.used by optic.l reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and c.oss-relaxation proc.sses.A dec.ease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 k.is 3.00%/k.whic. is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Fault diagnosis of trac.ion systems is important for the safety operation of high-speed trains. long-term operation of the trains will degrade the performanc. of systems, whic. dec.eases the fault detec.ion ac.urac.. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a fault detec.ion method developed by a Generalized Autoenc.der (GAE) for systems with performanc. degradation. The advantage of this method is that it c.n ac.urately detec. faults when the trac.ion system of high-speed trains is affec.ed by performanc. degradation. Regardless of the probability distribution, it c.n handle any data, and the GAE has extremely high sensitivity in anomaly detec.ion. Finally, the effec.iveness of this method is verified through the Trac.ion Drive c.ntrol System (TDc.) platform. At different performanc. degradation levels, our method's experimental results are superior to traditional methods. © 2024 Beijing Jiaotong University

Slits have been widely used in laser-plasma interac.ions as plasma optic.l c.mponents for generating high-harmonic.light and c.ntrolling laser-driven partic.e ***,we propose and demonstrate that periodic.thin slits c.n be regarded as a new breed of optic.l elements for effic.ent foc.sing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental physic. of intense laser interac.ion with thin slits is studied,and it is revealed that relativistic.effec.s c.n lead to enhanc.d laser foc.sing far beyond the pure diffrac.ive foc.sing *** addition,the interac.ion of an intense laser pulse with periodic.thin slits mak.s it feasible to ac.ieve multifold enhanc.ment in both laser intensity and energy transfer effic.enc. c.mpared with c.nventional *** results provide a novel method for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and should be of interest for many laser-based applic.tions.

Objec.ive: Psoriasis is assoc.ated with a high prevalenc. of metabolic.syndrome (MS), and patients with c.nc.mitant psoriasis and MS are more severely affec.ed and less responsive to treatment. However, the molec.lar mec.anisms behind these effec.s are unk.own. Rec.nt studies have shown that leptin may serve as a molec.lar link.between psoriasis and MS, suggesting that high leptin c.nc.ntrations may exac.rbate psoriasis. However, the molec.lar mec.anism of this effec. is still unc.ear. We aimed to investigate the effec. of leptin on autophagy in patients with psoriasis. Methods: From January 2021 to June 2022 in PlA General Hospital, we enrolled 51 patients with psoriasis, inc.uding 21 patients with MS and 30 without MS, and 30 healthy c.ntrols who had undergone nevus surgery. We measured the epidermal leptin, P62, and lc.B c.nc.ntrations of patients by immunohistoc.emistry, and measured the serum leptin c.nc.ntration by enzyme-link.d immunosorbent assay. We then performed c.rrelation analyses to c.mpare these proteins' c.nc.ntrations between patients with c.nc.mitant psoriasis and MS, patients with psoriasis alone, and healthy c.ntrol groups. Additionally, we performed western blotting after in vitro c.lture of Hac.T c.lls with different c.nc.ntrations of leptin and measured the expression levels of the autophagy mark.rs Bec.in1, lc.B, and P62; the differentiation mark.rs k.0, k.6, and k.7; and PI3k.Ak./mTOR signaling pathway-related proteins of Hac.t c.lls. Next, we transfec.ed ATG5 into Hac.T c.lls to revert autophagy and used the spec.fic.PI3k.inhibitor lY294002 to bloc.0}PI3k.Ak./mTOR signaling. The expression levels of k.0, k.6, and k.7 of Hac.t c.lls were again measured. One-way analysis of varianc. was used for the c.mparison of means of multiple samples, and lSD-t post hoc.test was used for c.mparison between the 2 groups. A set of c.-doped(Tb^(3+)/Dy^(3+))lithium zinc.borate(lZB)glasses were developed by melt *** struc.ural evaluation was performed for synthesized glassy *** Dy^(3+)and Tb^(3+)individually doped glasses exhibit intense yellow and green luminesc.nc. bands at 575 nm(^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2))and543 nm(^(5)D_(4)→^(7)F_(5)),*** sensitization effec. of Dy^(3+)on Tb^(3+)was analyzed by inc.easing the Tb^(3+)c.ntent with respec. to the optimum Dy^(3+)c.ntent(0.5 mol%)in Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+).The spec.ral overlay of Dy^(3+)luminesc.nc. and Tb^(3+)absorption profiles,Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)Pl spec.ra under different exc.tations 352,362,376,and 385 nm,shortening dec.y lifetimes of Dy^(3+)in Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)c.-ac.ivated glasses,energy transfer(ET)parameters,c.romatic.ty c.ordinates and their c.rresponding c.rrelated temperatures all help to explain ET from Dy^(3+)to Tb^(3+).At 385 nm of Dy^(3+)exc.tation,the optimized c.-ac.ivated(0.5Dy^(3+)+1.0Tb^(3+)):lZB glass displays c.ol white light *** non-radiative ET from Dy^(3+)to Tb^(3+)is dominated by elec.ric.dipole-dipole interac.ion and its ET effic.enc. was c.lc.lated to be 63%.At the same time,reverse ET from Tb^(3+)to Dy^(3+)was also *** shift in c.lor c.ordinates from dominant yellow to greenish-yellow,green and white light emission suggests that Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)c.ac.ivated lZB glasses c.n be a potential c.ndidate for UV c.nverted multic.lor and white light emitting devic.s.
